Our stay at W Goa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Pritha from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel incredibly special. Her thoughtful surprises and kind attention to detail made the whole experience so memorable. We are also so grateful to Nikhil, the W Insider, who was wonderfully attentive throughout our stay. He surprised us with a bottle of bubbles for my birthday and always checked in to make sure we were having a great time. His recommendations were excellent and helped us discover some amazing spots in and around the resort. Finally, Chef Nikhil truly elevated our experience. He created beautiful, personalized dishes based on what we enjoy and introduced us to incredible Indian flavors from Goa, Punjab, and the north. Every meal felt like a new discovery, and his warmth and passion for food made us feel genuinely cared for. W Goa is the perfect mix of relaxation, great energy, and outstanding hospitality. The food is fantastic, the views from the Rock Pool Bar at sunset are breathtaking, and the people make the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this special place.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing brunch here, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I genuinely can't stop thinking about it! The food selection was exceptional—everything tasted incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and the variety was perfect. From savory classics to the decadent pastry station, every dish was a perfection. We must extend a massive thank you to Mihir, the Restaurant Manager. His professionalism and clear dedication to ensuring a flawless dining experience shone through in every interaction we observed. It's obvious he leads a fantastic team, and his attention to detail is what makes this restaurant run so seamlessly.

Was there from 5-7th of October Loved our stay at W Goa! Breakfast Service and spread was amazing. The team is so full of energy. We were there for a wedding so they did not have a brunch that week, have heard it’s amazing. Mihir was fantastic and made us feel totally at home. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 5 days at the W hotel. Overall we had a great time. The facilities were very good. The ambience and music in the common areas was great. Breakfast was very good and the waiters knew our orders after the first two days. The greatest part o the hotel was the personalised attention to detail. Nikhil the guest relations officer was great. He would organise our dinners and suggest fantastic venues to go out. He took a keen interest in facilitating and ensuring a smooth stay. Pritha the manager was amazing, she took time to get to know us and looked after us very well. Sanjay at the bar was very friendly and always served us with a smile. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at restaurant. The dishes were well-prepared and served promptly, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was outstanding. I would especially like to commend Manager Manglesh, along with Nancy and Tushar. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured our comfort throughout the visit. Thank you, Chef Gurudas, for the delicious local food. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
