We recently stayed at **Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City** with our family to celebrate a birthday, and it was a memorable stay. Check-in by Hedra was smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to the Housekeeping team for the beautiful birthday room decoration. We truly appreciate the effort from Dilshan, Ranjana (Assistant Housekeeping Manager), and Director of Housekeeping Mr. Prabhakar for making the surprise so special. At the Executive Lounge, *Dinupa* provided outstanding service while handling many guests alone, yet she remained professional and attentive throughout. Kirtan at the bar was also very friendly. Thanks as well to Giniosa from Engineering for quickly fixing a small AC issue. Our kids loved the Kids Club and enjoyed it a lot. The only area that could improve is breakfast, as the variety and service were a bit limited. Overall, a very pleasant family stay and special thanks again to Mr. Prabhakar and his team for the warm hospitality. ⭐

Due to an emergency, we decided to extend our stay by a few days. Breakfast was a buffet style with Western, Chinese, and Indian dishes, and there were many options that were easy for Japanese people to eat. Lal, a hall staff member, spoke to us a lot and was able to assist us with our poor English. Sneha and Mosta also tried their best to communicate with us, and they always responded with a smile, and we could feel the warmth of the hotel towards its guests. The cleaning staff not only clean, but even when they are not cleaning, they also change towels, collect trash, distribute water, etc.

recently completed a one night stay at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the reception team, particularly Uvini and Stephen, for their professionalism, helpfulness, and warm hospitality. Special thanks also to Ameera at the Front Office, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure our family was accommodated in a suitable room. Overall, the service across all departments including Food & Beverage, Concierge, and the pool attendants was outstanding. The team’s dedication and attention to detail made our stay especially enjoyable. I look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you all 👏👏

Ameera was very intelligent I had problems with my booking because I booked in V hotel and when I arrived they told me it was closed due to renovation even though i wasn’t informed before it which got me angry in the beginning but Ameera was very forthcoming and helped through the process and made sure i got everything i requested like a smoking room with a king bed initially they were going to give me double queen beds which I didn’t want and I had issues with the reception about it but because Ameera stepped up and made sure I was happy and satisfied may god bless her she was the only one that gave me the attention I needed and the service I expected……. Thanks also to mukisa he is a very elegant man and helped me with everything I need when it comes to bags handling and deliveries to the hotel…. Overall thanks for the hotel for accommodating my needs and made sure I had a good stay. Ameera deserves a raise for how she dealt with the situation
