My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Viceroy in Ubud, Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had three rooms for our large group, and they graciously upgraded us to some of the best rooms available. The food was absolutely top-notch, truly five-star quality, and the service was impeccable. The entire environment and ambiance were just perfect. The management even came out to greet us, making us feel truly valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find such sincere hospitality. I can confidently say that The Viceroy is a gem in Bali, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

We will remember the beauty of the hotel, the friendliness and service levels provided by the staff, the location, the restaurant, the room. At all times the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got the experience we wanted. Our room was incredible: its size, the private pool with an amazing view, the Bale to enjoy the afternoon or the evening. It was perfect. The hotel provides a shuttle into to town, or if you prefer you can organise a car into and back from town. A good marker of a great hotel is staff turnover. We met staff members (and more than a few) that have been there since more or less the opening. That says a lot on the quality of the place and of the management. Next time we are in Ubud we will certainly stay there! And thanks again to Patrick for a wonderful welcome surprise!

My stay at Viceroy Bali was unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely looked after. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful, making the experience feel personal from start to finish. The valley views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the privacy of each villa makes it feel incredibly secluded. The restaurant and facilities are exceptional, with a level of quality and detail that truly elevates the stay. A refined, intimate escape in Ubud that balances luxury with heartfelt hospitality.

One of the most private and luxurious stays in Ubud. The staff’s warmth, the quality of the food, and the in-room controls all exceed those of many five-star resorts. They even preheat the pool upon request, and the two shuttle services to central Ubud are very convenient.Guests here also respect each other’s privacy, creating an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation. This was my second visit, and I’m certain it won’t be my last. I highly recommend this property to my family, friends, and anyone seeking a truly serene luxury experience in Ubud.

Viceroy Bali ended up being one of the most memorable stays I have ever had. Our villa was stunning, beautifully designed, completely private, and so comfortable that we found ourselves wanting to stay in and simply enjoy the space. The whole place feels luxurious without trying too hard. What really made the experience special was the staff. Every person we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing felt scripted, just real hospitality from people who clearly care about making your stay perfect. We left already talking about when we will return.
