My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and professional — always smiling and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location was close to all services and tourist attractions. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Jawad, who arranged everything and provided all the comfort and convenience for me and my family. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

Amazing service throughout our experience. Staff are attentive at every point, from arrival, to room service, regular check ins throughout with us to see if we needed any assistance, all requests handled rapidly, pool and recreational team were great and really helpful, they made our child's stay that much more special. Big shout out to the lifeguards who were always positive and interactive. Rooms were clean and facilities were amazing, a lot of attention to detail with the interior design. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

She went above and beyond to help us when we couldn’t find a connecting room, and quickly arranged a better option for our family — truly impressive service! The hotel itself is perfect for families with kids — the pool and kids club are amazing. Special thanks to Nishara and Gladys from the kids club for taking such great care of my children, entertaining them, and even extending the club’s closing time so they could enjoy a little longer. I’m truly blessed to have had such a great experience — everything was handled with care and warmth. Highly recommended!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view. The property has it all - a fun waterpark, beautiful pools, and a private beach, all perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly obliging and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel special. A special thank you to Cleopatra Khumalo for her warm welcome and for truly making our stay unforgettable. The breakfast spread was out of this world - from the pastry room filled with gelato, freshly made waffles, pancakes, and a wide array of pastries and cakes, to the overall quality of the food and service - it was all flawless. Truly one of the best 5-star hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality!

Amazing Hotel with Excellent Staff We went here to celebrate our daughter birthday. Knowing it’s her birthday, the staff from breakfast restaurant, pool and kids club were went over and exceeded our expectation / imagination. They were a lot of singing Happy Birthday songs, cakes, gifts from them. My daughter said it’s her best birthday ever. Definitely will come back again for any celebration. 1. Reception / Welcome Guests Team - Thank you for welcome gifts. 2. Bywater Breakfast Restaurant - Thank you Chef Ahmad, Tina and the team for surprise cake and singing happy birthday songs. 3. Pool and kids water park staff - Thank you for endless candies, happy birthday songs and surprise cake. 4. Kids club - Thank you Nishara, Sheena, Han, Gilado, Kris and the team for spending time entertaining birthday girl, whole day happy birthday songs, cake and gifts.
