All the staff is amazing. Very helpful, attentive and kind. Jesus serving the main pool area is a hard worker with a smile on his face. The food is average, but all eateries are clean with nice decor. Suite was nice. Resort cleanliness well maintained. Lovely Spa & workout room. The smell from the beach in despair is suffocatingly horrible in 90 degree weather.

This resort was exactly what I was anticipating. Therapeutic and enjoyable. The staff is amazing and the room was very clean and maintained with refreshments restocked.Thank you Beatrice for your hospitality! Many thanks to Juan at the front entrance and Sebastian at the bar. Pizza and sweet treats were delicious. Location was a plus with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room had beautiful ocean view, did not want to end vacation and return to reality!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time with our friends at the Wyndham Alltra. First of all, the staff was incredible, they were always available and willing to help and answer any questions we had. Our room was amazing and it was maintained and cleaned every day. The food at the restaurants and the buffet was always fresh and there was a ton of variety for us to choose from. There’s no immediate beach access at this resort, but the pool is excellent and you can take a short walk to a public beach area. The resort’s proximity to the Main Street is a bonus if you want to venture out to see some live music, dancing, or check out one of the hundreds of other restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this resort.

Pretty much everything about this resort was great! I'd like to see the pool bar open a little longer and the main bar open longer as well, 10PM seems like a very early cut off time. And the little restaurants need to be open longer! I should be able to get sushi later in the evening, or a slice of pizza! Maybe make the reservations for the other restaurants (the Italian, steakhouse and Mexican) available to check in on your phone using the QR code on your hotel card! David and Daniel (Entertainment Team) were some of the best service industry employees I have ever met, made the trip that much better!!

We went to this place 2 weeks ago and it was awesome. The staff is so nice, rooms are very clean and spacious and the restaurants à la carte are very great. The hotel is close to downtown within walking distance. The animation is nice. The foam party in afternoon and headphone party are very funny. We want to say thank you all the staff for their service and smiles. We will come back for sure !!
