I recently stayed at V Hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas that need improvement. The room design was definitely the highlight—modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The layout and décor gave a great first impression and made the stay more enjoyable. However, the service was quite average. While the staff were polite, the overall attentiveness and responsiveness could be much better. There were moments where I expected quicker assistance or more attention to detail. As for the breakfast buffet, it was okay. The selection was decent, but nothing particularly special. A wider variety and better quality in some items would make the morning experience much more satisfying. Overall, V Hotel has strong potential thanks to its beautiful room design, but improving the service and enhancing the breakfast options would greatly elevate the guest experience.

⭐ 3-Star Google Review — V Hotel Dubai Curio Collection by Hilton I stayed at the V Hotel Dubai Curio Collection by Hilton with my deaf father during the Thanksgiving holiday. I chose this property after extensive research, especially because I have a long global travel history with Hilton as a loyal Diamond member. Over the years, I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels all around the world, so I know what the standard of service and recognition should be. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was mixed. At check-in, there was no acknowledgment of my Diamond status — not even the traditional welcome cookies. Maybe this property offers different gifts, but Diamond is the highest tier in the Hilton program. If loyalty isn’t recognized from the very beginning, it misses the whole purpose of having a loyalty program. It left me confused and disappointed. On the first night, we also had a bathroom drainage issue that made showering difficult. Management fixed it the following day, but it still impacted the start of our stay. The Executive Lounge had an “okay” selection of snacks and desserts, but it was limited compared to many other Hilton lounges I’ve visited worldwide. The hotel itself is stylish with a bold, modern design, but the lack of loyalty recognition and the service inconsistencies made this stay feel below the Hilton standard I’ve known for years. Overall, I am disappointed. I will continue to travel and stay at other Hilton properties, but I’m not sure if I will be returning to this particular one.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Nagy Nagaty, whose kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made our stay exceptional. There was a slight delay in preparing our room, and without us even asking, Nagy upgraded us to a beautiful suite. This gesture, along with his caring attitude throughout our stay, left us truly impressed and grateful. We felt taken care of at every moment. Thank you, Nagy, for making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the V Hotel by Curio, and absolutely loved it! The property is kept very clean and stylish! Even a pleasant aroma welcomes you as you step through the doors. All the staff are polite, pleasant, and professional! Everyone is attentive to your needs but the Concierge team takes excellent service to the next level!! From their manager, Mr Heng, to the Asst Manager, Angelica, to Samson and Rafik, they and all the rest of their staff went far and above to address any request I made! Nothing was too big or small! They made my stay very memorable, offering helpful information, follow up and support to ensure that every need was met! They are simply amazing! You should check this property out and have this awesome team make your visit great!
