If I could make 4.5 I would but unable to out a half star. The location is great close enough to the strip without being on it. Easy access to the monorail. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and decent amenities. (Wish we had a coffee/hot water maker) What really put the hotel over is/was the staff: polite, professional, and respectful. My room attendant, Jessica Carrera, was amazing! She was so nice and willing to be assisting with any need. Thank you to her directly. I would recommend staying here.

We came for the first night of Barry Manilow’s. Christmas show (So my husband could fulfill his inner 7 year old’s dreams). He put on a fabulous show. The band was fantastic. (The rhythmic drummer standing at the back was probably the best part.) the show was well-balanced and entertaining. We should all look and sound that great at 82.

We really enjoyed our stay at Westgate Las Vegas! There was an issue when we arrived at 2am to check in. My husband and I were not alone, we had our 13 year old daughter with us. After waiting for about 45 minutes Charlene at thr front desk really hooked us up! She was so gracious as to help get us set up in a suite. Our room that we booked and paid the deposit for was not ready for us even though we arrived 10 hours after the normal time to check in. If it was not for Charlene, I would not be giving this wonderful review. She really turned our bad first impression into a memorable stay! For her kindness and hard work to keep us guest happy, we will definitely be returning! Thanks again Charlene!

So we elected to get a room because our company uses the resort for functions. First they didn't have the room we reserved and prepaid for, and we were very happy to hear they fixed this by giving us an upgraded room... wonderful. But the room wasn't really ready. We walked in to find some garbage on the counters and under the chairs, underwear next to the dresser, toilet paper trash behind the bowl, some clothing tags and kids coloring markers in the drawers. We called for housekeeping to redo the room but could not stay as the work function was starting. On our return at midnight we found that housekeeping just took everything and put it in a pile on the dresser (minus the toilet paper). Not our trash, but they thought we might want to keep it or sort it? Too tired to deal with it at midnight we waited for check out. Front desk employee (Ria?) didn't bother to listen and didn't care for the photos, just printed the bill. When asked to speak to someone about our concerns she just said they'd charge me full price for the room to knock off a small inconvenience fee, even though we booked online with their travel Tuesday special and prepaid.

We did a girls’ trip to Vegas to see Barry Manilow and to celebrate a 75th birthday (or two). We chose the Westgate because that is where his show was. We loved the location. Being hooked to the monorail was bonus. We could see the Sphere and High Roller (ferris wheel) from our Presidential Suite. We enjoyed the 4 (king size) bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Since there were 5 of us, the smaller living area was a convenient extra bedroom. It was easy to access our Grand Canyon and Red Rock tours through the separate bus pick up area. Uber and Lyft were accessible at another entrance, making it easy to find your ride. The $100 per day food credit was a nice plus. It comes off your bill automatically and doesn’t appear as a credit. (Breakfast was $14 instead if $114 with a credit.). Jimmy at the taxi stand was awesome.
