We loved our stay at this hotel. Beautiful design and super clean throughout. The rooms are spacious with good views, comfortable bed and big bathrooms. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot - vegan pastries on the buffet and the chef made vegan pancakes on request also. Good coffee and very nice ambience in the breakfast restaurant. Our server Osmaan was very polite and courteous - thank you! The two main pools are both heated to very comfortable temperatures. Good service around the adults pool, lovely drinks and good food although the menu is not labelled with allergens which I think should be improved. The hotel is perfectly located within a very short walk of the Vendome Mall. They say there is a buggy service but we asked once and it never arrived after waiting - better to walk I think! All of the staff were happy and friendly. The on site Highmore bar is also very good for drinks and has a good happy hour. This was our first stay at a Waldorf Astoria property and we would definitely look to stay at other properties under this brand and at this hotel again. The only thing I can fault is the welcome card was addressed to the wrong guest 😁

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail was absolutely top class from start to finish. The service was excellent — attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming at every touchpoint. The pool area was clean, lively, and very well maintained, creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the day. The overall vibe of the hotel is vibrant yet elegant, making it perfect for both family time and unwinding. A special mention to Chef Ravi at breakfast — he took exceptional care of us and went above and beyond by preparing dishes off the menu exactly as we requested. That level of personal attention truly elevated our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great energy, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria and will definitely be coming back very soon. The service was outstanding, especially towards our little son. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for from the very first moment. A special thank you to Simon and Okuku from the security team at the main entrance, to Isa who helped us with our luggage and to Brian at the pool. Their kindness, attentiveness and genuine warmth made a real difference to our experience. In fact, every single team member we encountered was engaged, professional and exceptionally friendly. Please keep up this amazing standard. If there is one small area for improvement, it would be lovely to have sunscreen and after sun lotion available at the pool or beach, as offered in some other hotels. Additionally, a bit more variety at By Water would make the experience even more exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next visit in April this year.

The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. Our room was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and finished to the highest standard. Every detail reflected elegance and comfort. A special thank you to Brian and Charley, who welcomed us and looked after us around the pool area. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and the sea view was absolutely amazing — we all truly enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and delicious options. Everything was well organized and fresh. A special thanks to David, who was incredibly helpful and professional.
