Firstly, the room is a spacious, nicely decorated luxurious room with a comfortable big bed and an amazing city view. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a hit, with a diverse list including halal and very delicious food and great coffee, really enjoyed it. Aslo loved the big gym, which is not overcrowded so you can have a comfortable training. The location is a big plus since you have two big shopping malls in the proximity (about 10-15 min. walking distance). I hope i stayed for a longer time and would surely stay there again when i visit Bangkok the next time.

This hotel has got to be the best one we have experienced after multiple revisits to Bangkok over the past 10 years. The customer service is top-level and all staff make the effort to greet you and make you feel welcome. The facilities are all of a high standard and the room we booked (Deluxe Room King Bed) was very spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend VIE Hotel Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok. We will be back on our next holiday to Bangkok!

Stunning as M-Gallery’s often are. Great attentive service, immaculate rooms and superb ambience everywhere. Food was really good along with lovely work areas around the hotel. Although the pool area is very small, there is an impressive gym and the Piano Bar is fabulous.

We had many options for hotels, for our first ever trip to Bangkok, but I am sooo very glad that we chose VIE. As platinum ACCOR members, we have very high standards. This beautiful property did not let us down. From the moment that we arrived, we were made to feel like we were ‘home’. We were whisked through checkin and up to our room, where our bags were waiting. The room, was spectacular. We had arrived very early in the morning so we had the opportunity to head to the breakfast buffet to catch our bearings, and have our first cup of coffee. My wife kept saying, this buffet is amazing..and it was.Endless options. Everything fresh. Attentive service. It was a great start to our stay. One of the key features of this property was its location. We weren’t in amongst the other busy tourist hotels, we were nestled into the businesses and neighbourhoods of Bangkok. Close to some large shopping malls where we saw very few tourists. It really made for a pleasant experience. We didn’t have to move with and through large crowds of tourists. It was within hitting distance of all the activities that we took in throughout our stay. The other jewel of this property, is the people who work there. They really took care of us. A shout out to Benz (concierge) who made sure that we were not overcharged on taxis, that we were aware of the areas we were going to and the key sites to see that may not be on the tourist ‘to see’ list. He saved us so much money on taxis, activities and ensured that we had an amazing time during our stay. We are grateful for all that he did. Pool, food…also amazing and top end quality. I could go on and on about the property and the people that work there. Just book it and enjoy the experience. We have booked return stays already. We can’t wait to be back!

My family enjoyed the stay. We loved the staff, our room, the ambiance. Everyone was so accommodating and helped us with any requests or questions we had. We’d come back to stay again if given the chance. The pool, gym, and food service was phenomenal. Thank you again!
