The customer service here is so great. Our room attendants NAVEEN and ASHIK has been amazing as our room is always done on time, clean, and refreshed with supplies. The room is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. The morning buffet is also very good. With many choices, great cooks, and amazing service. There is a sense of security from the moment you enter. I absolutely loved my stay. Thanks to my travel agency @StarSoiree for another fantastic destination and great choice in accomdations.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria (bywater Doha). The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Farjhat and Thon for their outstanding help and kindness throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pools were fantastic, and the lifeguards were friendly and accommodating. The pool staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable — our 4-year-old especially loved their warmth and company. A special mention to Brian for his big smile, kind heart, and personal touches that made us feel so welcome. Lovely Charlie from the beach staff reminded us of home and it was nice to see him enjoying work away from him. The restaurant team was equally impressive — professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Jasurbek and Tracey made breakfast a joy each morning, taking great care of us and engaging so sweetly with our 4-year-old. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service from everyone at the Waldorf Astoria and can’t wait to return!

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. It’s luxurious and modern. The pool and beach area is large and very well maintained. We sat at the same table every morning at Bywater and were served by Jahid. He left nothing to be desired and always had a smile on his face. It was a great way to start the day. The people are very friendly and courteous. We'll be back!

I would like to thank Supervisor Shruti for her wonderful hospitality and friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to help us when we couldn’t find a connecting room, and quickly arranged a better option for our family — truly impressive service! The hotel itself is perfect for families with kids — the pool and kids club are amazing. Special thanks to Nishara and Gladys from the kids club for taking such great care of my children, entertaining them, and even extending the club’s closing time so they could enjoy a little longer. I’m truly blessed to have had such a great experience — everything was handled with care and warmth. Highly recommended!

Amazing Hotel with Excellent Staff We went here to celebrate our daughter birthday. Knowing it’s her birthday, the staff from breakfast restaurant, pool and kids club were went over and exceeded our expectation / imagination. They were a lot of singing Happy Birthday songs, cakes, gifts from them. My daughter said it’s her best birthday ever. Definitely will come back again for any celebration. 1. Reception / Welcome Guests Team - Thank you for welcome gifts. 2. Bywater Breakfast Restaurant - Thank you Chef Ahmad, Tina and the team for surprise cake and singing happy birthday songs. 3. Pool and kids water park staff - Thank you for endless candies, happy birthday songs and surprise cake. 4. Kids club - Thank you Nishara, Sheena, Han, Gilado, Kris and the team for spending time entertaining birthday girl, whole day happy birthday songs, cake and gifts.
