We had come here for our anniversary lunch and had such an amazing time. Seema and Padma were so kind, sweet and warm and made us have a really great time. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. We met chef Nikhil too who was very friendly and sweet . Thank you once again for making us feel so special. A Must Visit!

Highly disappointing experience. I checked in today, and the lack of hospitality was evident from the start—no welcome drink or even water was offered upon arrival. The rooms were not clean, and room service took an unacceptable 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver a food order. Speaking from years of experience within the Travel and MICE fraternity, the service standards here fall incredibly short. I certainly cannot recommend this property to any of my clients or corporate groups.

Here's a refined version of your review: We visited the W Goa for lunch as a surprise planned by our best friend, Girish, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The property itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring it. One of the highlights was being driven around the expansive grounds in the resort's buggy, which added to the overall charm of the visit. We had lunch at the in-house restaurant, Spice Traders. We ordered the chicken kebab, which initially felt a bit undercooked for our preference. However, the chef personally came over to understand our concern, explained the preparation, and graciously prepared a fresh batch for us. The level of hospitality and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. From the beautiful property to the excellent service, we loved the entire experience and left with great memories.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at W Goa, From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. **Check-in was quick and easy**, and the overall experience felt very well organized. The **billing was completely transparent**, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to **Nikhil, the W Insider**, who was truly amazing and went **above and beyond** to make our stay special. His attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to help made a big difference and added a very personal touch to the experience. The **food was excellent**, and **Chef Mohit** deserves special mention—his dishes were outstanding, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Dining was one of the highlights of our stay. The **spa experience was amazing**, perfect for relaxation. We also had a **fun time at the pool**, which had great vibes and was very well maintained. The **property was clean, stylish, and well-kept throughout**. Another plus is the **beach being close by**, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. Overall, W Goa offers luxury, great service, and an energetic atmosphere. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
