We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang! While the resort may be a bit dated, it is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment with great pool and facilities. Majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day, with both local and international dishes. A special mention to Yen, the hotel ambassador, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her professionalism, and thoughtful assistance to ensuring all our needs were met, truly enhanced our experience.

Just arrived today after a long journey and I am Not impressed with the service. No service to get the luggages in the room. Is it because I booked a deluxe room? No hot water to shower… Keep calling the reception and the technician told us that it’s because the boiler/geyser cannot support all guests from 6pm and 7pm… It’s 9pm now and the water is still not hot… My wife is feeling sick after the long journey and she was looking forward to have a hot shower to feel better… Update: the receptionist at the deluxe building did his best and managed to upgrade our room so we moved to another building past 10pm… and are able to shower and finally rest. Thank you for this gesture and to find a solution to our misery Update 2: the hotel management offered a fruits platter with a sorry note. Appreciate the attention. Thank you

Vinpearl Resort was excellent, the service was excellent, The buffet breakfast was varied, the best food I've had at a Resort. The Vin waterpark is worth a whole day ticket, don't do the half day. It was so much fun. I will return again with my family, thank you for a great stay.

Delicious food and great service and fair value at the Imperial restaurant. We ordered a whole duck that was made into 3 dishes. I particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes we ordered (Malay seafood hotpot and seafood noodles). We went as family of five with 3 children. Overall really enjoyed the Vinpearl experience.

Very attentive staff, they made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Great food and the resort is beautiful. Thank you to all the staff for ensuring our transfer to the airport was easy and efficient. 10/10 would come here again.
