Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail was absolutely top class from start to finish. The service was excellent — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming at every touchpoint. The pool area was clean, lively, and very well maintained, creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the day. The overall vibe of the hotel is vibrant yet elegant, making it perfect for both family time and unwinding. A special mention to Chef Ravi at breakfast — he took exceptional care of us and went above and beyond by preparing dishes off the menu exactly as we requested. That level of personal attention truly elevated our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great energy, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had several custom requests that were completely off the menu – from a vegetarian Eggs Benedict to Bhatura with aloo bhaji on the side, and even masala dosa – and they handled every single one with patience and a smile. Service with a smile! Half way through a family holiday (3 generations) and having a super time. Hotel is spotless with lovely pools and children play pool park. A spécial thank-you to the pool staff and life guards that are the most attentive and friendly I have ever seen. Breakfast is nice, a little disappointed with the ‘powder scrambled egg’ and orange juice but lovely breakfast staff notably Jona who looks after us. Would recommend for a family holiday.
