Extremely helpful staff. I dealt with Orkhan to book a room for my father from overseas and he was super attentive and responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. I like to thank staff for all their help. My father had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms were very spacious, and the ambience was excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety. However, the location is quite far from Nizami Street. One disappointing aspect was the towel service — I had requested three large towels but received only one proper towel, while the other two appeared to be torn pieces made from a single large towel. This issue should be addressed to ensure better service quality.

Staff was rude, far from city attractions.For Indians worst place to stay , no vegetarian food n they don't even understand English properly. Very disappointed
