I can't recommend this one enough. If you have a relative who is wheelchair user, you definitely need to book this hotel. It's accessible and have all equipments for a disable person. There is nothing to fault about rooms and hotel facilities, including nice cool bar on the roof. Above all is the amazing staff. All of them are very kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable. We are very grateful. ❤️🧡💛

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast and truly amazing staff. The service throughout the stay was outstanding and very attentive. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s not located in District 1, but a Grab ride takes about 20 minutes and costs roughly $2–3 CAD, which is very reasonable. While it’s not ideal if you want to step directly into the action, it’s a great choice if you prefer a quieter area that’s still close enough to everything. Overall, a great option if you value comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service over being right in the middle of the nightlife and tourist zones.

My stay at Windsor Hotel was profoundly disappointing and far below what one would reasonably expect from a property marketed as a five-star hotel. I transferred to the hotel immediately after being discharged from the hospital, specifically seeking comfort, reliability, and attentive service during a physically vulnerable time. Given the hotel’s reputation and proximity to my previous accommodation, I trusted that my needs as a guest would be handled with professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I called to request room service and ordered soup, I was informed that room service was unavailable because the kitchen was “busy.” For a five-star establishment, refusing a basic room service request, especially from an unwell guest, reflects a serious lapse in hospitality standards. Availability of essential services should never depend on convenience. This experience raises an important question about how the hotel defines five-star service. Based on my stay, the rating feels misleading. Luxury is not defined by décor alone but by the consistency, responsiveness, and care shown to guests. Sadly, this was missing. The overall experience was frustrating and stressful at a time when comfort should have been the priority. Because of this, I cannot recommend Windsor Hotel and would strongly encourage management to reassess their service standards to ensure guests receive the level of care they are promised.

I'm surprised by the many recent negative reviews. This place is beautiful- marble flooring, crystal lamps, elegant decorations. The room and bathroom are huge. The executive lounge has an amazing view. The gym is new and well equipped. An dong market and 7-Eleven is just across the road. There's a Iarger supermarket co-op behind an dong market. There are delicious local restaurants nearby. This place is great. Away from the hustle of district 1, and they provide shuttle buses to sites of interest. We had a dispute with a xanh sm driver who tried to overcharge us, and the doorman came to our rescue. Amazing stay, I would come back again.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:15 AM after New Year's Eve celebrations, only to find that the room we received was nothing like what we booked. We booked a Club Room for 2 adults and 2 children, which was supposed to include a Queen bed and two single beds. Instead, we were given a room with two separate single beds and one small rollaway cot. When I went to the reception, the shift manager’s response was unprofessional and frankly ridiculous. Even though I showed him the booking confirmation clearly stating the bed configuration, he claimed that "small children sleep with their parents" and only the older child gets a bed. Not only was this not what we paid for, but we didn't even receive the double bed we were promised for ourselves! What makes this even worse is that this is our fourth hotel in Vietnam during this trip. We stayed at three other hotels with the exact same family composition and booking details, and everything was provided perfectly as ordered. Only here at Windsor Plaza did we encounter such a "policy" and poor service. For a 5-star hotel, this failure to provide the booked room type is unacceptable. If you are traveling as a family, be aware. Very disappointing.
