This was our third time at the Valentin Imperial. We keep getting impressed by this resort. We had a beachfront room and loved it! The sound of the waves at night and the view is really worth it. We also loved the other rooms we have had in the past but this was a real treat for us. Clean and quiet the rooms are spacious and so well equipped. We also had a concierge in our building. Diego was available and so helpful. The staff is so professional, kind and quick to help. The go team kept us busy with all kinds of activities. They have great energy and really good at getting people to participate and have fun. Sairy was especially fun and friendly. She took us on an informative bike ride around the property and kept us laughing with her great humour. The highly qualified fitness instructor guided us through yoga on the beach, TRX lessons at the gym and dance lessons for couples. The food … so good at every restaurant and at the buffet. We were never disappointed. You also have to try the spécial drinks at the Don Miguel lounge. A great before or after dinner treat. The grounds are so lush and it’s nice just walking around the numerous paths all over the property. The beach is one of the main reasons we come here. Nice sandy bottom and shade under the palapas. There is also great pools to swim, play in or just relax. We will be back 🥰

I am writing this with a heavy heart as I wait to board my flight home. We just spent our first week at the Valentine Imperial and it was incredible in every way. The food was incredible, especially at the French restaurant. The staff were amazing and could not be more helpful, Virginia who we had the pleasure of meeting at the pool was our absolute favourite, she could not do enough for us. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean & comfortable. The entire resort was just beautiful and we met many people who had been there multiple times. We cannot wait to come back in 2026 !!

The chef table is highly recommended! This is our 3rd trip and it always feels like home! The food, service and the view is spectacular. We had a little rain why'll here for 7 days. So much to do just on the grounds. The bike tour, recommend doing the 1st day to help with finding your way around. The Emerald suites have a beautiful view of the sea on the 2nd floor with an hot tub. The coffee shop has great coffee and some sweets treats! The worst day is the day you have to leave 😪

My wife G.Cyr and I recently returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya resort. ALL staff at the resort are super helpful and friendly, including everyone from the front desk admin, housekeeping, restaurant and bar servers, bartenders, GoTeam and entertainment, all the way to grounds maintenance. We stayed in a second floor emerald room. Location of our room was stellar… we slept with the balcony door open and ceiling fan on, so we could hear the ocean waves at night. Sunrises were spectacular. The beach is beautiful with a sandy swimming area and lifeguards on duty. We didn’t see any sargassum weeds, as the beach was cleaned every morning. All the restaurants were exvellent – the quality and selection of the food, as well as the service. The evening we ate outside at the Italian resto was one of our favourites, as we dined while listening to two tenors singing at La Plaza. The GoTeam staff all did an fabulous job, keeping everyone entertained at the pool. We participated in lots of daytime activities, pool zoomba, pool biking, etc. The Thursday 1500 aquatic show was a real treat. Sairy and her colleagues kept us entertained with the bike tour, and other daytime activities. We went to the TRX classes in the morning with Zyanya, who is an excellent fitness instructor and she made the classes fun. Whoever does the hiring at the resort is doing an excellent job. Evening shows were also great, especially the professional dancers in the theatre. The grounds and landscaping at Valentin are beautiful, and I like that they have kept the local forest intact. We saw many native birds species at the resort. We were able to see Kevin, the huge iguana, near the golden pool. We could hear the frogs while we walked to dinner. We didn’t take the privé package. I like the idea that everyone is treated the same, with no snobby preferential treatment at restaurants, bars, and activities. Besides, the extra cost isn’t worth it. This was our first time at the resort and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We lived a real dream during our stay at the resort! We were very impressed with everything: professional staff ALL over the resort, fabulous restaurants, beautiful and clean rooms with very attentive room staff who filled our fridge everyday, awesome drinks and bar tenders!! All the staff were friendly, caring and fun! Especially the Go Team...I can't remember all their names but these guys were handpicked for the customers!! We had so much fun with all of them!! My husband and I did a few fitness classes at the gym with Zyanya. Fantastic teacher! We also spent time with Sairy doing crafts and a very informative and fun bike ride around the resort. It was our first time at the resort and I believe we found our favorite resort. We finished our goodbyes with Dora and Sairy... It was really hard to leave! What a great place and outstanding staff!!
