We just returned from Unico for another amazing week at the property. The ambience and food are always amazing. If the gorgeous ocean, snorkeling and pools are not enough, there are loads of activities. The service really sets this resort apart for us. Our butlers/ concierge Alexander and Alejandro are fantastic to work with and take care of every request we have (no matter how random) with a smile and great attention to detail. Waking up daily with beautiful sunrise pictures, a list of daily activities and chairs reserved for us is a treat that every trip there feel like luxury!

Unico is a gorgeous resort, far better than places like Palladium. From the stunning entrance to the coffee shop’s lemon tart and fresh salsa macha at Mi Carisa (where I ate half the menu daily!), it delivers. The Japanese and French restaurants are top-tier, while the steak and Mexican dinner options are mid. Skip slow room service and be strong if they offer timeshare-esk presentations! The pools and spa are great. Massage is 100. Beach is lovely during certain months in the year. For example, June\July it might be covered in seaweed but Feb, it’s pretty clean! In short, it’s still a resort, so minor hiccups happen, but I’d happily return or try a sister property!

My husband and I were at Unico from January 24 to February 3, our room in building 1 was gorgeous, clean and quiet. The food at this resort fair exceeded our expectations all restaurants were 5 star, our favourite was the French restaurant!! The pools were all clean and beautiful and chairs with umbrellas were plentiful! The beach was amazing and the seaweed was never an issue , what little there was was cleaned up regularly! Overall we were very happy with everything and will definitely be returning !!

Our stay here was great - the rooms are really luxe and the food is pretty good, especially for an all inclusive! However, I was most impressed by the service provided after our stay by the customer care team, specifically José Arturo H. Cruz! I had left something valuable at the hotel and he worked with me for weeks after to get it shipped back to the U.S. working through customs and multiple shipping carriers to try to get it back. He could not have been more accommodating!

Our trip was fantastic to Unico 20 87! We had great service from the moment we arrived! Loved our spot at the Legendary Pool! Eduardo and Roger were amazing and took care of every detail of our vacation! We have been to this resort two times and we will be back very soon! Met wonderful people on our vacation. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and the food was excellent.
