I came in having low expectations but I have been blown away. The value for this property is amazing. The service is wonderful, they do a great job training their staff. The resort is clean. The food, although not a lot of variety, is very good. I enjoyed our dinners. There isn’t really a beach here but the location is prime. You don’t cook this resort for the beach, you book it for the location and value. We’ve had a phenomenal experience.

Staff and food was amazing, the drinks were stiff. Never had any issues with anything I ate or drank. Pool was clean, probably a bit too warm but it's 40° outside, what can you expect. Room were nice, clean and well air conditioned. Beds are comfortable but I highly recommend bringing your own pillow. Watch out for the street hustlers, they will see your bracelet and tell you they know you from the resort they don't, it's not their day off and they are not working at their moms shop. One tried to charge us 2500 pesos for an ashtray lol.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was super friendly, super energetic and helpful. David, the leader of their entertainment team was spectacular. He was super high energy, a great host for all the event the hotel had to offer, 10/10!! He did a great job inviting people to participate and made the experience so much better! The rooms were kept up to date and cleaned often! The area has a plaza where you can buy all sorts of stuff and it’s only like 2 blocks away from the hotel. The serving staff was always walking around making sure everyone was taken care of.

My wife and I had a wonderful time with our friends at the Wyndham Alltra. First of all, the staff was incredible, they were always available and willing to help and answer any questions we had. Our room was amazing and it was maintained and cleaned every day. The food at the restaurants and the buffet was always fresh and there was a ton of variety for us to choose from. There’s no immediate beach access at this resort, but the pool is excellent and you can take a short walk to a public beach area. The resort’s proximity to the Main Street is a bonus if you want to venture out to see some live music, dancing, or check out one of the hundreds of other restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this resort.

The resort was wonderful. The staff are all very friendly and happy all the time. The room was nice and spacious with a nice view of the ocean, nice hot shower and cool room. The food was good. There is no beach and lots of seaweed. The spa was great. We would come back if there were a beach. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation
