Please schedule pest control of the rooms!!! Positive: Great view from our room. Small hotel compared to where we stayed previously but the infinity pool and view is awesome. Best entertainment (Eloise and Jordan) we've experienced this trip around (it's our 4th hotel/resort). Generally service has been decent. Food was decent too. On par without of the resorts we've stayed at so far. However a few issues... upon check in - the AC was dripping water like crazy and there was a small pool on the floor due to that. There were lots of ants on the bed and instead of calling for a change of linen, the lady decides to swipe them with her hand and I had to ask her to call for a change of linen. However the guest experience was awesome and offered their apology and a complimentary dinner at the a la carte restaurant. At the sunset ritual, I was refused a drink and literally told to go 'cover myself' (I wore a bikini top with a maxi skirt!). I'm still a bit shocked by the reaction as I was not the only one who went straight from the pool to the activity which was literally by the pool and was only about drinks and snacks (we had just checked in that day and already had enough issues). Then a fire alarm went off at 4:13 in the night. Apparently there's a repeat offender who smokes in one of the rooms and it wasn't the first time. The alarm went off again at 7am on our check out day. Night 2 - a big a$$ cockroach crawled on me, in our bed! We called the reception but my bf managed to kill it as they took a while for the person to arrive. It was almost midnight and we needed to move to a different room for the night as the housekeeping staff is off for the night. We were told our room would be deep cleaned but when we came back in the evening the next day after an excursion, we saw they had not changed the sheets (the stain of the dead cockroach was still there)!!! Then we found another one doing its thing on the floor during the night when I went to the toilet. Good thing we kept the insecticide spray and killed it ourselves. I did not sleep the rest of the night out of fear. We were offered late check out for our troubles but we decided to turn it down because we don't want to leave our bags in a room where there are cockroaches. We decided to check out early instead. One of the staff brushed it off as normal when my bf told him but I'm local and I've stayed in plenty of hotels across the island over the years. I've never had a cockroach problem in the room, or BED!!! This is not normal.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very chilled and quiet place. We do have some recommendations…. The decks and siding need sealing (very dry and aging), the rooms need a freshen up, there should be more couple activities and couples lounge chairs (would be nice for patio chairs to be a bench for couples than individuals), not enough chairs for evening music (we saw people head to their rooms as there wasn’t a place to sit), have select smoking areas (people chain smoked all over the place - yuck), and recommend installing a electric vehicle slot for charging (the resort prides itself on being environmentally clean).

We stayed 14 days in October at this nice and well-maintained hotel. We received a very good welcome from all the staff and good help when we needed it. We had half-inclusive as we did many activities outside the hotel. The breakfast and dinner selection was good and some evenings we ate at the restaurant by the beach which was very nice. Around the pools and on the beach it was quiet and well-kept. The room was nice and functional. As someone previously pointed out, there was som traffic noice in the evenings. The hotel helped with transport and assisted when we booked activities. We are very satisfied and will be happy to return.

My wife and i stayed here for our honeymoon and honestly it was perfect. There's a lot of activities included. 2 restaurants (1 Buffet and 1 a la carte). There are also 2 pools and a gym. We also had a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so helpful and nice. Not to forget the stunning views. Could not have picked a better hotel for our honeymoon, it was perfect.

Stayed for 2 nights at this property and overall had a very good experience. The facilities are genuinely impressive, particularly the pools and views. The scenery is beautiful, and the snorkeling and watersports activities felt notably safer compared to other hotels we've visited. Rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and breakfast offered good variety. Evening entertainment struck the right balance - present but not intrusive or overly loud. Staff were mostly attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Very big point is that it's adults only and very calm clientele (despite all-inclusive) which makes for a very serene and quiet experience. A few areas could be improved. The a la carte restaurant is not included or doesn't offer per night credit, which wasn't clearly communicated at booking and when we called to confirm the booking and asked about the restaurant specifically. It was also closed one evening during our stay - worth mentioning at least at check-in to help guests plan their dining. The initial hotel tour could be more thorough with clearer explanations about facilities and services as well more enthusiasm. Dinner quality varied between evenings, with some nights better than others but overall average. The beaches are public which is not a problem but there is one side of the beach which isn't used by the hotel but can be seen when in the infinity pool which is very littered. It would be great if this could be cleaned up by the hotel as well to complete the experience. At checkout, they offer guests the option to donate to charity. It would be helpful if staff could provide more details about the specific cause as well as charity being supported. The hotel might also consider partnering with a local animal sanctuary, as this topic is very top of mind for tourists visiting Mauritius and would be a meaningful local connection. Despite these minor points, the excellent facilities, beautiful setting, quiet and serene atmosphere and attentive service made for a very pleasant stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach resort experience.
