We had an exterior room. Excellent, convenient, quiet location. Great pool area. The Door Keepers were great, especially Michael who ran after an Uber when my daughter thought she left her wallet! He also helped us with the shuttle service when I had a glitch with my reservation. The reason for my rating was our room, especially the bathroom was not the cleanest. The tile floors looked like they were rarely scrubbed clean. The room also did not have a microwave, maybe i missed that detail in the description of amenities. All and all great place for price, especially since we were not here that much.

The hotel overall is pretty nice.. the pool is really nice, specially for the kids.. but we did take a shuttle to come back to the hotel from one of the parks and we called the front desk many times to get information and never got a response.. Also, the beds are pretty small and the inside of the room feels really humid for some reason. But overall it's okay and it's nice that it's close to all the main locations

We stay here often, and always enjoy the high level of quality and service. All the theme parks are nearby, which makes this place a great choice for any adventure! The property is very well maintained. The pool area is always clean and the staff ALWAYS take great care of us. Extra mention to the Valet staff that made getting our car seamless! They were so personal We will be back!

This place was an affordable hotel near Disney. I figured there must be something wrong with it. I was SO wrong. We were amazed at how nice it was. We loved being short walking distance from Disney Springs. The bus service to the parks was friendly and timely and easy. The property and rooms are as nice as a hotel twice the price. We will come back and recommend this place to others. One quick recommendation. There were a lot of families with little kids when we stayed. The kids were happy and having a lot of fun. I have no problem with them, and loved that they were enjoying themselves. The downside is that they were very noisy. I suggest bring earplugs if you go to bed early or a set up for white noise in your room.

Great hotel and location for the price. We had no issues, great views, and great service. Only complaint is that all elevators were not working but we were still able to get to where we needed. If we come back to Orlando great hotel with kids.
