I had a good experience at V Hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The staff were friendly, and the modern design of the room created a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area is on the smaller side and more suited for relaxation rather than swimming, but it served its purpose well. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a contemporary vibe.

A Nightmare Stay – Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Unhygienic I have traveled extensively, but my experience at this hotel stands out as the worst. If you’re considering staying here, please read on. Security Concerns: After six nights, I was abruptly awakened at 4 AM by hotel security demanding my ID. Despite being a registered guest, they failed to check their system and insisted on a random security check. This invasive and unprofessional behavior disrupted my sleep and made me feel unsafe. Cleanliness Issues: The hotel’s cleanliness is appalling. I had to change rooms twice due to the filthy conditions. The rooms are outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. When housekeeping and a supervisor finally inspected the room, they were visibly shocked and took photographs of the state it was in. The sink and shower drains were clogged, requiring multiple maintenance visits, yet the issues persisted. Poor Management: The hotel’s management is disorganized and unresponsive. They forced us to return to the hotel for a room change, only to make us wait two hours because the room wasn’t ready. This lack of coordination ruined our plans for the day. Unsafe Environment: The hotel transforms into a chaotic environment from 9 PM to 5 AM. It becomes a hub for illicit activities, making it feel more like a nightclub than a place of rest. The constant noise and questionable activities made it impossible to relax or feel secure. Conclusion: This hotel fails on every front—security, cleanliness, management, and overall environment. I strongly advise against staying here. Your well-being and peace of mind are worth more than the stress and discomfort this establishment offers.

We had an awful experience staying at this hotel as a group of eight on a work trip. First, four of us arrived around midnight, and it took nearly an hour to check in at the front desk, which looked old and shabby. We were told we’d been “upgraded” to suites, but the rooms were bizarre and totally inappropriate—featuring oversized round bed that looked like they belonged in a love hotel, strange layouts, and way too many mirrors. When we asked to switch back to regular rooms, the staff said they were all fully booked. Clearly, they had overbooked the standard rooms before we even arrived. The rest of our group arrived the next afternoon, and again, check-in was extremely slow—it took over 40 minutes for three people. The receptionist seemed disorganized and unsure of what she was doing. Later that night, one of my female colleagues had a very disturbing experience: a man entered her room by mistake. Both were shocked, and the hotel later admitted they had assigned the same room to someone else. Their only response was to give her access to the executive lounge—completely unacceptable for such a serious safety issue. Breakfast was another low point: the environment was dirty, tables weren’t cleared properly between guests, and when I picked up a “clean” plate, there was ketchup on the bottom that ended up on my fingers—absolutely disgusting. To make things worse, the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs, and at night, there were many women outside who appeared to be soliciting. It made the entrance feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Even the pool was disappointing—tiny, with barely any shade or umbrellas. This hotel is not suitable for business travelers, and honestly, not for anyone looking for a clean, professional, or safe stay. Overpriced accommodation with poor service.

hotel was fine but they need to be more clean in general & my review is about the salon specifically if there were less than one star then am using it definitely. first of all, they didn’t answer the phone i don’t understand why they even have a landline if no one bothers to pick up. secondly, i showed up and waited a long time, only for someone to finally come do my hair in a clear rush. i had booked for straightening with blow-dry, but he kept trying to convince me to go for just a blow-dry. It was obvious he was in a hurry. What was even more outrageous is that he left halfway through my hair and never came back. someone else finished it and he too was visibly rushed and anxious. he was pulling my hair all over the place, right, left, up, down completely unprofessional. on top of that, the pricing is completely random each person seems to make up their own number as they go. there’s no consistency, no transparency. was ridiculously high for the poor quality of service. but to be fair, i paid it even though it was absolutely undeserved and now it’s on their conscience. a horrible experience i wouldn’t even wish on my worst enemy. if you can’t handle the job, then don’t take it.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough we were constantly treated like royalty. Mukul the team teader always made sure we did not want for nothing, constantly checking to make sure the service was up to standard. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We had room 1511, with an amazing view of all swimming pools.
