This hotel was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. My family and I booked this hotel to get a different experience in Thailand to stay in the jungle. This is the only expectation that was met. Immediately when we got to the hotel we realized there is absolutely nothing near the hotel for at least a 5 mile radius so you're kinda stuck in the hotel unless you want to pay the hotel's outrageous prices for a taxi. Some other things that went wrong: there was no one to carry our bags to the room for us, no elevator, dirty pool, ants and lizards found in the room, no restaurant, breakfast is gross and gone after 7am, charged us for two rooms when we only used one, and terrible customer service. The three days we spent at the hotel we only saw the total of three of the same people working here. If you are a tourist do not come here because none of the employees speak a drop of anything else but thai. Moral of the story, never go here even though the price and the pictures look good because the pictures are not how the hotel actually looks and they might just charge you for two rooms and definitely overcharge you for the taxis. Absolutely terrible stay.

I would suggest you simply call the hotel before your stay and speak to the staff. If you do this i can bet you will not want to stay here. Please also take the time to read the negative reviews as these are the only real ones (11.05.2017) All positive reviews are from fake accounts with only one review per account. (trip adviser) Other reviews include contributor accounts which are sadly paid for reviews by fake trip adviser customers. If you stay here you will be able to confirm what i'm saying. - Jacuzzi bath broke in both rooms - Sheets not changed after 4 day stay - Bath & Shower very dirty, months old dirt and grime (photo upon request) - Both rooms invested with bugs and lizards (photo upon request) - I have been eaten alive from sleeping in the bed here - Staff speak no English (put phone down saying no english or just say ok when you have a question. Very frustrating) - Upon arrival there was no one at reception - Moldy food under the bed in 2nd room and very strong smell of smoke - Food & Mini Bar prices x5 the normal rate (the hotel is miles away from anywhere so they know they can charge these scam prices) - Taxi and shuttle bus x3 the normal rate (scam based on the location again) - Staff are all very young (i think this is the cause of the issues as no one really knows how to run a hotel) - Breakfast was moving it had so many bugs on its and uneatable; it is truly unbelievable that they think it is ok to serve this. - Giggling staff making slurping noises every morning of which i can only assume was directed at us. I work in the internet and technology industry and from their website, youtube, twitter and facebook they look like a nice company. The website is in English and the reviews at first glace look good! Please take the time to investigate as this hotel is set up to farm money. I can provide photos and recording of my dealing with staff and of the rooms we stayed in. We where also charged 250 bat for a broken glass which we used to trap insects in the room. Something that costs far far less in Thailand. I will also be contacting the Office of the consumer Protection Board which is Thailand's equivalent of UK Trading Standards. Upon check out we had to wait in reception while hotel staff inspected our room and made us feel like criminals I have stayed in lots of hotels during my stay in Thailand they have all been excellent Thai hospitality is some of the best in the world; but Wanaburi is not designed for hospitality but rather to farm money. The manager should be aware that by providing a good experience he will actually make more money! Each customer is like an avert for your business and perhaps if you take the time to think; this could help your hotel. It is a nice building and a nice location. So in conclusion, i would like to save people time and money by avoiding this place. I'm writing this review in my new hotel in comfort and my holiday feels like it is only starting. I would also like to say you don't have to listen to me please just contact the hotel before the stay and speak to the staff; ask a few questions and i bet you will be changing your booking. To the manger i would also like to say that karma is a powerful thing and there are many hotel management courses you could take to help you. Thanks for taking the time to read.

It's a cross between prison and extortion, 5 star prices and 1 star service , nothing in walking distance and crazy money for hotel taxi , minibar prices too high , and breakfast was almost non existent , had to carry own bags up and down stairs with small kids ,

Unfortunately a bad experience, the place is far overpriced ... not clean, not tidy, we had no hot water in the shower, etc ... somehow unfinished and already in a bad status of maintenance ... seems their main business is those big buses with groups following a flag ...

Absolutely terrible. None of the offerings on their website existed. Depressing place with inadequate facilities and staff. Can I give zero stars?
