I came here with my husband for our honeymoon. It was our first time and it was absolutely amazing!! We’re already trying to book our next trip and are trying to plan one for the father in law. The staff was so sweet, the service was top notch, they genuinely tried to ensure you were always having a good time. The grounds were stunning and always up-kept. The beach was beautiful and the pools were so much fun! Always had some kind of entertainment going on so you always have something to do. We enjoyed every resteraunt, you can tell they really try to make delicious selections and please everyone. We were here for Valentine’s Day and did the dinner on the beach which was AMAZING and sooo beautiful ♥️ We ran into many people who have come back every year for at least 10 years, we hope to be able to do it as well, so amazing and thank you to everyone for making it such an amazing vacation! ♥️ Special thank you to some of the staff who made it extra special, Ricardo, Donovan, and Armando, the night staff at the coffee shop and pictured is Jesus who was the sweetest! We can’t wait to come back 🥰♥️

Like the size of the resort not overly big. The food was very nice. Excellent breakfast, Carlos is a terrific waiter. . All inclusive can’t be beat. Weather was perfect the whole time. The beach is unbelievable and the main pool was an all day experience, we didn’t want to leave. Enchanting jungle environment with cute little wild animals - birds etc all over, so much fun.

Firts times at Valentin Imperial and was fantastic everybody is so nice and friendly my room was clean and pretty. The service was great and special from the bell man help us to found at wheel chair and Dora was checking us if everything was OK with us. Food was excellent 👌 our favorite was Le Marche buffet 😋. Beach was beautiful and peaceful. The grounds they are sandy and green. Wr love all the animals and the birds, beautiful wild life. Thank you again for everything ❤️ see you again!!! Canada B.C

I loved my experience here. The weather was great for this time of year. The beach was amazing and you can swim right from the resort. All the restaurants had amazing food and great service. You do not walk far without someone asking if you need a drink! Excellent food and plenty of drinks. Choices for everyone with all different taste preferences. They ask about allergies at every meal and do make accomodations. One person in our group has a gluten allergy and had great options!

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya! My husband and I went for the first time over the New Years Holiday - 6 days, 5 nights. We would highly recommend! The second we got to the resort we were greeted by such friendly staff. We did the Prive Exclusive package which personally we would recommend [we had our own concierge room we could go to at anytime for them to help - an outlet was out so they contacted maintenance, they reserved all of our dinners each night, they answered questions on what activities were, we had a speedy check in and check out, we were able to get lobster at restaurants any night, we had our very own bungalow all week when we were there at the pool, we got a complimentary beach bag we used all week - it was great!] With that being said, we also loved the food. The service was top notch - everyone there was so attentive, happy, and not to mention quick! Quick to serve you, seat you, get you more drinks. This time of year was nice. It was about 75-80 during the day and cooled down to the upper 60s at night. I love summer hot weather so I would have loved the weather to be a little warmer because the pool water was often pretty cool, but we still got in and once you got moving around, you got used to it. The beach was beautiful as there was not Sargassum in the area at this time. They had a designated spot you could go in the water which was nice. Clear blue water! Plenty of beach chairs and we were served from the chair right there! Let me give a special shoutout to the CHURRO CART - what an amazing touch and something we visited every night. So delicious! The resort was overall a 10/10 for us. Very clean, well kept, up to date, beautiful in the architecture and decor, and best of all, amazingly friendly staff! We would recommend if you can reserve private transportation to and from. We loved that for us! We would recommend this resort and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Valentin for a great experience - not to mention our first time in Mexico! We will be back!
