The Veranda Palmar Beach All Add In (all-inclusive) package includes the following:

  • Daily breakfast (7am to 10am) served buffet style at the main restaurant
  • Daily lunch (12pm to 3pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a Rs 400 credit per person, per day at beach restaurant (reservation required, subject to availability)
  • Daily dinner (7pm to 10pm) served buffet style or table d’hôte at the main restaurant OR a Rs 600 credit per person, per day at Horizon beach restaurant (reservation required, subject to availability)
  • Snacking options at the street food kiosk (12pm to 3pm)
  • Afternoon tea, coffee, pancakes and/or snacks (3pm to 5pm)
  • Soft drinks, juices, mineral water, local beers, cocktails, local spirits and house wines served by the glass at the bar (11am to 11pm)
  • Snacking options at the street food mobile kiosk (12pm to 3pm)
  • A picnic box will be available for guests leaving the resort for the day (24-hour advanced reservation required)
  • In-room coffee and tea facilities replenished once daily
  • In-room minibar items replenished once daily (including soft drinks, local juices, water and local beers)

Guests can enjoy food and drink service at Veranda Grand Baie Hotel, Veranda Pointe aux Biches Hotel, Veranda Paul & Virginie Hotel and Veranda Tamarin Hotel without any supplement (24-hour advanced reservation, subject to availability and to hotel’s terms and conditions). We had a fantastic stay at Veranda Palmar Beach Hotel in Mauritius. Everything was wonderful, and we especially loved the lush greenery around the hotel. The gardens were well-maintained, and the beach was pristine with absolutely beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel really well taken care of. Additionally, we had a fantastic taxi driver who showed us around the island. He was super nice, the car was clean, and he shared lots of insights about the local culture. He took us anywhere we wanted to go and even chatted with locals in their language to make sure everything went smoothly. We felt truly looked after and would definitely recommend a tour with Girish!

Spent a very relaxing week here. Staff is super nice and helpful with everything. Starting with the concierge giving insights into what to do on the island and ending with the restaurant staff always working out something great and fun! The food changes daily and offers a great variety, including gluten free options and the possibility to have something specifically made. Probably have never had that many options at a hotel since having to give up on gluten. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the towel animals folded by the cleaners are sweet and always make one smile when coming back. The included water activities, especially the glass bottom boat and snorkelling are fun! In addition the beach front offers enough space to sit and relax.

What a disappointment. My partner and I stayed at the hotel in Sept 2025 as part of a larger group. It was our first trip to the country and we had hoped to experience the 'friendly Mauritians' that we heard about prior the trip . The hotel is clean, the housekeeping team cleans up pretty good. The restaurant and bar staff is horrible! The staff makes one feel like they are not meant to ask for anything, they seem disengaged and disinterested in being of service. One to note is a Beerjo who works at the restaurant, he had a consistent look of disgust when being requested for assistance, he would take ones order and simply never return. I hope to never see that man ever. A few people were friendly towards the guests otherwise the general feel is that you're annoying them with your requests. There is one staff member that I will note as being excellent Neelesh, he works in the evening at the bar, serves with a smile, is eager to be of service. The food is a solid 4/10, there was barely any seafood for a place that is situated right at the coast. The kitchen staff is also not the most receptive to requests. I know one gets what they pay for being that the hotel is a 3 Star however the treatment does not have to be 3 star. Would not recommend to friends or worst enemy either.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2025 for 2 weeks. Even though it is just a 3 star hotel the service and staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the beach is stunning and gardens are well maintained. My only complaint is maybe more choice of food but apart from that we had an amazing first trip to Mauritius. Will definitely return

Came for lunch with my wife, and from the moment we arrived — right from the security gate to the reception and the restaurant bar — we were looked after with such warmth and attention.
