I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. David was so attentive when I was outside in the pool area. He’s kind and considerate; and he asked me how my stay was. He was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed; he made the pool day pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable and all the staff greeted us with smiles. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful with stunning views of the sea from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and the attention to detail—such as complimentary refreshments and high-quality toiletries—made the stay feel truly special. What really set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Brian at the pool area who was not only helpful, but friendly and gave me some good advice on where to go etc. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

I would like to share my review of Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. The hotel is luxurious, beautiful, and very calm. The service is extremely refined, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We tried the Swarovski Afternoon Tea, which was wonderful—elegant, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were very professional, and the employee who assisted us, Rania, was exceptionally polite and pleasant. We definitely look forward to returning again.

The customer service here is so great. Our room attendants NAVEEN and ASHIK has been amazing as our room is always done on time, clean, and refreshed with supplies. The room is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. The morning buffet is also very good. With many choices, great cooks, and amazing service. There is a sense of security from the moment you enter. I absolutely loved my stay. Thanks to my travel agency @StarSoiree for another fantastic destination and great choice in accomdations.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of incredible! The customer service was exceptional, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning and luxurious. We’ve stayed in a few 5-star hotels before, but the attention to detail here was on a whole different level, the staff truly went above and beyond in every way. Our sea-view room was breathtaking and was cleaned immaculately twice a day. The hotel’s water park was a huge hit with our child and the kids club was fantastic too. We loved the spacious on-site beach,and having a cabana every day made our stay even more relaxing and indulgent. The half-board package is definitely worth it, The Bywater staff, in particular, were brilliant. The on-site spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and 24-hour gym access were all exceptionally clean and added to the luxury of our stay. A special thank you to Mahesh, who welcomed us with a warm smile every single time and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of whenever we returned to the hotel. His kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and we genuinely can’t wait to come back!
