I booked two rooms for three nights at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and generally comfortable. The facilities are good, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. From a physical standpoint, it meets expectations for a luxury property. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly downgraded by poor staff handling. Simply put, the beauty of the hotel is undermined by weak and unprofessional service. Two critical issues stood out: 1. Management and Front-of-House Staff Reception and guest services do not operate at the level expected from a five-star hotel. There is a clear lack of professionalism, ownership, and proper guest-handling skills. 2. Hilton Honors Program Hilton Honors benefits are practically ineffective at this property, even for high-tier members. Recognition and meaningful privileges are minimal or completely absent. In summary, while the hotel looks impressive, service quality and loyalty recognition fall short and seriously impact the stay. Suggestion: to add shuttle bus to mall

I would like to share my review of Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. The hotel is luxurious, beautiful, and very calm. The service is extremely refined, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We tried the Swarovski Afternoon Tea, which was wonderful—elegant, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were very professional, and the employee who assisted us, Rania, was exceptionally polite and pleasant. We definitely look forward to returning again.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of incredible! The customer service was exceptional, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning and luxurious. We’ve stayed in a few 5-star hotels before, but the attention to detail here was on a whole different level, the staff truly went above and beyond in every way. Our sea-view room was breathtaking and was cleaned immaculately twice a day. The hotel’s water park was a huge hit with our child and the kids club was fantastic too. We loved the spacious on-site beach,and having a cabana every day made our stay even more relaxing and indulgent. The half-board package is definitely worth it, The Bywater staff, in particular, were brilliant. The on-site spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and 24-hour gym access were all exceptionally clean and added to the luxury of our stay. A special thank you to Mahesh, who welcomed us with a warm smile every single time and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of whenever we returned to the hotel. His kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and we genuinely can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, special thanks to the housekeeping Team Shine and jesmine who really stood out. He was very polite, always greeted me with a warm smile, and looked neat every day. My room was always spotless, perfectly arranged, and fresh. His attention to detail and professional attitude truly reflected the high standards of a 5-star hotel. He’s a hardworking and respectful young boy who made my stay extra comfortable. Thank u so much again for kindness and take care. We will be back again.
