I had the opportunity to travel to Vietnam for a business trip and chose this hotel for my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The spa was a real highlight — the space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully scented. A special thanks to Vy at the spa for her warm smile, excellent skills, and truly professional service. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and friendliness of the people in Hoi An. Everyone I met was welcoming and genuine, which made my stay feel even more comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its spa and would gladly return 👌

This is our first stay at the hotel and we really happy. The room is clean and comfortable. It has a nice view and a balcony. All the hotel staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and has a good food variety. Our girls joined the cooking class at the hotel and had really enjoyed the experience. Everything was great, starting from visiting the local market to learn about the local culture, to the cooking class itself. Rio, Thanh and Tien were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We also loved the spa at the hotel, the massage was really great and helped us to recharge. All the staff were really nice, special thanks for Miseo who looked after our son patiently while we were enjoying our massage. Our therapist Vy and friends are also amazing. We really enjoyed the whole experience at the hotel. We will definitely come back when we have the chance.

This hotel was definitely a great place to spend the last few days of my Vietnam trip in! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, especially the beds, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of food. The pool was also delightful and the staff was very polite and accomodating. Hana, Lucy and Tom were very kind and always was ready to help. Thank you to them and the other staff members who made my stay enjoyable! The hotel also offers cool complimentary services such as a round trip shuttle bus to and from Old Town Hoi An / A Bang Beach as well as cooking shows / tastings. Would definitely recommend coming if staying in Hoi An, Vietnam !!

The room was clean and comfortable, making the stay very pleasant. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.Mornings at the hotel were especially enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the calm atmosphere made it a relaxing start to the day. The live cooking shows were well organized and added a nice touch to the dining experience.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool area. Having cocktails by the pool while listening to music created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere.The restaurant service was very good, with attentive and polite staff. Thanh was friendly, cheerful, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming feeling.The stay here was very comfortable, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, and we would definitely come back again.

Average location, not so close but not that far away from the Old town. We enjoyed our stay here. The service is incredibly good, everyone was nice and you can rent bicycles for free, you can also ask for free drive, just remember to ask at least 30 minutes before. Special shout out to the girl, Helen, who gave my mother incredible massages every day at the spa which is of course the dep of the hotel. The hotel restaurant has a really good food and for the breakfast you get so many options to choose from. To sum up, I would truly recommend this hotel.
