How far is the nearest beach?

Alternatively, Catch Beach Club and Palm Seaside restaurant on Bang Tao Beach, and HQ Beach Lounge on Kamala Beach are a short drive away with the resort offering daily transport from 9am until late.

Twin Palms Phuket is in an ideal location for accessing many nearby attractions. The local area has shops, restaurants and ATM machines all about 300m away. Within 10 to 30 minutes’ drive, you can enjoy teeing off at Laguna Golf Course, top class shopping, and aqua-fun at Splash Jungle water park. The nightlife of Bang La Road in Patong is also approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, making us feel at home from the first moment. One detail that truly touched us was on our last day, when we had to leave very early in the morning before breakfast hours. To our surprise, the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast box for us to take on the go so we wouldn’t leave hungry. This thoughtful gesture perfectly sums up the warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Was incredibly disappointed at the service. It was raining out and they have very slick tile in the lobby and I slipped and fell. I laid there for several seconds just to make sure I wasn't severely hurt but I was hurt. Two staff members saw me fall and neither offered aid. It wasn't until hours later dad someone contacted me and said they heard I fell. They did absolutely nothing to make me feel better. It was incredibly disappointing and stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location at Surin beach is great. A peaceful beach in one of the quieter areas of Phuket. The hotel itself is perfect. Great caring staff, cozy and clean rooms… Every detail was perfect. We really liked the huge pool and the whole facility. It is a very quiet place to relax. Thanks for making our holiday so great!

Nice stay, but beware of misleading charges Overall, the stay was pleasant — the hotel is beautiful and well located. However, at check-out, we were charged 2,200 baht for a beach bag that was placed in the room. There was no tag, no sign, no indication that it was for sale or considered an extra. It looked just like one of the amenities provided by the hotel. This lack of transparency is disappointing and feels like a sneaky way to charge guests. A shame, as it tainted an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The resort is beautiful and the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the management is inexperienced. We had a dinner reservation at seven and the management scheduled a shuttle to pick us up at 7 PM. However, there was a miscommunication with another group which caused the shuttle to leave before our group we ended up having to wait more than 30 minutes. We ended up just driving our own car to dinner. Given such a beautiful resort I would hope the management is on par.
