I stayed with my family there for one week. Great location, nice family room with great sea view, the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great with different meals from breakfast, to dinners there always something there to eat at the restaurant with all inclusive. The beach was nice and clean, kids pool and fun activities for kids. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit with family or friends.

We stayed in Tusan hotel for an week. Food and room service was amazing. Top of the level. But, inside swimming pool was freezing cold .we went to the guest relation room for let them know every day, but they just turn on warm water in the swimming pool only when we arrived. They just said technical problems... What a joke.... We understand that we come when there is not a session, but at last warm swimming pool should be able,for make a kids entertainment. We stayed in the hotel from 15th to 22nd of February. All hotel was full of the guests, but just 2 nights we had it Piano and violin entertainment. There wasn't any other activities for kids. Kids gets bored all week long. In the beginning in the restaurant asked to us for pay extra money for coffee and tea even we were All-inclusive. We went before in other holidays and nowhere we didn't pay extra for sauna, but in Tusan aksed for 15min €5. We spend so much money, but absolutely wasn't worth it. And is not 5*hotel.more than 3*we can't give it.

A lovely hotel in a lovely place. The hotel is clean, friendly and well maintained. It's low season, so some facilities are still closed and some being made ready, but the atmosphere is still relaxing and welcoming. Staff are efficient and enthusiastic. Food is good, though the restaurant is very busy in the evening. All in all, a very nice place to be.

First the basic review. We went to tusan beach resort.And the room service was good and the food was good too. Information. We understand that there is no season in February. And we stayed there for 6days.From 16 to 22 February. (Basically 15 February on the airplane) Next the indoor swimming pool. The hotels indoor swimming pool was freezing cold for the first 2 days, but then we went to the guest relations room then the pool got warmer.(FINALLY) Next the room service. The room service is fantastic 😍. The cleaners who work at Tusan beach resort , actually work so hard,so we gave some money. Finally the result of the hotel!!!!! It was not family friendly 😭 😭 😔.

I just came back from a short holiday, and I must strongly advise Tusan Beach Resort. Spending time with family I send my regards to a dedicated staff. They were available, whenever needed. Very pro-active reception and animation team! Great staff at breakfast/dining facility with tons of different food, anyone can find something for their taste! Different meals for lunch and dinner, variety of meals! A separate, quiet pool area dedicated for children is another plus. Everyone from hotel staff were super friendly to us. I strongly advise trying omlette for breakfast, amazingly tasteful! Room-cleaning teams left a beautiful swans made of towels, that our children loved! :) There is a private beach, and a canal with live fish that can be observed or fed, also 3 friendly ducks were present every day - a small detail that mattered for the kids. There are friendly cats around, that our children loved. If anyone is looking for not huge, but relatively well equipped bazzar it is around 15 mins walk, through a beautiful beach. Prices are very reasonable and bartering is a well-seen habbit over there! :) Taxis for any trip (Ephesus City is strongly advised) are available at any time. Transfer to Airport is also possible. There are quality control teams present at site, measuring quality and temperature of meals, pools, etc. Thanks for all Tusan Team for making my family holiday a great experience! Great thanks for super nice senior cleaning lady, Mr Najate for helping to measure our suitcase weight with a smile, all animation team making mini-disco for kids each evening and excercises every morning, chef making amazing omlettes, beach supervision team and Didim Restaurant staff!
