The Veranda Palmar Beach All Add In (all-inclusive) package includes the following:
- Daily breakfast (7am to 10am) served buffet style at the main restaurant
- Daily lunch (12pm to 3pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a Rs 400 credit per person, per day at beach restaurant (reservation required, subject to availability)
- Daily dinner (7pm to 10pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a Rs 600 credit per person, per day at Horizon beach restaurant (reservation required, subject to availability)
- Snacking options at the street food kiosk (12pm to 3pm)
- Afternoon tea, coffee, pancakes and/or snacks (3pm to 5pm)
- Soft drinks, juices, mineral water, local beers, cocktails, local spirits and house wines served by the glass at the bar (11am to 11pm)
- Snacking options at the street food mobile kiosk (12pm to 3pm)
- A picnic box will be available for guests leaving the resort for the day (24-hour advanced reservation required)

The hotel is very nice and in good condition. The lady who cleaned our room daily was awesome and she really did do a good job.
The food at the main restaurant was definitely not 3 stars worth. The selection of food does not cater for everyone and was very limited in terms of options. It was not possible to just get a plain steak or piece of chicken or even just a burger and chips. Also the waiters would not give us coke zero or sparkling water during breakfast. The lady waiters at the restaurant was also rude and it felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us.
Also the deal was all inclusive however it was limited to 3 or 4 cocktails on the menu. I don't think we will stay at the resort again. The swimming pool is only open from 8am to 8pm daily. The bar area is only open from 11am to 11pm. The cost to have seafood such as prawns or crayfish cost about the same amount as an excursion for 3 people.

A beautiful spot with friendly staff. The food was great as it was varied and you could eat healthily or not as you chose. Lots of local influence on the food which was particularly appreciated. The executive chef was charming and did a lovely cooking demo. From start to finish the staff were excellent. Facilities were excellent and very clean. Some of the entertainment wasn’t to our taste but went down well with most guests. Great value for money.

Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel is a great place for a relaxing holiday. The staff, especially Faizal, are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests are happy. Raj is the go-to person for information on activities in the area.
The hotel is well-maintained, and our room, while simple, was comfortable and had a lovely balcony with direct access to the pool. The beach is beautiful and offers a variety of activities, some of which are complimentary.
One area for improvement is the food selection. While the menu changes daily, the taste is quite basic. More variety and flavour would be appreciated. Additionally, the bar staff could use more assistance as they tend to get busy. The cocktails also need consistency in terms of the amount of spirits used.
Overall, Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel is a pleasant place to stay with a few areas that could be improved, but the friendly staff and great location make it a worthwhile choice for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel has amazing service. Everyone is so friendly and work so hard to keep the clients happy. The food is delicious. The water sports is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. The service is great even in the buffet area.

What a value for money package this hotel offers. The staff where incredibly helpful from Kelly at Reception to the waiters to the lady that cleaned out room Asha. The beach is wow. The all inclusive package food and drinks was okay but most things were free in the package. For excursions speak to Raj on the beach , Highly recommended. The hotel room was clean, comfy and pleasant. Thank you very much.
