Great hotel with great customer care team. All hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Alcohol wise everything is premium and bartenders are now what they are doing. Kids club was the best and my kid doesn’t want to leave the club. But in such kind of hotel your expectations are getting bigger…
- Alacart restaurants are hard to find a place only one time slot is booked and they are holding the table all evening even such a place. Also there is no backup booking or if you don’t show no meaningful penalty. We didn’t found a place in Turkish restaurant and made us feel bad…
- Left side of the Hotel a big construction going on and on the right side there is a big noise from air conditioning. There is no way to run from the noise :(
- This is a common hotel problem but people are holding the sun-beds with towels and there are a lot of sunbeds with no chance to use.
Edit: Turkish restaurant promised us to give a call if there is a place. After our diner I checked the restaurant, and quarter of the tables were free. I don’t believe all tables became full after restaurant refused us. Total disappointment…

This hotel is definitely up there with one of the best hotels we stayed in. It was all-inclusive but certainly didn’t feel like an all inclusive with the wristband etc. It is essentially a high end all-inclusive resort, where you feel completely safe and the service and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was brilliant couldn’t fault it. You were completely spoilt for choice all day every day. The personal assistance was so super responsive and the 24 hour restaurant was a game changer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was absolutely outstanding, everything was of amazing quality. Although the weather wasn’t great they had 2 heated pools, one being outside which was great to use. The bars were great and the food was amazing, (lots of food choices and a 24 hour restaurant which was amazing) we were really pleased. The service was also outstanding we noticed that all the staff were polite. specifically Necati who worked in the restaurant and the a la carte next to the pool. A lady called inkar was also great. The hotel is also clean however, one improvement needed would be the entertainment because although the hotel was busy there wasn’t much going on at night apart from karaoke and DJ. We will be coming back again, would strongly recommend this hotel!

We've had the most amazing holiday at the voyage and 100% recommend to other families. It really does have something for all the family. We played golf at the gloria old course and gloria new course. The hotel were fantastic at sorting taxis. The food at the hotel was stunning and the pudding were delicious. It was hard to have only one. The pool was perfect for all the family. The slides suited younger children as well as teenagers and adults. Around the pool you could order drinks via a code you scanned on your phone.
Top tips
Use the 24 hour restaurant upstairs as the food is wonderful and it's nice being served.
Use the spa and Turkish baths (located in spa) but avoid around 5pm as busy.
Get a private taxi from airport for 50€ each way we thought it was worth it as hotel is over an hour from airport.
Be careful of the tea as caffeine very high.
3minute eggs too runny, 5min eggs tok hard ha ha . I'm being too picky.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfect. The wait staff is amazing and the chefs, specifically to Ramazan Chef and his team. I would recommend this hotel to everyone if you can afford it.
