My wife and myself went to this hotel for a tennis tournament. Stayed about a week. October is the end of the season here, so some of the hotel facilities and restaurants were closed. Hotel is nicely designed and new. Rooms with sea view are spacious and offer a lovely view. Food, although plentiful in all-inclusive restaurant, was not tasty. No good meat, no good fish. Breakfast was also pretty bad. Most of the food is placed on the buffet at the beginning of the meal. As a result, it becomes cold, and most popular dishes are not available as it gets later. I like good food, I was suffering in this hotel eating uneasy food just for the sake of getting calories in me. Only in the ala carte restaurant the food was decent, but the service there needs improvement, staff badly needs basic training how to serve guests properly. However, I’d like to thank Jiwan the sommelier in this restaurant for his excellent service, friendliness and client-centricity, he made our stay very special. Spa personnel is very friendly, and the quality of massage there was very good. However, the sauna was broken for 4 days - I don’t know why it could not be fixed. Sunbeds: if you come to the beach, most of them are empty but occupied with someone’s towels or pieces of clothing. Of course, this depends a lot of the culture of your guests. But the hotel can do something to clean unused sunbeds. Once I had to put my stuff on the sand to swim because I could not find a single sunbed. Overall, with few exceptions, the staff in the hotel was indifferent to guests at best. You get a feeling that they are simply not motivated and not trained to serve guests. The processes also need improvement- at restaurants, beaches, spa. I do not think I am coming back to this hotel unless dramatic improvements are made.

The location of the hotel is really great — it’s central and very easy to reach everywhere. The rooms were also clean and well-organized; I was genuinely satisfied with that part. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall service quality and customer care. The staff’s attitude was generally rude and indifferent. Especially Holise and a blonde employee working in the à la carte restaurant were extremely cold and disrespectful towards guests. There was absolutely no smile, no attention, no communication — it felt as if being there was a burden for them. It’s really sad that a hotel with such a good location leaves such a negative impression because of the staff’s behavior. The entertainment was also far below expectations. There were no animations or proper evening activities. People were just sitting in the reception area at night because there was literally nothing else to do. On rainy days, some of the bars were closed, leaving guests with nowhere to go, and no information or alternatives were provided. I didn’t ask for half of my money back because it rained — but you also can’t close half of the hotel just because it rains; I paid for those services. The bar service was also very slow — people were waiting around 30 minutes just to get a single drink. In a 5-star hotel, this kind of waiting time is unacceptable. On top of that, there were no watermelons for a whole week; we had to buy them from outside every day — it’s surprising that such a simple thing couldn’t be arranged. I wasn’t asking for much — just a little understanding, attention, and professionalism. Unfortunately, in terms of service quality, staff attitude, and general organization, this hotel does not meet the 5-star standard.

Here’s the translation into English: --- I chose the hotel for my 4-year-old child. The daytime area with slides is truly spectacular, as is the beach area. The food is good. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We don’t make much mess, but it’s as if the staff never came through the room. Cleaning cloths left lying around (more than once), sand in the bathroom, etc. They gave us bathrobes for one day, then took them away completely—probably to punish us. The hotel has golf carts to take you between the accommodation and the reception (the distances are quite long for a child). We never managed to catch one, even after waiting for half an hour. The staff seem to know nothing about anything, even though there’s a concierge, client relations, and a reception. When you ask something, you’re sent to someone else. Eighty percent of the employees are frowning or arguing with each other. There’s a secluded beach with a Greek restaurant (within the resort) where, if you tip, everything is wonderful—you actually feel like you’re on vacation. But only there. The evening area is also colorful and suitable for children of all ages. The hotel was probably wonderful once, but the staff ruined it. I don’t recommend it—or at least not for anyone expecting four-star service for this kind of money.

If you have kids, this place is great. If u have a weak stomach its not. The service itself is quite slow, I visited this place with my family. We orderd coffee and it came 20 minutes late. Also once a server forgot the whole order and it never came. I personally did not quite enjoy the food, the buffet is big but low quality food. If you have the 5+ rang, u have dinner reservations. Sadly the food is not freshly prepared, what I mean by that is; the food is kept cold and given like that so basically they make the food earlier and give it cold. The quality of the food is not great. The amusement park and the waterpark was great! Really, and the rooms were also very good. What I noticed, but this may be quite picky, the water in the shower burns, u turn to cold, burning water comes out but that was just from my persoective. The hygiene was not great. Most areas were not cleaned, there was dirt and it wasnt the dame as it was portrated on the videos they post. One of my family members also did not quite enjoy it here, so they wrote a review and they got a email from the hotel saying "if u delete the review we can give you free rides to the roller coaster. Which i find absolutely insane, Also! The roller coaster costs 5 euros pro person, and all the food in the amusement park costs, for example a waffle costed 10 euros. I personally would not visit again.

The hotel has fantastic facilities, especially the gym which is spacious and well-equipped, and the CandyLand amusement park is amazing for the kids. At first, I felt the service overall didn’t quite live up to the standard of the property, and it seemed overpriced for the experience. However, after raising my concerns with management, I was really impressed by how open and responsive they were. They took my feedback seriously, addressed the issues quickly, and ensured my stay improved significantly. Thanks to their effort, the service now feels much more aligned with the hotel’s high-quality amenities.
