This is a very good hotel. Location is not on the front just off the main road which is still a good location unless you want to be closer to the beach (7 minute walk to the beach from the hotel). We had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. This hotel is quite family orientated however does cater for the more senior or couples. There is a pool for the over 18s which is quite a nice touch, with cabanas. This hotel has everything you would want. Just a couple of issues we had, TVs had signal issues, which I know you don't go to Cyprus to watch TV but it still a nice to have and you are paying for it. Tried to resolve but to no avail (not the end of the world). Rainfall shower, not much power but ok. Finally, the bed was superb.

Happy Easter. The only reason I’m not giving a five-star review is due to a few small details — and in my experience, it’s the small details that truly make the difference. Let’s start with the rooms: The bathroom could use more lighting, as it currently feels too dark. Additionally, I suggest adding a hanger behind the bathroom door. It’s a simple and practical improvement that would make a big difference, especially for hanging towels. Another useful addition would be a small rack on the balcony for drying clothes after using the pool or visiting the beach. Regarding the lobby area, I noticed that while it’s quite busy in the evenings, there is no option for desserts. Offering a small dessert menu could enhance the guest experience and increase sales. The breakfast is exceptional — thoughtfully curated, diverse, and well-executed. The Easter lunch was equally notable, offering a festive and enjoyable culinary experience. I would also like to personally acknowledge the Executive Chef, who is both courteous and professional in demeanor. Speaking as a connoisseur with a deep appreciation for culinary detail, I believe the cuisine could benefit from a touch more refinement. While the foundation is solid, it’s the small nuances — the balance of seasoning, the precision in execution, and the harmony of flavors — that truly distinguish good food from remarkable cuisine. A few dishes lacked the depth and cohesiveness that come from meticulous attention to these elements. With just a bit more culinary “love” in these areas, the dining experience could easily rise to the exceptional level the rest of the hotel already embodies. That said, overall, this is a great hotel — clean, modern, and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend it. However, I do not agree with the pricing during the summer season. In my opinion, it is significantly overpriced. I understand this is driven by demand, and it’s not necessarily about the money, but rather about maintaining a balance between value and cost, without underestimating the quality of the place. Lastly, I’d like to personally thank Mr. Christos, the Operations Manager, who handled an issue we had with the Kids Club very professionally. He was extremely polite and helpful — a truly outstanding member of your team. Thank you once again for the pleasant stay. 4309. 19/4 -21/4 greeting from Limassol

Here now family of 6 for 10days. Good bits, Very close to the beach Your plates get moved from dinner very quiet due to the waiters stood watching you finish. Hotel is clean. Bad bits, Not much to choose from food wise. Only thing they do for fussy eaters is chicken nuggets and chips! Music on till 2am from the next door pub. Snack bar only offers ham and cheese sandwiches, salads and chips same everyday. Overall this holiday cost is £5000 wouldn’t recommend, we booked this after seeing daytime/night time entertainment but it’s absolutely rubbish. Only good thing through out the day is water polo but kids don’t really join in when it gets over crowded with men. Night entertainment consists of kids disco for 25mins then the same thing every day every week. Which was 2/10.

We booked two weeks of all inclusive with our two small kids and were really looking forward to a proper family vacation. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the description or the price. We were initially placed in the wrong room — much smaller and lower standard than what we had booked. There was mold in the shower and the balcony faced a noisy street with loud music until 2 AM. It took several days before TUI admitted the mistake and moved us to the correct room. We received some compensation, but the first part of our holiday was already ruined. Buffet & Restaurant: The food was very basic and repetitive, with a very poor choice overall definitely the weakest all inclusive experience we’ve had so far. Sometimes the same dishes were served at both lunch and dinner, with only minimal variation. Vegetables? Cucumbers, tomatoes, and shredded carrots. Fruits? Only apples, bananas, and pears. The kids’ section never changed just fries, nuggets and pasta. “Snacks” meant overly salty olives, pickled beets, and cheap sandwich-style cheese slices. But the worst part was the atmosphere. The restaurant felt overstaffed in the wrong way — way too many waiters walking between tables, constantly watching your plate and trying to take it the moment you paused. It was honestly exhausting, especially with young kids who don’t eat in one go. At the same time, it was nearly impossible to get a drink , all beverages had to be ordered from staff, and they were never around when needed. Other notes: • No changing table anywhere in the hotel • Shows were on a 7-day loop — so we saw the exact same shows in week two • The beach was much further from the hotel than described • Positives: clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, and plenty of sunbeds, warm water in pool, good cleaning service. While some things were okay, the overall experience was stressful, and the food and dining situation made this far from the relaxing holiday we had hoped for

Amazing hotel! This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Staff were super friendly. The food was also very good everytime we ate. The only thing I would say is it needs a all inclusive coffee an cake in the afternoon 😅. The pool area is very well maintained, was always clean and tidy. We never struggled for a sunbed as we wasn't bothered where we sat and welcomed the afternoon shade on those very hot days but if u wanted all day sun you would struggle. Rooms are amazing!! As a family of 4 we upgraded to a suite and it was the best we've ever had! There was loads of room and his/hers sinks. The shower door is a poor design. Simply needs a rubber seal on the bottom as the bathroom floods when using. We had an amazing stay and would return tomorrow if we could (if only for the amazing smell in the lobby!) What is that? I'd love it at home 😅 Thank you to all the staff 😁
