I stayed one night at Worthing Court Apartment Hotel. The staff were very accommodating. They granted me a 2 hour early check in (I checked out at 7.30 a.m. next day).
The apartment itself was clean. The water pressure was poor but manageable. The property grounds need some maintenance for eg. Pressure washing
The property is in a great location and near the beach.
Overall, my stay was good.

I didn't stay here, but I went with family and friends for a night of karaoke. Small place, very small menu. The food was ok. Macbites were good, a little dark but not burnt, the fish cakes were overly salty and spicy, and the marie rose sause was not made properly.

My stay at Worthing Court was a pleasant one with friendly and welcoming staff in beautiful maintained surroundings
My room was well appointed with all the amenities for self catering...full kitchenette with coffee/tea station with an electric kettle and complimentary bottled waters, nice comfortable bed and big shower, all rooms have a patio/balcony.
Ideally located within the area of conveniences of the beach, restaurants/bars, shops, banks, petrol station 24 hours, public transport and nightlife.
My only issues are the low water pressure in shower, though my studio was on the top floor which made for lovely views of the ocean from balcony, it would be an inconvenience for those light sleepers...so request a room away from the first building which is facing the road, also the issue of not being able to watch basic TV...without the stress of a Netflix account.
In summary I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider this property for a future visit.

Great place to stay, very convenient and clean with great staff, stayed twice already and would definitely stay here again if need too.

Fairly nice (but not luxurious) apartment hotel in the Worthing area of southwest Barbados between Bridgetown and the airport. Mom and I have a 1-bedroom apt with full kitchen. Biggest problem is no air-conditioning in the living room, so we have to blast the AC box in the bedroom to Arctic temperature during the day. Even so, not enough cold air makes it to the LR and dining table. Temperature was warm, between 78-80° in this main area of the apt
Also we had no duvet, blanket or comforter on the beds, only a top sheet. Otherwise this is an affordable, well-kept 37-unit small hotel on the coastal road across from Worthing Beach. No facilities there, but the next beach (Rockley aka Accra) has bars and several vendors renting chairs and umbrellas. 6-minute walk from hotel to the first chair-rental kiosk.
The free breakfast is great with a hot menu to order from. There's also a pool with loungechairs if you don't want to walk to the beach.
Staff is excellent with great service by all employees we dealt with. Would be a 5-star rating were it not for the lack of AC in the living area.
