We had a wonderful stay at the Posh Club at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. Everything was truly excellent. The room had a beautiful view and the location was perfect for us as we were traveling with a baby. Our room was very close to the restaurant, which made everything so convenient. The staff were exceptional – very attentive, kind, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Talal, who checked on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed in the room and that our stay was comfortable. His attention and care really made a difference. The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the overall service was top-notch. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the Posh Club to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We would happily come back again!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! We were truly impressed by the service, the atmosphere, and the amazing people who made our vacation so special. Special thanks to Ahmed, the housekeeping staff member - such a kind, sincere, and friendly person. He always greeted us with a smile, was very polite and attentive, and kept our room perfectly clean every day. Everything was always neat and comfortable. You can really see that he cares about the guests, and we truly appreciated it 😊 Waiter Abdel Fatah is simply a wonderful person! He always asked if everything was okay, recommended the best drinks and food, and was always very attentive and polite. Thanks to people like him, you feel genuinely welcome And another waiter, Ahmed - he is truly a sunshine person ☀️ He always smiles and spreads warmth and positivity everywhere. Every time we saw him, our mood instantly became better. Such a kind and genuine person! We would also like to thank the bartender Hassan He always recommended amazing cocktails, and the service was incredibly fast - we had just ordered, and within a minute our drinks were already on the table. Some aspects of our stay at White Hills were excellent. Whenever we encountered issues, the management and guest services teams responded quickly and worked to resolve them. Their communication was prompt, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Hani for his fast response and efforts to make our stay more enjoyable. I would also like to extend special thanks to Mr. Fathi, who took great care of us at the pool and provided outstanding hospitality. Unfortunately, despite these positive experiences, there were several disappointing issues that significantly affected our stay. After arrival, I discovered that I had been assigned a disabled-accessible room, one of only a few such rooms in the hotel. The bathroom sink was unusually low (under one meter in height), which caused considerable discomfort during my stay. As a result of repeatedly using the low sink, I experienced severe back pain and checked out feeling physically uncomfortable. While the staff responded quickly to concerns, I felt that the situation should have been handled more appropriately from the beginning. The recreation team, especially Mr. Fathi, was the highlight of our stay and demonstrated genuine care for guests. However, my overall experience with the front desk and room allocation process left me disappointed. I originally booked this resort on April 28 with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. While there were some positive aspects, the overall stay was disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not highly recommend this resort.

Well located in shark bay. Beautiful reef, nice beach with comfortable facilities. Walid at the boscage restaurant and restaurant managers of boscage and elia are very kind. Reception staff is not good, they don’t listen, they hang up the phone on you… quite rude. We complained about the standard of cleaning…they didn’t really bother. Housekeeper was very kind but overall standard of cleaniness is bad. For a nice sea view, and close to the beach, go for jacuzzi deluxe rooms. The hotel grounds are large so the extra you pay for a better room is worth for being beachfront. Food was ok, a lot of choice but standard quality, nothing wow. Steps away from soho square, for me nothing special but majority might find it nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The accommodation was beautiful, the room was clean and modern, the food was excellent, and the sea was absolutely amazing. I was also pleasantly surprised that they serve Heineken beer, which is not very common in Egypt. Another big plus were the beach and pool bars, where they had fantastic snacks like battered shrimp, burgers, and many other delicious options. Overall, this is the best hotel in Egypt I have ever stayed at. I would honestly rate it 10/10 if it wasn’t for the issue with the swim-up pool room that we paid extra for. The paint at the bottom of the pool was heavily peeling, and it looked really bad. It’s a shame that something like this happens in such an otherwise flawless hotel because it takes away from the overall experience. Apart from that, the hotel is truly amazing and I can definitely recommend it.
