Less than 36 hours until we travel the hotel emailed us to cancel. They’ve cancelled a family Holiday with children, one of whom is disabled. They told us to contact our booking who nothing about it. We are now without any hotel and leave in just hours! This hotel is unreliable, not trustworthy and lacks communication or any empathy for their guests. I would not recommend to anyone and would never book again. Thanks for leaving us stranded with kids and ruining our holiday!!

SCAM HOTEL AND RESORT! We arrived late with tired kids and were told we had to move to another hotel because of renevation. They did not even inform us. And we were moved to an old hotel with less facilities. Not even sorry for the trouble. Nothing. But of course we had to pay full prize for our stay. Watch out for this scam!

Great bedroom, good entertainment at night for kids & Adults. Great food and with a short bus ride into spectacular beaches. All the staff was friendly.

We spent 10 nights at Vell Mari and it was excellent value for money. Food was good, we did eat out a few nights as we were exploring. Wide range of cooked foods, fresh fruit and desserts. Staff at any hotel can create the atmosphere that is part of your experience and the staff at Vell Mari are very professional and made our stay very enjoyable Pool is great though you will need to be on the ball to get loungers and umbrellas during busy periods. The pool bar, pool cafe and facilities were very good. Rooms are clean, older in style but in keeping with Mediterranean style, bedding and towels changed daily, just leave the "please clean my room" on the room door handle. 10min cab to the beach at Can Picafort, restaurants there are good and check out the Jamaican bar !! Recommended
