I just want to say thank you to the staff for being so attentive and kind throughout our stay. Even though I may have come off a little dramatic about the soda situation (which I stand by 😅), you really went out of your way to make sure I was taken care of, and it honestly didn’t go unnoticed. Big thanks to the bar manager, that was so nice and even invited me behind the bar so that I could make any drink I like) We were also invited to a cocktail workshop, that was so fun! Everyone should attend it. The guys that lead it were super friendly and fun, they really set the mood for the event. Taking about activities - there are so many things to do besides swimming, you couldn't even get bored. Bicycle tours, aqua fitness, stand up paddling, archery, volleyball, and it's not even half of them. Every night there is a different show, often different invited artists, so it's always interesting. Also a lot of things to do for kids (we didn't have one, so I don't know the details, but saw a lot of entertainment zones for them). Thanks to the 'adults-only' pool and pier - kids aren't really a bother there.

The quality of this hotel in all aspects was 5 star. The setting is truly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and both housekeeping and mini bar service were on the mark. There were two things that made it an exceptional week. 1. The food was so amazing, we felt no need to book an a la carte meal. And the standard was high at every meal, all week. 2. The staff were absolutely delightful and professional. They really made the holiday. We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend it.

Dear All, As i do not have occasion to meet you personally today, I would like to help many people from the hotel that were helping with serious head injury of my wife that happened nearby. I did know remember your particular names, but you will know that it`s you who helped. We will not forget your empathy, care , fast actions , your doctor examination and fast transfer to Paloma Finesse hotels. We are now after spending a night in hospital with positive MRI/CT results. I visited with my two daughters, both with severe nut allergies, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The food options were carefully prepared to avoid any cross-contamination, and the team was happy to answer all our questions, with around the clock assistant who attends to every need. The venue was amazing, and the activities were plentiful, s much to do and see, for all ages. A huge thank you to the staff for making our trip stress-free and memorable. 10/10 would recommend for families with food allergies. Food options are amazing, so many to choose from however the main restaurant which offers buffet has so many dishes you’re spoilt for choice. From sushi to lasagne and everything in between, it cannot be faulted. Service and staff are impeccable, always happy to help and nothing is too much. The hotel is very well kept, looks brand new and is so clean Rooms cleaned daily with everything replenished. I honesty cannot find anything bad to say, it was amazing! Thank you so much

Voyage Sorgun was definitely the best resort I’ve ever been to. The service was nice and caring. In the middle of the vacation, I got sick, and they volunteered to drive me to their nurse. Every few hours they would send a message asking if I was okay. Other than the service, there are infinite activities you can attend to. You could snorkel in the ocean. You could go to the game center and play Pool. You could go to one of their concerts. You could eat at their patisserie. I snorkeled many times on this trip, and it was totally worth it. At the end of one of the peers, fish have gathered up, and you can swim through a school of at least a thousand fish. Under the 16+ peer, early in the morning there are sardines. I swam through them too. It was amazing. The food was outstanding. Definitely the best buffet I’ve ever been to. Every day there’s a new type of style. Chinese, seafood, Italian, and Turkish. There are also desserts. Thank you to everyone at this resort for doing an impeccable job!
