Had an absolutely amazing stay at W Goa, From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. **Check-in was quick and easy**, and the overall experience felt very well organized. The **billing was completely transparent**, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to **Nikhil, the W Insider**, who was truly amazing and went **above and beyond** to make our stay special. His attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to help made a big difference and added a very personal touch to the experience. The **food was excellent**, and **Chef Mohit** deserves special mention—his dishes were outstanding, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining was one of the highlights of our stay. The **spa experience was amazing**, perfect for relaxation. We also had a **fun time at the pool**, which had great vibes and was very well maintained. The **property was clean, stylish, and well-kept throughout**. Another plus is the **beach being close by**, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. Overall, W Goa offers luxury, great service, and an energetic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel was a beautiful surprise. My experience was great. As a vegan I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch buffet. The chefs were and all the personal were kind and attentive and the chefs surprised ius with delicious vegan food and desserts! Tge rockpool bar is a very nice pkace as well, we enjoyed the bar, the music and the beautifulview on Cagator beach and the sunset. I chose a cottage sea view and for a couple is just perfect- only downside, for who cares, is that they are close to the rockpool bar.Gym ok, Spa as well. Great choice for NYE!

Best experience! They make your stay very special. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seemless. Nikhil was our W insider and was always a call away. Great sundowner at the Rock pool, don't miss the happy hours from 4 to 5 pm and the bartender gave us lot of information about the drinks! Entire property was amazing, rooms are huge and hi-tech and access to the beach is great with buggies pickup and drop facility.

We stayed at W Goa from Dec 21st to Dec 25th. The property’s location is fantastic—perhaps the only one in North Goa with direct beach access. Overall, we had a great stay. A special shout-out to Muskan and Nikhil for their exceptional hospitality; they were always available to help with our queries. Despite the massive peak-season rush in late December, they remained smiling and incredibly helpful. The only downside is that the property is starting to show its age and is in need of a complete renovation to maintain its high standards.

This property is so poorly maintained, my shower leaked into the toilet, the bathroom tap leaked onto the floor, there is just shotty work everywhere including the reception. Second I got food poisoning at the Kitchen Table. Third I had 3 parcels delivered on 3 different days with 3 different couriers, all went missing. Hotel blames all 3 couriers. Last part of my trip I stayed at the JW Marriott and excluding the proximity to the beach it was by far a better hotel.
