The room was clean and comfortable, making the stay very pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.Mornings at the hotel were especially enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the calm atmosphere made it a relaxing start to the day. The live cooking shows were well organized and added a nice touch to the dining experience.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool area. Having cocktails by the pool while listening to music created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.The restaurant service was very good, with attentive and polite staff. Thanh was friendly, cheerful, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming feeling.The stay here was very comfortable, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, and we would definitely come back again.

Average location, not so close but not that far away from the Old town. We enjoyed our stay here. The service is incredibly good, everyone was nice and you can rent bicycles for free, you can also ask for free drive, just remember to ask at least 30 minutes before. Special shout out to the girl, Helen, who gave my mother incredible massages every day at the spa which is of course the dep of the hotel. The hotel restaurant has a really good food and for the breakfast you get so many options to choose from. To sum up, I would truly recommend this hotel.

Service is exceptional here. Staff is responsive and address guest concerns quckly and satisfactorily. Staff went out of the way regarding an airport pickup for me. (Thank you, Ms Thuy Ngyuen). Breakfast consist of a tremendous variety of both Asian and continental items, with different entree items daily. Dong was friendly and accommodating during breakfast, helping me decipher menu items and offering recommendations that I enjoyed. The only meh experience I had was with the shuttle to hoi an. There's a time schedule of departures and pickups and guests are to reserve a time for the shuttle. Since there were set times for both departures and pickup, I assumed it was a revolving route by the shuttle for these times established by the hotel. But it turns out guests have to not only reserve a departure time, but also a return time if that's your intention. I would recommend only listing departure times and staff ask guests if they plan to return. If that's a guest's intention, then offer the pickup times and let them know they needed to reserve that time as well. It wasnt a big deal for me, the grab motorbike back to the hotel was a death defying yet complex and exhilarating experience, but that's another review.....overall, excellent hotel, service and staff, I dont think you can receive better at a similar price point in hoi an. Definitely recommended.

We stayed 4 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Years. The entire staff was wonderful and personable. General Manager Evon, reception Vivian, restaurant Lisa, asst mgr Sue, waiter Dong, waitress Hana and many others went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, bright, patio door, fresh crisp linens, comfy beds, strong water pressure, great wifi, and onsite restaurant and bar. We made good use of the shuttle service to An Bang and HoiAn, also bicycles. Some construction nearby but it didn't impact our stay. Great quiet place to rejuvenate from the hectic old town HoiAn.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel, close to the An Bang Beach and the river, with beautiful design and atmosphere. The food and beverages are outstanding too but the real highlight is the incredible service - everyone has been so warm and kind, from the Front Office team, especially Sue for her kind understanding and attention to detail. Staffs at the restaurant, especially Lisa, makes our breakfast time an unforgettable one. The Spa Manager, Mia and her team, especially Ms. Pauong, provide exceptional experiences. The hotel offers the shuttle to both Private Beach and Old Town. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, this is the one. Very relaxing. Highly recommended.
