Whether the location is great or not depends on what you are looking for. The hotel is inside the Chinatown area, so there are tons of local restaurants with a lot of history. My parents loved being in this area. The hotel and room itself is a bargain for what we got. Very elegant & spacious rooms. The hotel breakfast buffet is very clean and well-organized. If you want to see some sights or go shopping/night markets, then you'll end up taking a Grab taxi to everywhere. There is really nothing too interesting in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, other than the very local An Dong market. Tip: I got a really good currency exchange rate at one of the jewelers located on the basement floor of the An Dong market.

The lobby feels grand, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making it great for both leisure and business travelers. The staff are friendly and professional, providing warm and attentive service. There’s also a rooftop swimming pool where you can relax while enjoying a beautiful city view. Overall, it’s a hotel with great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel was Beautiful, well maintained and clean. Hotel staff were very nice and service was good. This hotel had clean rooms, rooftop pool, gym & sauna. Very nice hotel for relaxing. Hotel breakfast had big selection of foods and dishes. And the taste was delicious. The brealfast was my highlight of the hotel. Plus points for the hotel staff for changing my last morning breakfast to first morning cause i couldt have used it on last morning because of having to leave early to airport. But check in morning didnt have breakfast so got it changed.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the lower price makes up for it compared to other 5-star options. The service was solid, though the room felt outdated and had some strange smells. I was also quite bothered by the loud noise from the Indian guests next door. The Chinese food was surprisingly good. Breakfast was generous with plenty of choices, and mr.Trong at the restaurant was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations with a sense of humor when our family needed assistance. The front desk responded quickly to any requests. While a few things could be improved, overall, it was excellent value for the money.

Such a lovely hotel, the staff were friendly, it wasn’t too busy or crowded. There were universal power outlets in every room so you don’t need to worry about adaptors when travelling and these outlets were conveniently placed. Sometimes hotels have them behind the bed which is a hassle, this one had them on the bedside tables. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. The pool was fantastic, it is on the smaller side but it on the rooftop (floor 24) with a great view of the city. For a large hotel it was relatively quiet in the pool and gym/sauna area which was a bonus. The gym was a bit small but there was no one in there so it didn’t need to be bigger. The man working in the mornings at the pool area was polite and attentive The location isn’t as great as staying within district 1, but with the free shuttle to that area, it wasnt an issue at all
