had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent — the staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Every detail was handled with care, which made the entire experience very smooth. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and comfort! Special mention for staff Adil, Parvin, Tunar, Muraz 100 percent service.

Pathetic location Wrong information on the booking sites Not an easy commute with cabs All roads under construction No good facilities to walk around Are you planning to be in Baku then never fall for Wyndham Baku as in the place to stay just because there rooms are spacious! You come to relax, explore and just enjoy! Our short check-in - check-out ever! This place is located towards outer Baku, followed by so many construction going around that to reach there or to take cab it takes around 30-35 mins and at times it can take up to 40 minutes. When you are getting to the hotel the cab will take you from such route that would feel like they are about to kidnap you. (I meant someone she said this) The commuting from Wyndham Baku is so bad that you will feel stuck. Location being under construction makes one feel unsafe to walk even a mile away. I mean no bikes, no scooter no facility around it. I booked it with Trip.com and had to request them to cancel my booking, to another level the higher management the specific person who never sits in the hotel denied our cancellation even on requesting them to do it with day charges followed for rest of the stay to refund, to request I called the direct number and they hung up within few minutes. If you think about the the ground staff they are genuinely good people but talking about head management they all are really bad! Oh wait, we asked for water, and to an extend 10 minutes Is good enough window get them to the room, this came like 45 minutes and the person who came said sorry😂😂😂😂 I mean are they really serious? If you get into any kind of emergency you might not get a cab or quick ride for atleast 30-35 mins. It is until the roads are under construction. Imagine you visit another country for peace of mind to enjoy but then you conquer such location Always try to be part of city vibe don’t fall for the brand, Wyndham must be good in various countries but after this experience I am never booking it again. Please put right information on the site share details with your guest for guiding towards he cab commuting, this is something. Really unexpected and unreadable Wyndham Baku!! You wasted a day of mine. Oh also planning. To book with trip.com In such scenario they can take upto 24 hours to resolve an issue I had to continuously be on there head to get them talk to the duty manger which took forever for us. Hate you Wyndham Baku I wish no one apart from group comes as individual to stay with you.

I don't know where to begin - bad service - Stingy rooms - unhygienic rooms - no vegetation breakfast except for fruits - whole floor should unanimous if they want ac or heater eg. If you are staying room 301 and 302 checked in early and they wanted AC thn you also have to be in AC you can't use heater cause it will not work ( in every room only AC will work) can you believe this? - bad mannered staff - No Conceirge We were waiting in the lobby from 9pm till 11.30pm with 1 year old cause room was having stingy smoke smell and except for covering it with 5 bottle of room freshener hotel staff said we can't do anything else We had to literally fight, it was too late and we had to exchange room with one of our fellow guest ( hotel staff didn't do anything about it) We as a guest are just coming to relax and enjoy we don't want this kind of stress I have naver had such pathetic hospitality experience

Pros: Rooms are spacious and have all facilities. Cons: Mainly Worst Food Options no taste. Non veg is only sausage pieces. Will end up only with omlet and flakes.. fruits also less options. Bad service. Requested for bed sheets and pillow received after 2 hrs. Reception will not receive calls most of the time. You should go to reception direct and ask if something needed Not managing like 4 star hotel No AC they will ask to open window.

Not recommended, service is very bad We stayed 4 days- all days same menu in restaurant- Receptionist Ms shams is good Others staffs and receptionist not good. Room didn’t clean daily.
