Our Stay at Terra Luna Resort was less than stellar. We stayed two nights for convenience and closeness to the Epic Universe Park. IN those two nights, we never got clean towels replaced nor room service. Im fine with no room service but towels should be replaced since we came back both days with no dry towels. This should have been communicated with us about this stay. Second, Its close to Epic and there is bus service, but service between the resort and Epic is very far and few. We waited overs 25 minutes for pick up while two Volcano Bay buses came and went. Finally a very nice bus driver that was on a volcano bay finally offered to drop us at epic despite it not being his normal run. The food selections offered at the hotel very not very plentiful in which we selected to dine elsewhere. Given the price paid, it was not a value or even mid-moderate resort given the amount of kids running in the hallways in the evenings. The beds were firm but not offering the greatest comfort. I understand it's not a deluxe style resort but I have stayed in moderate resorts with more comfortable beds. I also think overnight parking should be included in the price of the room given the cost to value... $30+ tax is pretty steep given the location of the resort and plenty offerings of parking available.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Terra Luna just weeks after it opened. Check in was easy via the mobile app and we skipped the line at the front desk and headed directly to guest services. The Cafe food was delicious. We had several meals here and enjoyed every one. The refillable drink cups were worth the cost for us considering our extended stay. The beef it up bowl got 5 stars. We did experience one night with a long delay in receiving our food (there seemed to be a big rush just at closing time). F&B manager Cameron corrected the situation quickly. Amenities were fantastic! The pool was fun, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, beach balls, corn hole, ping pong and even a movie at night. Game room, excellent gym, laundry facility and shuttle buses to the parks and city walk. Inside the room was everything we needed. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the blackout shades were a bonus. The mini frig was nice to have (microwave was downstairs in the cafe). If I could provide any feedback it would be to provide body wash in the showers and consider emptying the trash near the elevators frequently (they seemed to be used for larger trash that didn’t fit in the trash can within the rooms).

I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

My family and I had a great experience from check in to check out during our stay at Terra Luna Resort. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Our primary visit was Epic Universe but we also spent some time at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The shuttle bus service to and from the parks were short and sweet. This is a new resort, so our room was nice and clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and we will definitely be back. Keep up the good work Terra Luna staff.

This is a very nice hotel. Especially for a theme park value hotel. If you are visiting Epic Universe, I highly recommend staying here. The rooms are very nice and a good size. They have 2 queen beds and a nice sized lounger. My only complaint is that there was only one small trash can in the entire room (it was in the bathroom). Also, our bathroom door was a very tight fit (hard to close). But I would most definitely stay again. The food was excellent, the pool was nice and the bus service to the parks was fairly prompt.
