We had an overall fantastic holiday experience at Waldorf Astoria Lusail. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which really stood out. Scarpetta and SushiSamba both hold exceptionally high standards, and even the lobby café was great — everything we tried was consistently good. The Christmas brunch was fantastic and definitely worth booking in advance. The rooms were beautiful, with modern décor and a brand-new feel throughout the resort. Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the waterpark, which was a huge highlight for us as a family. The beach was also very tidy and clean, making it a lovely place to relax. Staff hospitality was excellent across the board. A special mention to Bharat at the Bywater Bar, who was an outstanding barman throughout our stay, and to Karim, the manager. I quietly noticed how he handled various situations with a smile every single time — you can really see why Bywater is run so well. Hats off to you both. Overall, a wonderful holiday and a place we would happily return to.

We spent New Year’s Day brunch at the Waldorf and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The setting was elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect way to begin the year. The brunch spread was extensive and beautifully presented, with high-quality dishes across every station and something for everyone. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout. Everything—from the atmosphere to the food and overall attention to detail—felt refined and thoughtfully done. A wonderful New Year’s brunch and an experience we’d happily repeat.

My husband and I spent the first weekend after the New Year at Waldorf Astoria Lusail Qatar, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Check in was seamless and welcoming, immediately setting a calm and refined tone. The festive Christmas tree by Swarovski in the lobby was a beautiful touch and kept the holiday spirit alive even after New Year. Despite it being a post holiday weekend, the staff were attentive, present, and genuinely engaged throughout our stay. Our suite was ready upon arrival and was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed, offering comfort and a sense of relaxed luxury. Brunch and breakfast at ByWater were highlights. The variety was generous and well balanced, with a strong focus on freshness and quality across all stations, from seafood and live cooking counters to hot dishes and pastries. The service team was attentive and well-coordinated, and the consistency across both breakfast and brunch clearly reflected strong kitchen leadership and a chef who prioritizes execution and standards. A thoughtful New Year surprise awaited us, including a beautifully prepared celebration cake, an elegant bouquet of flowers, and beautifully crafted macarons. This personal gesture made us feel valued and warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Zakariya El Moustafi for his exceptional professionalism and care, which clearly shaped the experience and made a real difference throughout our stay. We will most certainly return.

We had a perfect stay at this wonderful hotel. Stella at the pool was especially attentive and made sure we were comfortable, providing sunscreen and cold water when needed. We really enjoyed our time here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back!

The rooms were wonderful, immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. From start to finish, the service across the hotel was excellent, with a genuine sense of care that made our stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Tina and Pooja at breakfast in the Bywater restaurant. Their service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to look after us and made each morning a pleasure. It was easily some of the best service we have experienced, and their warmth truly stood out. We would also like to thank Maya and Calyn, whose hospitality and dedication were exceptional. Both were so hardworking and consistently delivered service with excellence, always with kindness and professionalism. In the Spa/Salon, a special mention to Bibinur and Zayrah — skilled professionals who provided perfect nail treatments. Not only was their work excellent, but they were also so lovely and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The massages were also of the highest standard! Overall, this was a tranquil, luxurious stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We felt thoroughly looked after and would absolutely return. Thank you!
