Hotel and it's beachfront location we're excellent. Safe water in 2 small bays for swimming and water sports kit available to hire. Excellent sunbed facilities by both pools and around the beaches. The walk into Agios Nicholas is a bit over half an hour but is very scenic. (Short taxi ride). Room was OK, but nothing special. Was clean on arrival, but not properly cleaned during our stay. Service from staff all around the hotel was excellent. Restaurants, bars and reception were all friendly and helpful. Food was OK, excellent salad selection, awesome desserts, but a lot of the meat, fish and vegetables were overcooked. Not bad, but a bit disappointing.

I must honestly say the visit in this hotel was one of the greatest we had so far. The hotel is luxurious, surrounded by beautiful scenery, providing lots of room to relax and enjoy the sunlight and Crete atmosphere. Two beaches which are exclusive to the hotel are marvelous – both are in small bays of water which is calm, warm and an absolute pleasure to swim in. Food was delicious, bars scattered all around the bays and swimming pools were nicely stocked and with happy service (cheers to George). The service all around the hotel was very polite and happy to help. The small shop inside the hotel has also very nice and cheerful service. There really is nothing I could say bad about this hotel. It is a cozy, intimate yet spacious place to have a romantic trip with your partner. I would give a sixth star for the fact that my wife forgot her watch in our room and the service happily send it back to us in Poland. This has never before happened to us so it is a very big plus for Wyndham.

This is not the standard of a 5 star hotel. Very dissatisfied with the service as it was extremely underwhelming. The AC in the room is really weak. The room service is horrible and has a fee of €6 to have it delivered it to your room (defeats the whole point of room service) also no drinking water provided. There is no pool service/ staff. This is basically a do-it-yourself hotel. The staff definitely needs more training.

I had really high expectations for this hotel however I was very disappointed and it definitely does not deserve a 5 star rating. We had multiple issues with our room and house keeping us practically non-existent. The cleaners only come to change towels and make the bed but not once was the floor swept or mopped or surfaces cleaned. The buffet is very average and I find it very bizarre that they don’t offer bottles of water during breakfast time, nor do they replenish bottles of water during house cleaning as many other hotels do. A basic necessity seems to be a chore to provide. The hotel itself is beautiful, very modern and feels luxurious. It is in a good location and is approx. 10 minutes from the main town of Agios Nikolaos. however there is a lot lacking which to me does not make it feel like a 5 star hotel.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. The hotel is completely run down. - rubbish, cigarette stubs everywhere in the hotel - cables sticking out in various places which is a severe safety hazard, particularly for children! - staff very unfriendly, this is far off from Greek hospitality that we are used to - restaurant floors very dirty; there is food laying around for days and the floors are full of stains and simple dirt - the beach is very dirty. Again many cigarette stubs all over the sand incl. rubbish - sun beds are full of stains and the staff does not clean at all - sun beds taken at 9 in the morning w towels laying around for hrs before someone comes! - food in restaurant not 5 star at all! - during breakfast you need to get your own drinks, like in a canteen - restaurant manger unbelievably unfriendly - Hotel room (newly renovated junior suit) run down w stains on the walls - telephone in room full of make up from guests before - floor so dirty that I could not believe my eyes - we are travelling w a baby which made this to be a severe health issue for me! - bathroom smells like sewage: apparently twice the technician came To fix it but still no difference - unfortunately guest services could not care less We have been to Greece st least 10 times and we love the country, the people and hospitality. But in this hotel nothing meets the Greek standards of a five star hotel. We are very disappointed and highly do NOT recommend this hotel. Photos shown online on social media definitely do not show reality!
