I’ve stayed here almost 10 times already, and overall, it’s a place I truly enjoy coming back to. The service is generally very good, and especially wonderful when the hotel isn’t too busy. Since I’ve visited many times, there were a few occasions where check-in took longer than expected, but most of the time the staff are warm and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean for the most part, but there are a few things worth noting. Sometimes there’s a musty smell when first entering the room, though I could manage it by opening the balcony doors to let in fresh air and using my own room spray. In the bathroom, I noticed some small areas with mold. There are two shower options—the standing shower works perfectly fine, while the showerhead over the bathtub sometimes has a rusty smell when in use. The bed also feels a little aged: the sheets aren’t as soft as they could be, and the mattress makes a slight creaking sound when moving. Still, these are small issues I’ve learned to overlook. For breakfast, I think it would be even better if the serving time could be extended until 11:00. When on vacation, guests often like to sleep in and enjoy a slow morning without feeling rushed. Currently, breakfast ends at 10:30, and at 10:25 staff already came to ask if we wanted anything before clearing up—which felt just a little hurried. What keeps me coming back is the atmosphere—the pool shaded by big trees, the refreshing greenery, and the well-kept beach. I really appreciate how the staff take care of the surroundings; unlike many beaches in this area, this one feels cleaner and better maintained, even though you might still spot horse droppings from time to time. Despite the minor inconveniences, I always leave feeling relaxed and happy, which is why this has become my go-to place whenever I want a getaway in this area. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for your effort and care—I truly love this place.

The hotel is actually in Cha Am, not Hua Hin as its name. We were okay with the location, just the name confused us at the beginning. The resort was nice. They had great facilities. The place was well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast was great. They offered so many choices both Thai and western styles. They had cook to order station which changed the menu everyday. It was well done. The staff was great. The fitness room was small. They only had two machines- a treadmill, an elliptical, and some dumbbells.

If you want solitude, this is the place. Beautiful ambience, infinity pool next to a sea shells lined sandy beach, its paradise personified !! The rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony(with complete privacy) were the added attraction !

** 3 EV charging slots: ESPRO by noodoe ** A really cozy hotel in Cha Am, in a quiet area where privacy is your best friend. The entrance sign on the roadside is pretty hard to spot. At the end of a pretty narrow road is where Veranda is situated, right next to the beach. We upgraded our stay to 2-bedroom duplex saltwater pool villa with a really reasonable upgrade price. We love the layout of this duplex especially the in-ground jacuzzi that gives you a feeling of a private spa. However, the main light switches are weirdly located right next to the refrigerator. The villa is pretty worn-out with signs of retouching throughout the entire place. Stains on most fabric furnitures. Great selections of breakfast starts from 6:30-10:30 daily. The senior security staff are extremely helpful and polite! thumbs up! Overall, a really great stay with peaceful and private atmosphere. Though some upgrades of room touchpoints are required. A clean and playable beach.
