I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed here one night for my daughters gymnastics competition. Really just needed a place to stay in for the night and saw an unbeatable price, decent reviews, and booked. This place is nice! What really made my time memorable was Kristen Wadleigh, lead trainer with the timeshare marketing department. I didn't qualify for anything with my 12-year, but she took the time to hook us up with parking. What a great attitude! The energy here is great. Love it.

Incredible Room Upgrade & Early Check-in, but Bring a Wetsuit! I had a really interesting stay at the Westgate. There were some major wins and a few "chilly" downsides to keep in mind. The Great: Check-in Flexibility: I arrived way before the standard time, and they were able to get me into a room at 9:00 AM for a very reasonable small fee. This was a lifesaver! The Upgrade: To my surprise, they upgraded us for free to a massive "party" suite. It was big enough for 6 people even though there were only 2 of us. It was clean, spacious, and felt very high-end. The Not-So-Great: The Pool: This was the biggest disappointment. The water was freezing. Even with the sun out, it was too cold to actually enjoy. Location: If you want to be in the heart of the action, be prepared to spend. It is quite far from the "center" of the Strip. We ended up spending a lot of extra money on the monorail and ride-shares just to get to the popular areas. Summary: If you get a good deal and don't mind a short commute to the Strip, the rooms and service here are fantastic. Just don't plan on a long swim unless you like ice baths!

Reviewing Fresco Restaurant specifically, I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough! Food? Terrific! Location? Excellent! But the team members are why this place is a return destination every time. Mia at the front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. Cassidy at the bar was insanely adept at mixing cocktails I love and recommending new ones to try. Ogdalyia our server was attentive, informed, and made spectacular recommendations. I cannot wait to return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience Thanks to Ashley Morgan! My experience at the Westgate Hotel was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ashley Morgan. From start to finish, Ashley went above and beyond to help me with purchasing show tickets. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ashley took the time to explain all of my options, answered every question with enthusiasm, and made sure I got the best seats possible. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Because of Ashley, my experience at Westgate was unforgettable. I highly recommend the Westgate Hotel and sincerely hope anyone visiting has the pleasure of working with Ashley Morgan. She is a true asset to the team!

I want to give a big shout-out to the front desk team and hotel managers for all their support, customer-focused attitude, professionalism, willingness, and openness to learn new information. We were at the property for the Amputee Coalition National Conference with over 340 hotel reservations, many of which required ADA rooms or accessible accommodations. In collaboration with Wheel the World, the team did their best to accommodate most guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Shannon, Debra, Patty, Lisette, Mary, Stephanie L, Mark, Frendie, Kenia, Greg, David Verdugo, Joanne Birch, Brady Smith, Eillyn Oliver, Amed Gonzalez, Kevin Obrien, Tracey Phang, and possibly others, I may be missing some people. You are all amazing! I can't wait to return to Vegas. The food in the restaurants and at the conference was truly excellent. All the logistics, accessibility-focused modifications, and considerations made by the hotel demonstrated their commitment to their guests and to making the world more accessible.
