I am here to celebrate my wife's birthday,and It was the best birthday ever.
The room is clean, and the pool is so perfect to play with my kid.
But the most inspire me is the service I received from Mr. Juancho.
He kept asking if there was anything we were uncomfortable, and he cared for our family until the end.
Thanks to him, We had even a great time, and surely we shall revisit this hotel again.

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome, but the real standout was Gem from the personal concierge team. She went above and beyond to make my day truly special. While we were at the pool, she planned a wonderful surprise in our room, and I came back to find such a thoughtful gesture waiting for me! I’ll always remember her kindness. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Doha, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff ensured that our rooms were on the same floor, which made our stay even more convenient. The room itself was immaculate—clean, well-organized, with a spacious balcony offering a beautiful sea view.
The pool and beach facilities were excellent, and our entire family, especially the kids, enjoyed every moment. A special highlight was when a lady at reception surprised our child with a birthday cake and small gift in the room, which made his day unforgettable.
Most importantly, the staff throughout the hotel were absolutely wonderful—helpful, kind, and always attentive. This exceptional service truly enhanced our holiday experience, and I can confidently say that I will return on my next visit to Doha.
