We just came back from Waterside resort and spa hotel and all I can say is that our stay was beyond our expectations! All the staff is very friendly , food is amazing , rooms are amazing. The animations team is really great and i also recommend to take the photo session from the hotel . They are taking amazing pictures and are very very friendly and nice! Every evening we had mini disco for our little ones and each evening different shows! We would definetly come back here🥰🥰

We’ve just come back from our stay at Waterside Resort & Spa, and I can honestly say it was such a nice holiday. Everything was perfect — from the rooms to the food, the activities, the entertainment, and the staff. This hotel deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. Our room was cleaned beautifully every single day, and I want to give a special thank you to the lovely cleaning lady who looked after us. She kept everything spotless and fresh, and her hard work really made a difference. The food was incredible with so much variety, but my absolute favourite part was the lady outside every afternoon making fresh Turkish flatbreads (cheese, potato, or sugar). They were unbelievable — I had one every day because they were just that good. The beach was less than a 5‑minute walk, and I absolutely loved it. It had its own bar for food and drinks, a really nice setup, and such a relaxing atmosphere. The evening entertainment was fantastic — different shows every night, all fun and full of energy. During the day, the activities were just as enjoyable: darts, volleyball, table tennis, tennis courts, boules, golf… so much to do. They explained that pool activities weren’t running because the water was too cold and hardly anyone was swimming, which was completely understandable. I personally love activities when I’m on holiday, and this hotel really delivered. I also have to mention the spa and wellness centre, because it was amazing. I used the sauna, steam room, and Turkish hamam every single day — such a relaxing experience and the staff there were wonderful. My mum booked a few full‑body massage sessions, and after the very first one she said she felt like a completely new person. She was so happy with the therapist who looked after her — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. The animation team deserves a massive shoutout. They were absolutely incredible and made our stay 10 times better. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to — it felt like we’d known them for years. A huge thank you to Elif and Ahmed especially. They honestly felt like our best friends by the end of the trip. Saying goodbye to them was genuinely sad. Also, their English was excellent, and Ahmed spoke several languages, which was so impressive. Speaking of languages, the hotel was extremely welcoming to international guests. During activities and evening entertainment, they spoke in six different languages to make sure everyone felt included and understood. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Every night there was a disco from 11pm to 1am, with music in many languages so everyone could enjoy themselves. The overall vibe of the hotel was just immaculate — fun, friendly, and full of positive energy. I want to thank every single staff member we met. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every person was kind, helpful, and always smiling. We travelled as a group — me, my husband, my mum, my brother and his wife — and not one of us has a single bad thing to say. No complaints, no suggestions for improvement. It was genuinely perfect. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

We had such an amazing experience with the kids animators! My daughter Hannah had an absolutely wonderful time and didn’t want the day to end. Elif and Meri were both incredibly kind, energetic, and attentive with the children. They made sure every kid felt included, happy, and entertained the whole time. Their creativity and enthusiasm really stood out, from fun games to engaging activities, everything was perfectly organized and full of joy. It was clear they truly care about the kids and love what they do. Thank you, Elif and Meri, for making this such a special and unforgettable experience for Hannah. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend you to anyone looking for fantastic kids animators!

We recently returned from a quick family getaway to catch some early April sun. Overall, we had a fantastic stay; the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the staff really look after you. Here is a breakdown of our experience: Location & Transport The hotel is perfectly situated for a mix of relaxation and exploring. It is a very easy walk to the beach, but the free shuttle bus is a great touch if you’re carrying bags. Once at the beach, having food and drinks available as part of the package made the days very easy. Getting out and about was a breeze: • Side: A really nice day out and very easy to reach by bus. • Local Markets: The bus links to the main markets are straightforward and frequent. • Airport: The transfer took about an hour, which was exactly as described when booking. Accommodation & Facilities We arrived on the 6th of April, just as the season was starting. The hotel itself is quite dated, but it is kept spotlessly clean, which is much more important to us. A slight heads-up for families of four: the fourth bed in our room was an armchair that converted into a bed. While it worked for us, it’s worth noting if you have older children. Food & Drink The food offered a good variety, featuring a mix of traditional Turkish cuisine alongside "everyday greats" that kept everyone happy. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the All-Inclusive drinks selection: • There were no international brands available. • The lager was limited to just one choice. • The spirits and wine selection could be a bit more varied. That being said, this wasn't a major issue for us, and we still had a brilliant time. Summary If you are looking for a clean, friendly hotel with great transport links and a hardworking team, this is a solid choice. It’s perfect for a simple, sunny break with the family. We would definitely consider returning!

A truly lovely hotel with excellent service from start to finish. The buffet was outstanding plenty of choice and variety every single day, catering to all tastes, and all food options are halal. The resort has two pools: one at 1.5 m depth for adults and a shaded kids’ pool, plus both indoor and outdoor dining areas. There’s never a dull moment with games and activities organised all day in the pool and gardens. The on-site aqua park was a highlight, with four fun slide routes. The spa facilities steam room, sauna, and Turkish bath were a relaxing treat. Perfect for families, with an excursions agent always available to suggest trips. The beach is just a 5‑minute walk away, with a private area for guests. Sun loungers are free, and food is served right on the sand. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing stay. Bonus: local bus rides to nearby areas are very affordable at just 45 TL per person.
