We had an amazing experience at Universal’s Terra Luna Hotel! Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful birthday weekend. The bar, café, and pool were fantastic, and the food was delicious. A special shout-out to Sail, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special truly an outstanding employee! We did encounter a small issue with security, but the hotel handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring our stay remained amazing. We would definitely recommend Terra Luna and can’t wait to return!

Choosing to stay at a Universal hotel this time, specifically Terra Luna, was absolutely worth the splurge and provided a completely different, elevated experience compared to previous non-Universal stays. Both Terra Luna and its sister hotel, Stella Nova, maintain a beautiful and cohesive theme from the moment you step into the lobby to the moment you enter your room. The rooms are generously sized with excellent decor, lighting, and great views. You truly don't need to leave the resort for food; the hotel offers a wide range of dining, including bars, a grill, a cafe, and a market, ensuring you can find everything from breakfast to a late-night cocktail. For those who are more money-conscious, there are also multiple supermarkets conveniently located within walking distance. Even if you take a day off from the parks, there is plenty to enjoy at the resort itself, from the well-equipped, generous gym to the huge, impressive pool area paired with a nice sand beach. The biggest difference, however, lies in the Universal hotel perks. You get early park admission, and the regular shuttles run reliably, starting an hour before park opening and ending an hour after closing. The ultimate game-changer is the proximity to Epic Universe: it’s a quick 10-15 minute walk on comfortable sidewalks, allowing you to easily get to the park before the crowds arrive. This convenience alone is invaluable.

Good experience at Terra Luna! There’s highs and lows of course, with this being a budget resort. The pros include the value which is very strong here- around $130 max a night. The resort is spacious, well laid out and has a lot of amenities for the price. A huge plus is the pool area which includes a large hot tub. Kim at the pool bar was awesome- great conversation and great personality! The room was already scuffed up despite this hotel just opening- chips in the paint and furniture. The “fit and finish” of the hotel definitely needs some tweaking. The mattress was rock hard despite this being a new hotel, expected at this price point but still disappointing. Overall, a GOOD hotel for the money. Hope they work out the kinks since it is still a new property. Would recommend for travelers on a budget. This is a new hotel and the proximity to the Epic park is literally around 5 minutes in car. This is the closest hotel to Epic park (besides Helios hotel which is inside the park) The hotel overall, the look and the concept of the hotel is good! Pool is wonderful! They also had 2 places to eat inside the hotel, one that is kinda grab and go! And the other to order and sit down to eat. The service is not so good for the following reasons: they clean the room every other day...but i noticed in my room they did not change the bed sheets or clean the sink. I specifically know that did not happen cause the sheet had a tiny pen mark and sink still had some hair in it after "cleaning the room". The cleaning team is really loud, one of the days I stayed I was planning to stay in sleeping until at least 12 but that could not happen! If your guests have a sign "do not disturb", they should be quieter if they are next door cleaning! Customer service I give them 5 stars! They have the option of chat for any questions or requests which I found it very convenient. They reply quickly, but is a different person every time. I spoke with the manager Nathan and he was extremely helpful, nice and listened to my complaint. Being that this is a new hotel, I may go back in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a family of three, and overall had a really nice experience! Pros: • The hotel is beautiful and in such an amazing location. • The pizza from room service was delicious (definitely recommend!). • Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. • Having a Universal Store right inside the hotel was so convenient. • The pool and jacuzzi were both great, and the water temperature in the baths was just perfect. Cons: • Breakfast was on the pricier side and there weren’t too many options. • The Coca-Cola machine is hotel-only, so you can’t use your Universal Freestyle cup from the parks, which was a little inconvenient. • Housekeeping is every three days unless you request it, so keep that in mind if you prefer daily service. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back, just with a few small things to keep in mind.
