My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Viceroy in Ubud, Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had three rooms for our large group, and they graciously upgraded us to some of the best rooms available. The food was absolutely top-notch, truly five-star quality, and the service was impeccable. The entire environment and ambiance were just perfect. The management even came out to greet us, making us feel truly valued and appreciated. It’s rare to find such sincere hospitality. I can confidently say that The Viceroy is a gem in Bali, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.

The Viceroy is an exceptional hotel. The service is warm and professional, the location is outstanding and the rooms & amenities are next level. The staff ensured we had a special and romantic time. Apertif restaurant & Pinstripe Bar are must-visit. Exceptional. Probably the most picturesque view in Ubud. Will definitely be back.

Viceroy Bali ended up being one of the most memorable stays I have ever had. Our villa was stunning, beautifully designed, completely private, and so comfortable that we found ourselves wanting to stay in and simply enjoy the space. The whole place feels luxurious without trying too hard. What really made the experience special was the staff. Every person we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing felt scripted, just real hospitality from people who clearly care about making your stay perfect. We left already talking about when we will return.

An absolutely outstanding Hotel. The location is spectacular and very serene overlooking the river and forest. Whilst the resort is on the side of a hill and getting to your room looks like it would be difficult. they drive you everywhere in a golf buggy. We had a couple of very minor issues whilst staying and they were dealt with seamlessly by the general manager Patrick who is very charming and accommodating and ever present.. A special mention, however, must go to a young staff member by the name of Bojes who went out of his way on every occasion to see that we were attended to with a great deal of charm and grace … He is an absolute gem .. Please give him a raise and promote him. We will definitely return !

Checked in during the night so waking up to the breathtaking jungle scenery felt like living inside a postcard!! The villas are pure luxury, with beautiful balinese design and complete privacy, making it the perfect escape. Breakfast was delicious each morning, especially with those incredible views over the valley. The staff are simply wonderful — warm, thoughtful, and always genuine in their care. We also had an airport transfer and a day trip organized by the hotel, and we totally recommend it. Many thanks to Made, our friendly and knowledgeable driver. The free Ubud shuttle is super convenient, and the gym is great and well equipped for a resort. And we really appreciated the excellent Diamond Honors recognition, which made our stay feel even more special. We already miss this place — the views, the calm, the people. Truly one of Ubud’s gems. Highly recommended! 🌿✨
