An Exceptional Stay at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok I can honestly say that my stay at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok far exceeded all expectations. The room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working condition and an extremely comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding—perhaps the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were exceptional. What really set this stay apart, however, was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with—from the front desk to the restaurant team, housekeeping, concierge, and bell staff—was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. Thank you for an amazing stay. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and delivers outstanding service. Despite its luxurious atmosphere, the staff were warm, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. The room featured smart controls for lights and curtains, adding a modern touch. I especially appreciated the fresh, clean scent throughout the property — no trace of mustiness at all. I would gladly return on my next visit.

Also, the spa is so great that my wife is well satisfied. How can I forget the taste of mango? While the breakfast is one of best in Bangkok, the Mango is the best along side egg Benedict. Had the chance to stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok using the “เที่ยวไทยคนละครึ่ง” campaign, net at 4500 Baht for deluxe room with Breakfast. Deluxe room was large, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped, huge bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, and large bathtub, Aesop amenities, Nespresso. Breakfast was impressive, love cold-pressed juice, mango sticky rice and french toast. The food quality was superb.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - the rooms are amazing, the food, staff and location is perfect for a few nights in Bangkok. My son really liked the pool and I can highly recommend the massages at their spa! We were there during the earthquake end of March and the way the took care of all guest was really outstanding. Thanks again and I am sure we will come back soon!
