We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Bywater, located in the elegant Waldorf Astoria Doha, and our experience was made truly memorable thanks to the exceptional service from Jona and Dulce. From the moment we arrived, both ladies greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were attentive, thoughtful, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. The breakfast itself was beautifully presented and delicious, a true celebration of fresh, quality ingredients. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel during the day pass! The atmosphere is very welcoming, perfect for couples and also for families looking for a peaceful day. The beach is clean, cozy, and very well maintained — a true retreat to relax. The facilities are impeccable: everything is clean, organized, and well prepared to welcome guests. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the service really made a difference! I’d like to give a special mention to Kevin, who attended to us with so much kindness, respect, and attention. He was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish, making our experience even more special. The other staff members were also very attentive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
