We just completed a 4 day stay at this hotel. The location and the luxury of the hotel were excellent to begin with. But the service we got throughout our stay - from the moment we set foot in to when we left - was on a completely different and luxurious level. Every single member of the staff was always friendly, always willing to help and looking for ways to make your stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic - the hotel itself offers a terrace and a restaurant with amazing views. But if you just step down from the hotel, you walk into a bustling boardwalk lined with numerous small restaurants and bars with seating overlooking the ocean. Hands down our best beach vacation stay - we will be returning multiple times and will be strongly recommending this hotel to our friends visiting this area!

First class service on a friendly level! We arrived by car and our bags were whisked away by a porter who would later take them directly to our room, placing them in appropriate places to make unpacking easier. We were then escorted to the terrace where we were offered a gratis beverage of our choice. A few minutes later, the same receptionist returned to take us on a tour of the hotel and to our beautiful room. This level of friendly, personal service was consistent throughout our stay at this beautiful property directly over the beach walk, with an elevator to get us up and down. It was our first time here, for three nights including fantastic breakfasts and dinners, but it will not be our last!

Our stay was incredible. Great location, lovely hotel but what put it over the top were the staff. From the moment we arrived until we departed we were provided exceptional service and always with a smile. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels and this team was one of the best. It’s rare to find a group that not only look like they love what they do but proactively listen and anticipate the customer’s every need. We loved our stay and we loved the staff. If you get the chance to visit the area this hotel is a must.

We only stayed one night, but I can say with certainty that we will definitely be back! Fabulous hotel in a wonderful location with amazing staff who are super friendly and attentive, but not in a fussy way for a 5* hotel! Rooms are a great size and finished to a very high standard. And the view from the hotel veranda at sunrise is to die for!

The Hotel and the staff in the hotel are exceptional. We visit the hotel several times a year and find it great value for the level of service we always receive. From the front reception staff all the way through to the ladies that service our room we have enjoyed a warm and very professional welcome each and every visit. For any couple looking for some luxury and in a peaceful hotel with all the 5 star comforts, this is where you should try a visit. Thanks to all the staff for the welcomes you have given my wife and I over the years. And I look forward to many other ones in 2024. Cheers James & Gina
