Our family loved everything about the hotel!! We were the only Asian family while we stayed and felt the staff were kind and generous to our kids too. I happened to find this hotel on Google and had no information from friends or trip platform in our language so I was not sure of this place but it was the best choice I made in Mallorca! We loved the beautiful view from our clean room, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, dry and wet spa, gentle staff, the water dispenser on the hallway and especially the meals!! Please do enjoy half board when you’re staying here. It has the best quality and variety you cannot have outside the hotel.

This hotel is amazing! Great staff, delicious food and super nice environment. Very close to the beach and facing the sunset which is beautiful to watch the sun going down at the sea. The hotel is modern and with a touch of luxury as the design and space is really modern with very good aesthetics and quality. You have lunch and dinner options a la carte + buffet so prepare yourself to eat a lot. Totally recommend this hotel for a quite and high quality stay.

Arrival: Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, with thorough explanations provided, leaving no questions unanswered. Room: The room is incredibly spacious and appears freshly renovated. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable. In-room amenities such as a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, etc. were provided. The TV can be connected for remote play with personal content. Although the small outdoor terrace lacks privacy, it offers two comfortable and high-quality loungers. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet can be a bit hectic and chaotic. While vegan options are indicated by signs, they are somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food is excellent. Service: Every staff member exudes tremendous enthusiasm and is consistently attentive to the needs of guests. They go above and beyond to accommodate requests. Gym/Spa: The gym is well-equipped and often less crowded, allowing for a peaceful workout. A notable feature is the ability to connect to the sound system via Bluetooth to play your own music. The spa area is modern and features two saunas, a large swimming pool with various massage functions, an ice bath and a relaxation room. Conclusion: This is truly a lovely and tranquil hotel. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

We stayed at Universal Grand León & Spa for 3 nights and we had the most amazing time! The hotel is beautiful with a stunning decoration, the location is perfect, right in front of the ocean and we loved the boardwalk along the ocean to enjoy some walks with the ocean breeze. We had half board included and the food was absolutely delicious 🤤 everything we had was super tasty! All the team was super kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. In general, we had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay there again once we return to Mallorca. Thank you so much for everything! Margarida & Daniel

We enjoyed a couple of days in the Grand Leon last week. As you can see in the pictures the Hotel was recently renovated. They are still working on it, we had no construction noise though. I can recommend the Hotel for anyone else than families (not yet), there is simply not enough around to have a great experience with kids. Overall I would say there is still a lot of potential to be on a level of a real 5-Star Hotel. From my point of view there are 3 things which definitely need to be improved: Food, which is alright but not great Pillows, As there were only cheap synthetic pillows, I could not sleep until I bought myself one in Manacor (40min. drive) - Most of the people don`t care about them, but just buy a couple of spare down pillows and hand them over if someone requests it. Children area, there is almost nothing around for children. Get some toys, something for the children pool (a water mushroom or anything) and also for the restaurant. There is so much unused space.
