We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM. Although the occupancy was quite high due to the school holiday period, our car was parked and our luggage was taken immediately upon arrival. Within approximately 15 minutes, all check-in procedures were completed, our assistants were assigned, and our room was ready. In addition, our assistant, Ms. Sarvenaz, accompanied us to our room, provided guidance, and briefly informed us about the hotel. We stayed in a family room in Block A, which was spacious and bright. We didn’t encounter any issues regarding cleanliness or hygiene. Our room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was replenished regularly. Overall, the room amenities were well thought out, with many details considered, including an iron. The room layout was suitable for a family with two children, although an additional armchair or a separate seating area would have made it more comfortable. Due to the school holiday period and the generally rainy weather during our stay, the indoor areas were quite crowded. Especially during evening events and in common areas, we sometimes had difficulty finding a place to sit. Since the evening activities were held indoors, they were not as lively as in the summer season, but they were still sufficient for the winter period. The Kids Club was one of the strongest aspects of our stay. The area is truly large and spacious, and it is well designed so that children can spend the entire day without getting bored. Various competitions, games, and activities were organized throughout the day. Our children genuinely enjoyed it. I would like to commend all the staff for their attentive and caring approach toward the children. Food variety in the main restaurant was generally sufficient. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there were examples from different cuisines as expected. However, I should also mention that some selections seemed more limited, which I believe may have been due to the winter concept (for example imported cheeses, smoked meats, and pastrami), and the variety and taste of the cold appetizers did not meet our expectations. In terms of overall flavor, Cuisine 24 satisfied us more (with the exception of the pizzas). We also dined at the Blue Voyage Fish à la carte restaurant, where both the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the food and appetizers were truly excellent. As for the patisserie, the visual presentation and variety were quite good, although we were not equally satisfied with all the desserts we tried. On the soft drink side, the fact that almost all beverages were served in sealed cans or bottles was an important and positive detail. The alcohol variety was also sufficient for the winter concept. The availability of different Easymix options and a wide range of cocktails significantly enhanced the bars. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very spacious. Being located within greenery and having widely planned, open areas clearly contributes to this feeling. The common areas are designed in a stylish and well-maintained way, and we did not encounter any noticeable cleanliness issues in these areas. Regarding the heated outdoor and indoor pools, although they were crowded due to the season, they were still suitable for swimming. Of course, we would have liked them to be slightly larger, but even in their current size, they are ahead of many comparable hotels. Overall, we left Voyage Belek satisfied with our winter holiday experience. Despite some minor shortcomings, the service quality, facilities for families with children, and the general attitude of the staff met our expectations to a great extent. We would also like to thank Ms. İnci for her solution-oriented support, as well as our assistants Ms. Sarvenaz and Mr. Faig, who were with us throughout the holiday and consistently attentive. We hope to see you again in the near future.

I stayed at Voyage Belek for a business trip and everything was truly exceptional. The service, the comfort and the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. This was our 3rd visit to the hotel, and it has never disappointed us. We found the service level had gone up from our last visit. The QR code system for ordering food and drink worked well. The staff were amazing and attentive as always. The entertainment at night varied, with some excellent themed nights, but the bands were a bit hit and miss. That wasn't an issue as we went to the sports bar , so we always had somewhere to go. The Oktoberfest day was a real hit with us . The food varied quite well, and if we wanted something done in a certain way, they were very obliging. We'll certainly be going back again. I would like to give a special mention to a few of the staff that went above and beyond to make our holiday special; Halil-beach bar barman, Saves-adult restaurant manager, Memet and yusuf (the A team)adult restaurant and blue snack bar waiters, Memet- supervisor, and Phillip waiter. All the staff were on point, but these guys stood out for us (pics below). See you next time Voyage 😎😊

Beyond my expectations. Super firendly staff and good food , drink , everything was awesome. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon. They gave us a champagne and one free ala carte restaurant. We loved it. I want to say thank you for Rico who is our attraction animator. We loved joining his activities
