Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of incredible! The customer service was exceptional, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning and luxurious. We’ve stayed in a few 5-star hotels before, but the attention to detail here was on a whole different level, the staff truly went above and beyond in every way. Our sea-view room was breathtaking and was cleaned immaculately twice a day. The hotel’s water park was a huge hit with our child and the kids club was fantastic too. We loved the spacious on-site beach,and having a cabana every day made our stay even more relaxing and indulgent. The half-board package is definitely worth it, The Bywater staff, in particular, were brilliant. The on-site spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and 24-hour gym access were all exceptionally clean and added to the luxury of our stay. A special thank you to Mahesh, who welcomed us with a warm smile every single time and made sure everything was perfectly taken care of whenever we returned to the hotel. His kindness and attentiveness made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and we genuinely can’t wait to come back!

He was very polite, always greeted me with a warm smile, and looked neat every day. My room was always spotless, perfectly arranged, and fresh. We had an amazing stay! The hotel and its staff are exceptionally well-trained, attentive, and truly uphold a very high standard. The location is perfect, and the dishes in the various restaurants were incredibly delicious. Our son was wonderfully cared for, and all our wishes were fulfilled throughout our stay. A special thank you to Sunita, who took such great care of us during the two weeks her kindness and dedication made our holiday even more enjoyable. I would like to highly recommend the By Water restaurant. The service from Sunita was wonderful — she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant/bar on the 11th floor is amazing, and Nabil is incredibly kind; he always greets us warmly. The atmosphere, the service, and the people here make every visit special. I can truly recommend this place to everyone!

The customer service here is so great. Our room attendants NAVEEN and ASHIK has been amazing as our room is always done on time, clean, and refreshed with supplies. The room is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. The morning buffet is also very good. With many choices, great cooks, and amazing service. There is a sense of security from the moment you enter. I absolutely loved my stay. Thanks to my travel agency @StarSoiree for another fantastic destination and great choice in accomdations.
