Very noisy hotel- constructions outside day and night. It was impossible to open the window- strong noise, but even with closed windows it is difficult to sleep. The window view of marina is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were offered breakfast and early check in: unbeatable. It is a rare situation. Thank you. Breakfast: a vast variety of different meals: really bravo. The staff at breakfast: mainly chaotic and forgetful. But some waiters are nice indeed. The room is ok, the cleaning staff is very polite and trying to do their best, but could be trained better. The staff who cares about taxis is very tricky. When you ask for a standard taxi, they say: take our hotel car service, it will be faster, it is difficult to get a taxi. Of course, you will be double charged. Should be controlled.

I like a lot this place especially for families but this year we were disappointed by the weird situation. There is like a big construction at the of the hotel for Damac that start very early until very late (6am until 2am and even 24/7 sometimes. Big noises very early in the morning and it is a shame to do this in the high season. So the place that is usually very quiet is not at all these days. The project is at his beginning …I am afraid about the situation if it will get worse later and during 2 or 3 years. I hope it will be managed quickly The personal event nice, has to be trained. I have allergies on avocado so I ordered a salad without avocado and it arrived with !!! The buffet is poor it wasn’t like this before … A big training has to be done very quickly to the staff

I had a very pleasant stay. Room was very clean with very nice interiors and breakfast was good. On Saturdays they do one of the best brunches in Dubai highly recommend if you are staying there. And staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Thank you for the professional response and the nice stay so far. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay and the beautiful hotel, which now also offers appropriate and excellent service.
