We are returning customers who found out our previous old butler last year had quit her job to find better paths. Our butler assigned to us Paeng was unprofessional. We changed butler and he is great. We had gotten food poisoning from their restaurant. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT IF YOU HAVE OLDER MEMBERS AS THEY WILL HAVE TROUBLE GETTING AROUND. Managers are losing their standard. Place is dirty with bird poop everywhere, the staff do not clean outside very often. If you want a holiday full of disappointments this is the place to choose.

Very impressive from checking in process the pineapple cookies is not too sweet and butter. It is perfectly pair with fizzy lavender soda. The villa mood and tone is making you comfortable and enhanced your staycation mood. Breakfast served variety of foods and the gluten free bread is good. Every evening you will get a variety amenities from traditional thai desserts, tropical fruits, and pastries ALL of them are yummy. I got to try a signature treatment from V spa. Khun Noo is very attentive. She checked for every detail of the atmosphere as well as the the massage pressure. They also support the local supplier for their products. Villazzo served a yumm Pad Thai with prawn. The green curry fried rice is a good combination of Chinese sausage and green curry. Khun Nay and Khun Amm butler are very helpful in every aspect. They make my room very comfy and refreshing everyday. La Vie cafe served a mellow cold brew vanilla tea- the aromatic tea without any bitterness. The cafe is having 2 little ducks and Koi. All I could say is I got a top notch service from V Villa Team

Can’t say enough good about this place. Every detail is perfect! The food is absolutely incredible. The service provided by Fluke and his team was flawless. The villa is very luxurious with a beautiful pool. The whole property has an amazing ambiance and is very private.

Highly recommended!! Amazing service from the concierge to the private butler in the villas, went on a special occasion and everything was perfect. The hotel accommodated at the best possible service. Couldn’t have made the trip any better elsewhere. Very private common areas, no crowd, great for a weekend escape from the busy world. In villa private BBQ was extraordinary, the seafood were fresh. Parking has EV chargers 💯! Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Villas were kept in mint condition. Definitely will revisit.
