Great hospitality by Waldorf Astoria Team, Very professional and friendly staffs. Great location beautiful view from the room The rooms are very spacious and very luxury amenities in it. The coffee capsules in the room were very nice. I would like to know the brand of that please, it was very smooth and balanced in taste. Stephen from security has amazing knowledge about the hotel.Breakfast had full of options and very fresh and high quality product. Everyone one in the hotel were very helpful and had smiley faces. Thanks a lot again

A truly luxurious hotel in every sense of the word. The receptionist was very polite and respectful, and he upgraded our room when he saw we had children aged 7 and 8, since the lobby was crowded and he didn’t want us to wait any longer. The room was extremely elegant—almost like a suite (unfortunately, I forgot his name). Many thanks and appreciation to him. The lobby was very classy, and their desserts and coffee were delicious. The breakfast buffet was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here in a golf course facing room. The room was lovely, large king and a huge balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Very spacious dressing room and bathroom also. Just what you'd expect! Live piano in the lobby and falcons to hold on arrival. The staff couldn't be nicer, the booking was very easy over the phone. We ate in the resteraunt, the food was delicious and fast service! A good children's menu also. The pools and beach are excellent 👌 lots to do or just lounge on a chair. We will absolutely be back, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. To add.....my daughter left her doll in the hotel room. We only noticed once we got home. The hotel was amazing, it had found the doll and stored it, then we arranged postage to our house, supet quick and amaxing service! Thank you

Stayed 5 nights in November 2025; Great Hotel, all the staff is professional and always of goodwill, on some occasion we noticed that training could be perfected, but nothing bad. Hotel itself is not new and it shows, some wears here and there but still very comfortable. During our stay we used most facilities, tennis courts, spa, gym, we noticed a lot of attentions from the staff which was really appreciated. Rooms, are large and comfortable. The only downside to us was the quality of food at the buffet, it is not bad, but not great either (breakfast and dinner included in halfboard) I think at this price point it could be really better with more variation everyday. We had lunch and dinner at other restaurants of this hotel, it was good, especially the Lexington Grill, good quality, great cooking, and staff was really amazing. It is expensive though, but usual for this type of resort. On our last day, during a talk with desk staff, they mentioned the hotel was at full capacity, I find it hard to believe honestly because hotel felt empty, we never had to wait for sunbeds, breakfast, or anything else. Maybe this is true because of the renovation (which was not really a disturbance to be honest) All in all, except for the buffet which became quickly boring and disappointing, everything was absolutely perfect, thanks to all the amazing staff, always smiling, always accommodating.

Not the most beautiful location by the docks but a beautiful hotel. Front of house and room attendants great. Lexington and Umi restaurants have slow service as dies the piano bar. A good atmosphere but pick your time for breakfast as there can be a very long queue just to be seated! Beach and pool bars have good service, food and drinks The quiet adults pool has helpful attendants who bring, towels, parasols and when it rains umbrellas. Late afternoon by the family pool the beach side bar is wonderfully quiet and relaxing
