This is our first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the experience was positive: good animation, tasty and varied food, daily room cleaning, and clean beaches. The hotel leaves a pleasant impression. However, an incident that happened on our last day significantly affected our perception of the service. I wanted to have a glass of fresh orange juice — a drink that, according to the description, is included in the All-Inclusive Plus package. I approached one of the bars and politely asked for fresh juice. The bartender told me he had no oranges. So, I went to another bar, took some oranges, brought them back — and was refused again: "We don’t make fresh juice." When I mentioned that his colleague had made it for me the day before, he said he didn’t have a juicer and sent me to the beach bar. At the beach bar, they confirmed they do make fresh juice. I picked up more oranges and went back to the same bar where I was previously refused. After waiting in line, the bartender smirked, pulled a juicer out of the back, which he had just claimed he didn’t have, plugged it in — and it burned out immediately. Then he told me: “Go to the lobby bar.” I went to the lobby bar and saw a basket full of oranges and a working juicer right in front of me. I politely asked for fresh orange juice, but was told: “That’s only for cocktails.” I calmly explained the whole situation: how much time I had already wasted, how I was sent from bar to bar, how I was lied to and treated disrespectfully. Only after this conversation did the bartender finally make me the juice. Yes, I eventually got my glass of juice — but at what cost? I spent over 40 minutes of my last vacation day running between bars, instead of relaxing. So I would like to ask the hotel management: Please take action. And also clarify one simple thing: Is fresh orange juice included in the All-Inclusive Plus package or not? If not — please state that clearly so guests don't waste time and energy. If yes — why do some bartenders prepare it willingly while others refuse and invent excuses? We came here to relax, not to run around the hotel with oranges and plastic cups. It's a shame that such an incident left a bad aftertaste from what could’ve been a completely enjoyable stay.

This hotel is absolutely amazing for families! It has it all: beautiful beach, clean facilities, enormous aqua park, superb food, beautiful swimming pools and an amusement park that caters for all ages and tastes! The staff goes out of its way to help you and they are all so friendly! A huge special thank you to Melisa, she was absolutely amazing during our stay! Highly recommend

We paid a high price expecting quality, but what we got was a disaster. The service was completely unacceptable. Waiters ignored us for long periods, and room service took hours to arrive. Even worse, some waiters behaved inappropriately toward young women and were arguing loudly with each other in front of guests – very unprofessional. The “all-inclusive” concept was just a name – they kept asking us for extra money for things that should clearly be included. Air conditioning didn’t work properly in some rooms. We complained multiple times – nothing changed. The only positive parts were the food and the clean sea. But that’s not enough when you’re paying for a so-called luxury hotel. My advice: If you’re coming from abroad – especially from Germany – do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel! For the same price, there are much better places with real service and respect for guests.

What a beautiful place to be! We visited during the off-season, so the water was still a bit cold and the temperature was around 21°C, but honestly, the service made up for everything. The guest relations team was amazing—especially Mellisa, who went above and beyond! In fact, everyone we dealt with was fantastic, and the customer service was truly top-notch. Every request we had was sorted quickly and without any hassle. One small suggestion: the heated pool was great, but as a couple, we would have preferred a separate adults-only area. It was always quite busy with kids (understandably!), so having a divided section, or even a separate heated pool just for adults, would have made it even better. We also paid extra for a sea view room, and it was absolutely worth it—the views were stunning! Already planning to come back with our daughter when the amusement and water parks are open—can’t wait!

Amazing clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels were changed. Sefa yildiz made us some lovely cocktails, he was brilliant, friendly, kind, service was excellent. We went to Bodrum town only 10 minutes away in taxi. We did a day trip to Kos Greece which was breathtaking. Marina was 20 minutes away from the hotel. Most places were closed, at the marina, we had the opportunity to go in a yacht, Mimmet was very kind. Food in the hotel restaurant was cold most days. We had ala carte, that was fresh and nice. The hotel is very big, lots to see. beach is clean on the resort. I give 5 stars to Ulken Yildirim the manager at the hotel, he was always very supportive. Nazim Korhan hospitality manager was always there if we had any concerns, I would like to thank him for the splendid villa. I recommend this hotel 5 stars.
