I recently stayed at Universal’s Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The resort feels new, modern, and visually stunning from the beautiful design to the relaxing pool and great facilities, everything looks impressive. The staff were always polite and professional, and the cleanliness was excellent whenever the room was serviced. I also appreciated the convenience of having many elevators. That said, there were a few things that surprised me some even felt a bit unreasonable for a Universal resort. For example, there was no complimentary unlimited coffee available, no included breakfast, and even basic drinks were restricted unless you had purchased the cup (which wasn’t included with the resort itself, it had to be bought separately). Our room didn’t have a microwave, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working, the housekeeping was only every other day instead of daily. What made this more noticeable is that we had just stayed at a 2-star hotel right before, and surprisingly, it offered more in terms of basic services: free coffee with creamer in the lobby, daily housekeeping, and a full breakfast included. Another thing that left us feeling a bit misled was the extra costs. Parking was not included and had to be paid separately, which really felt like it should have just been built into the room rate, even if that meant a slightly higher price. Also, the label “breakfast available” was confusing we initially thought it meant included, but in reality it came at an additional cost. These hidden fees and unclear wording were not something we appreciated. Even with these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay at Terra Luna. The resort itself is beautiful and provides a memorable experience overall, but I do think some small improvements in amenities and services would make it much more comfortable and better match the expectations that come with the Universal name.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. This resort was very clean and nicely appointed. The rooms are a little on the small side but was still very comfortable. The beds were nice and firm. We had a pool view room which was very nice. My only complaint was the breakfast (pancakes) were not very good. Everything else, food wise, was fine. I will definitely be staying at this resort again. Great job, Terra Luna!

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and were very pleased overall. I Just have to mention that beds were not queen but full size, pool should close at 12pm so we have time to relax after a long day at the park. Pizza were good, breakfast has a pretty good selection and you do get Starbucks coffees which were very appreciated. The hotel is new so yes all was in perfect condition and clean. The bus option to get to the park was amazing, you are minutes away from epic and about 20 minutes from citywalk and parks. We actually had epic views from the room which my kids loved! The staff was friendly and nice to us so no complaints at all. Once we arrived, we asked to be next to our family which were on their way to the hotel and they did accommodate us to be in front of each other which was again much appreciated. We had a great stay! Thank you

Beautiful hotel overall. The pool was great and clean while not being super crowded like how they usually are. Room service also does an excellent job cleaning up and tidying. Front desk representatives very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend coming to this hotel since it’s not even that far away from the Epic park.

Our Stay at Terra Luna Resort was less than stellar. We stayed two nights for convenience and closeness to the Epic Universe Park. IN those two nights, we never got clean towels replaced nor room service. Im fine with no room service but towels should be replaced since we came back both days with no dry towels. This should have been communicated with us about this stay. Second, Its close to Epic and there is bus service, but service between the resort and Epic is very far and few. We waited overs 25 minutes for pick up while two Volcano Bay buses came and went. Finally a very nice bus driver that was on a volcano bay finally offered to drop us at epic despite it not being his normal run. The food selections offered at the hotel very not very plentiful in which we selected to dine elsewhere. Given the price paid, it was not a value or even mid-moderate resort given the amount of kids running in the hallways in the evenings. The beds were firm but not offering the greatest comfort. I understand it's not a deluxe style resort but I have stayed in moderate resorts with more comfortable beds. I also think overnight parking should be included in the price of the room given the cost to value... $30+ tax is pretty steep given the location of the resort and plenty offerings of parking available.
