This was my first visit and the 6th visit for my husband and I absolutely love the resort! The staff are all very friendly. Everyone did their best to make sure we had an amazing experience. We want to especially thank Jose Louis at the French restaurant, Yolanda for always checking in on us, Gerry for always giving us a ride in the golf cart back to our room after dinner and to Dora for always checking in and making us feel so welcomed. You all made our trip amazing! We will definitely be returning!

The grounds, beaches and natural areas are all beautiful and loaded with animals. Our taxi driver lost his breathe and stopped the car because we stumbled across a rare animal on grounds. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is something to do for everyone whether you want to be around people or escape. The food, especially the Mexican food, was delicious. People who complain about this place are most likely perfectionists. Will you have to wait for a table during peak dinner? Sure, probably. Grab a cocktail and enjoy the beauty while you wait.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was fun and friendly. The food was pretty good for an all-inclusive place. There’s a pool for partying/activities and a pool for more chill vibes. The only minor downside: the resort is huge compared to others we’ve visited. There’s a free golf cart service to go from the beach to your room to the restaurants, etc… you’ll definitely want to use that. But all around 10/10!

This is our 2nd time and everything was great, I felt the service was sometimes slow. I enjoy the entertainment, we love the music and the shows that is one of our favorites things. The staff was around the main pool was sometimes great and sometimes not great. The concierge at the building 7 she wasn’t really present and attentive. Diego at the earth bar, and Oliver at the plaza bar were great and at the last but not least, Dora made contact with us and she said “Please Don’t go!!!! Stay with us!!!” Thank you Dora, I will see you next time but my dogs they are waiting for us at home. You are the best!!!

This is my fourth time here and it gets better every time. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. When members of the staff find out I've been here four times they always say welcome home. That's a very nice touch. I finally got to meet Dora and she is outstanding.. she is a great ambassador for the resort. I can't wait to get back here next year.
All the folks that I have met here just rave about the place and can't wait to come back.
The food and drinks are beyond belief. All the restaurants have excellent food, the wait staff are all wonderful people.
I've never felt safer than anywhere I've ever been.
The rooms are very clean and luxurious. When the staff cleans the rooms they once again are the best.
