Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is luxurious, the lobby is stunning, and the view was absolutely breathtaking, adding a special touch to our experience. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. David was so attentive when I was outside in the pool area. He’s kind and considerate; and he asked me how my stay was. He was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed; he made the pool day pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived, service was impeccable and all the staff greeted us with smiles. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful with stunning views of the sea from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and the attention to detail—such as complimentary refreshments and high-quality toiletries—made the stay feel truly special. What really set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Brian at the pool area who was not only helpful, but friendly and gave me some good advice on where to go etc. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

The customer service here is so great. Our room attendants NAVEEN and ASHIK has been amazing as our room is always done on time, clean, and refreshed with supplies. The room is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. The morning buffet is also very good. With many choices, great cooks, and amazing service. There is a sense of security from the moment you enter. I absolutely loved my stay. Thanks to my travel agency @StarSoiree for another fantastic destination and great choice in accomdations.

I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate the staff. Specially from bywater Sunita! I could not describe really my appreciation to her. Truly deserving of praise. And also Bryan, very accomodating and understanding. The staff from kids clubs gladys and nishara are so attentive to my kids. And i almost forgot Zin, so friendly. All the staff deserves a praise! And the place is excellent!
