It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel for more than two weeks. I gave the room 4 stars because the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable for me. We stayed with a three-year-old child who was also delighted with his stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The children's show in the evenings is also very popular, and the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant, given the small size of the buildings. We would love to come again

Stay period: 22/06 to 05/07/25 (all-inclusive). Pros: - Very competitive all-inclusive prices. - Nice and well-maintained outdoor panorama. - Clean and warm swimming pool. - Calm and quiet atmosphere. - Pleasant and helpful staff. - Free parking nearby. - Plenty of available sunbeds at all time. Cons: - Practise OVERBOOKING. Despite specifically booking a renovated room months in advance, we were given a non-renovated room at our arrival because there was no renovated one available, which we had to fight reception about to the point of having to threaten them of legal pursuits to finally be moved to the renovated room we had paid for... - Atrocious food. See more details in the food and drinks section. - Few organised activities. - Location is average, nearest beach is 25min walking away.

We stayed at the hotel from Tuesday, 29 July 2025 to Sunday, 10 August 2025 in a Family Room with Garden View. First of all, we would like to compliment the wonderful animation team. Every evening they gathered children for a cheerful mini disco. Yes, the playlist was the same 5–6 songs each night, but the kids absolutely loved it and were completely enchanted. Secondly, we truly enjoyed the evening entertainment. The shows were varied and engaging, and during our 12-night stay we never saw the same performance twice. Both we and our children were delighted with this lively program. The food situation was a bit mixed. Some days there was a rich and appetising selection, while on other days the choice was more basic. Still, none of us ever went hungry, and it was always possible to enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the bar. One thing that surprised us was that the safe in the room is a paid service, which we had not expected. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. We hope that next time we will get an updated room. Overall, considering the price we paid during peak season for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, we feel that our holiday was enjoyable and successful.

Very disappointing experience – rooms not honored! We booked our stay well in advance and were shocked to be informed just two days before arrival that the rooms we had reserved were no longer available. Instead, we were offered older, outdated rooms that were clearly not what we paid for or expected. This kind of last-minute change is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with family and having planned everything ahead. There was no real apology just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. If you value reliability and professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver even the most basic level of service: honoring a confirmed reservation.

Really disappointed. This was our first family holiday abroad since 2019 and our first abroad holiday for our grand-daughter. The food was shockingly poor - under cooked meat, rice that was hard, very poor selection, vegetables for breakfast which looked like the night before’s dinner. Flies in the food. All the photos you see on Facebook ~ we didn’t see any food like that during our stay. We were without electricity in our room for the last 3 days of our holiday; which meant no air con, unable to charge phones, bathroom was pitch black which was a huge safety problem especially with a 3 old and my 76 years old mum. I slipped in the shower and the bathroom. Safety netting in the play area had a huge hole in it, which a child would’ve fallen through. The toddler pool, I asked for this to be cleaned as it hard nasty scum on, a breeding ground for ear infections. No one came to clean it. Spa - cold hot tub and cold indoor pool. The animation team were lovely and tried to keep people’s spirits up. I did feel for the staff as they were told to tell the guests it was a local electricity problem! All the hotels, businesses and houses near the hotel had full power. So either they haven’t paid the bill or they switched off the electricity to save money !! It’s clear there’s a financial problem with the hotel. They should’ve closed for the season. Certainly won’t be back to this hotel
