An amazing experience for me. Waldorf Astoria Lusail offers luxury and comfort with excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Staff are incredibly welvoming and attentive throughout my stay. My Fav staff is Shine and Anat. He look very cute,sweet and pretty much.I like the one is he is always in sweet smile and fresh. That's fresh and sweet smile make me comfortable when he is cleaning my room.He is very professional in handelling my needs.Even take care for my room temperature cuz i'm in little sick. I love alots this sweet boy. His cares and services feel me to deepest part of my heart. I hope he will be in better place soon. He deserve very much.Inshallah,i will come back again with my friends. Specially and heartfully Thanks to Shine.

I choice Waldorf astoria for My first time staycation. It was so great and I feel fully relaxation.Thank u very much Shine and Anet . Their cleaning is very good. Shine is very intelligent boy. He have a lot of attraction. Sweetest and cutest pretty boy.He is very good in communicate to a person. Speechless for his service. Cleaning, also communicate with us and feeling very friendly in a moment. I want to say very thank u to pretty boy shine. I will exactly choice again Waldorf for my next relax.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. Some of the team members I remember were Sangeeta (reception), Kat (concierge), Vishal (concierge), Mahesh, and Htun (Scarpetta restaurant). Keep up the good work guys, and thanks so much. The hotel itself was lavish, well maintained, and had it’s own private beach. The hotel was within a 5 minute walking distance of the Place Vendome Mall, and other major attractions were easily accessible by quick uber rides. It was lovely to get a sea view upgrade on the room. This is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during my international trips. l strongly recommend it.

I stayed in Waldorf for a week, was on the 7th floor, and had amazing housekeeping staff, particularly Titon and Narendra. They ensured we were looked after and went above and beyond to ensure we have a stress free stay. The staff everywhere at the hotel were amazing. The services and food were brilliant. My kids loved the kids club. Will defo recommend.

We ate at Bywater. We were served with happiness and jolliness! Kuya JHET is so nice and very attentive. More staff like him makes a good and nice working environment, when we comeback definitely look for you again kuya. Kudos! Always asking us how was the food. Food wise it was SOLID. 11/10.😁 Definitely we will come again.🥰
