I wanted to shout out Ola and Jessica in the poker room. Their hospitality was out of this world. Ola has a level of positivity that puts everyone in the room in a great mood. Genuinely made me and my friends night. I’ve been to Vegas many times and stayed here twice. This is my permanent spot now, the rooms are huge and clean, casino is nice, food options are solid, and it’s all reasonably priced.

My stay at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino was a mixed bag. While the room itself was a definite highlight – a clean, well-maintained studio on a high floor with a fantastic view of the city – the booking process was unnecessarily complicated. Initially attempting to reserve a one-bedroom apartment, I encountered system glitches that seemed to inflate the price, forcing me to settle for a studio. Thankfully, the studio proved comfortable, with excellent daily room service. However, the shower drain was clogged, which was a minor inconvenience. The resort boasts an impressive array of amenities: restaurants, bars, nightly entertainment, a gym, and a tennis court. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed for the majority of my March stay, despite the pleasant 20-24°C weather, which was puzzling as other resorts had their pools open. The inconsistency continued when I asked the receptionist about the pool's opening for my final day, only to be told it was closed due to the off-season. Imagine my surprise when it was open the next day! This lack of communication between staff and management was frustrating. Beyond the dining and gaming options, there's a noticeable lack of comfortable, casual spaces for relaxation and conversation, limiting social interaction outside of structured environments. While the Westgate offers a lot, the inconsistent service and communication issues detract from the overall experience. I would recommend it with caveats.

When we booked they said the parking was free. We couldn't pay the parking, Problem because we didn't have our cell working and had a e sim card, The receptionist said come back tomorrow, take the valet for now and we will refund you the valet. They should offer to pay it by mail like they said at our arrival, but it was false. The day after, the other receptionist said it was not her problem if we cannot received a texto. So they refund 2 days of the parking but not the valet like they said and the women was kind of agressive with us and also the men at the valet the day after who said we didn't pay yesterday, Pretty agressive too. The hotel is well located to take the monorail and to rent a car. Rooms are old, no microwave available, no coffee maker. We had to call the service after 2 days because they did not clean the room for 2 days when we left the room at 9 am in the morning and there was no no disturb sign on the door. Hotel fee's are expensive 40$ us /night. I hoped they were more gentle with their guest and at minimum clean the room. We had a better experience with them in 2017.

A huge hotel/casino! Went for the APA pool players championship with 6500 total players. Amazing how big this place is! Our room was one of the older rooms, needs updating badly, but was comfortable. The service was good everywhere, polite well trained people! We needed more food choices during the day. It was a good experience overall!

Cons: Check in is a bit slow during any major events at the hotel. Not a lot of direction for first time guests. (Better CS training in this would increase hotel occupancy, sales and customer service satisfaction) Pros: the room was very comfortable. The service staff was very nice and helpful.
