I went with my family to the hotel for a week to have a holiday in January. I only have good things to say about the hotel. It was nice and clean in every corner. They have thought of everything in terms of interior design (feels very homely in the hotel rooms), there is a nice design throughout the hotel and it is clean everywhere. I was so fascinated by how they have succeeded so well with it. As for the service, it was top class. I have never been to a hotel with such nice and service-minded staff. Everyone, really everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was top class, at breakfast we often got help from a girl named Tina. She was top class in terms of being nice and helpful. At the pool we often got service from Bryan och Paul. They both were amazing and gave amazing service. I really want to recommend this hotel, it is difficult to overrate this. I will most likely come back.

Great hotel. The staff truly made my experience unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, John at the front entrance greeted me with a warm smile and helped with my bags. He continued to check in with me everytime I left and returned back to the hotel. Always very welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team, especially Emam and Nirmala, were absolute stars! My room was always spotless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and friendly smiles didn't go unnoticed. Brian at the poolside bar was also fantastic - his cheerful demeanor and prompt service made my poolside lounging even more enjoyable. The security team across the hotel grounds were welcoming and helpful. Overall, the hotel's staff were the highlight of my stay. Their dedication to excellent service and genuine warmth made me feel right at home. Thank you, Emam, Nirmala, John, Brian and the security team for an amazing experience! I'll be back 😊

We stayed here for three nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Yasmin at check-in was incredibly helpful, and Vishal at the concierge was exceptionally kind and attentive—he was always available whenever we needed assistance. Daud at the pool was also extremely supportive and made our time there even more enjoyable. The overall ambiance of the resort is beautiful and relaxing. The staff throughout the property is genuinely courteous and welcoming. The pools are fantastic, especially the kids’ pool, which has fun slides that kept my child entertained for hours. The poolside team was always ready to assist with a smile. And the views—truly breathtaking and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The variety was incredible - everything from made-to-order omelets to fresh fruit, pastries. Big shoutout to the staff - super attentive, friendly, and accommodating! Special thanks to Tina for making my breakfast experience truly special. Whether you're a brunch lover or just looking for a great breakfast spot, this is a must-try!

Absolutely perfect stay. Everything from the service to the cleanliness of the rooms and property was top notch. I especially appreciate the hotel’s kindness regarding the celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary. The beaches, pools and restaurants were all amazing. I don’t have a single complaint.
