This hotel is absolutely 5 star. The staff very kindly, and numerous amount of them working on the daily basis. The rooms and the facilities very clean. On the arrival they setup a whatsapp group where we received the daily programs every morning, and can ask questions all time. The entertainment was good. Just can not recommend enough.

I just want to say thank you to the staff for being so attentive and kind throughout our stay. Even though I may have come off a little dramatic about the soda situation (which I stand by 😅), you really went out of your way to make sure I was taken care of, and it honestly didn’t go unnoticed. Big thanks to the bar manager, that was so nice and even invited me behind the bar so that I could make any drink I like) We were also invited to a cocktail workshop, that was so fun! Everyone should attend it. The guys that lead it were super friendly and fun, they really set the mood for the event. Taking about activities - there are so many things to do besides swimming, you couldn't even get bored. Bicycle tours, aqua fitness, stand up paddling, archery, volleyball, and it's not even half of them. Every night there is a different show, often different invited artists, so it's always interesting. Also a lot of things to do for kids (we didn't have one, so I don't know the details, but saw a lot of entertainment zones for them). Thanks to the 'adults-only' pool and pier - kids aren't really a bother there.

The quality of this hotel in all aspects was 5 star. The setting is truly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and both housekeeping and mini bar service were on the mark. There were two things that made it an exceptional week. 1. The food was so amazing, we felt no need to book an a la carte meal. And the standard was high at every meal, all week. 2. The staff were absolutely delightful and professional. They really made the holiday. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend it.

I visited with my two daughters, both with severe nut allergies, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The food options were carefully prepared to avoid any cross-contamination, and the team was happy to answer all our questions, with around the clock assistant who attends to every need. The venue was amazing, and the activities were plentiful, s much to do and see, for all ages. A huge thank you to the staff for making our trip stress-free and memorable. 10/10 would recommend for families with food allergies. Food options are amazing, so many to choose from however the main restaurant which offers buffet has so many dishes you’re spoilt for choice. From sushi to lasagne and everything in between, it cannot be faulted. Service and staff are impeccable, always happy to help and nothing is too much. The hotel is very well kept, looks brand new and is so clean Rooms cleaned daily with everything replenished. I honesty cannot find anything bad to say, it was amazing! Thank you so much

Returned from a fab 7-day holiday at Voyage Sorgun (Jul '25). Can't fault the rooms, food, drinks or entertainment. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, or feel free to just chill by the pool or beach, stuffing your face with tasty food, snacks and desserts. Can't wait to book the next visit!
