The hotel was absolutely amazing! Animation team are so friendly and attentive especially Oking. And all animation team was great. Would recommend to anyone if you want a good time. The food was very nice and delicious and all services friendly and they nice and cleaners and the hotel was very good and at night time they need only to change animation to for shows make to English too to we can understand too , it was a good holiday here we come back soon .

Absolutely awful if you're English. Just don't go. Everything was in French, didn't understand the entertainment they didn't even try to involve us. The lady reception staff were lovely & the room maid was so sweet. We had different coloured wrist bands to the french. Double cheak your money when exchanging to the conversation as we were £40 short. There are birds in the dining hall, so just a heads up. It's not completely all-inclusive as you have a red fob & so many complaints that they were charging people money to their rooms. The bar at the aquamarine is shut & only a shop where you have to buy things but it's so hot the drinks you take with you get warm so quick so can't spend alot of time over there. The service is do slow you can ask to be served so many times. it's like they look right through you. But if your french it happens immediately or they even stop serving us to serve them, queue jumping at it's best. Air conditioning isn't great & kept breaking down & when the power cuts happened, obviously, it would work. Just so busy there the pool was packed awful beat music round the pool just asked politely if they could put on some works wide music maybe not French & got told were not just accommodating you go to another pool. But where we were sunbathing, they were at least 12 English & just wanted something a little different. As they had gone to lunch anyway. The list is endless, cockroaches, and ants in the rooms. I travel a lot & would never recommend this hotel. As it's sold out of France by a travel company to send them there.

I recently stayed at Valeria Medina Club Resort in Morocco and had the most incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. Special thanks to Munir from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really stood out—he made our holiday experience absolutely amazing. A huge highlight of our stay was the entertainment team. They truly made our holiday unforgettable by involving everyone in the evening activities and creating such a fun, inclusive vibe. There was never a dull moment thanks to their enthusiasm and dedication! The food was absolutely amazing—plenty of variety, always fresh, and something to suit everyone’s taste. Every meal felt like a treat! The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and the entire resort was well-maintained. The bar staff, waiters, and everyone we interacted with were so friendly, helpful, and full of good energy—it really made the whole stay that much better. Overall, Valeria Medina Club Resort exceeded our expectations. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday in Morocco. Can’t wait to come back!

The animation team is excellent, always extremely friendly and looking to provide entertainment from 9am up until the early hours of the morning. Everyone is brilliant and they all love their jobs, as well as making sure everyone has the best experience. Could not ask for better members of staff. Would Definitely recommend. Oking is excellent and is always looking for the best in everyone.

Only got back a few hours ago from being there for 10 days. This hoilday was very mixed for me. Where do I start. This complex is quite big multiple choices of pools waterpark, sports facilities and a spa. They have a main restaurant a snack bar and they offer fries pizza and burgers for the more fussier eaters which isn't bad. Day entertainment from the entertainment team is quite good get you involved in zumba or team sports and after is water polo. Night entertainment is very much for the French specially at the theatre as they mainly speak in French. They did karaoke which was great as more English got up and sang a song. They did do night pool parties which quite good as most hotels I've been too don't have a night pool parties so something different My overall opinion - hoilday was fairly cheap I'd say others were paying double to us which is bonkers. I wouldn't go back there for a hoilday. Some of the staff were quite nice but all of them accommodated for the French. Not sure the bar staff were happy to see us or it was because we were tipping them. Some of the entertainment team more of the men did speak abit of English but the women only spoke French. Room cleaning consisted of a quick tidy and a mop of the floor never smelt like they used detergents just looked clean. Night bar was always suffocated in wasps, glasses others used never got cleaned properly just a quick rinse by the look of the glasses. For me the cleanest place was the toilets. Restaurant is a nightmare unless you find a table set up otherwise you have to go find your own knifes folks glasses and a bottle of water. Staff never cleaned down sides and I personally feel this not cleaning properly lead to most of the family either being hit with the flu and bad diarrhoea we do exoect tilets changes but not like this. Most of us that caught the flu had it for 3 or 4 days diarrhoea never really went away for some of us even with tablets. I will say we went to aqua mirage last year a we had the best hoilday we ever had the whole hoilday was amazing very clean great people great food amazing place. but this time round not so great live and learn I suppose.
