Well where do I start we was a group of 7 people we did not originally book this hotel as we usually always stay at Ephesus Princess, which is about 3 hotels from this one and I have been staying there for the last 14 years, at Ephesus it’s the best and this year it did not open till May so we was transferred to this hotel well it’s says it’s a five star hotel Well we did not get that feeling On arrival, We was given the keys to our room We had a look it was just a standard room where we usually stay we paid for suite rooms And in this hotel, we was just given a standard room I believe The shower had not been cleaned properly. There’s Green shower gel down the wall. Also, water did not drain from the sink in room 5522 Some of the staff were nice But on the other hand, somewhere rude asking for tips constantly not just me our whole party We met a few people From Germany, who was lovely and people from Holland Everybody said the food was rubbish It was the same thing all the time the salad did not look very fresh every day The food was the same thing over and over No fresh fruit, no watermelon Unlike the other hotels I booked into in the area And when I knew I was being transferred to here, I found up from the UK to confirm that there was going to be entertainment and that everything was open as it says on the website it was not Also speaking to had that being so all of our bookings have been transferred to this hotel everything would be the same We had entertainment for the last two days of our holiday day was playing some music out doors but the Sound system was terrible on the first night They just borrowed the PA system from the piano On the second night music sounded better, but it was the same old songs being repeated throughout the night All restaurants weren’t open and the bars was not open with Limited drinks available So all of us had to buy our own drinks from our shop down in the town we did not use all inclusive facility as the food was not good Absolutely shocking And drinks was the same few of the staff seen us pouring our own drinks into pop And we told them One of my biggest things of this whole holiday I am a diabetic and not allowed to drink sugary drinks. I kept asking for Pepsi zero and was told they did not have it. They did not have the gas on the fifth day previous to that they kept giving me Pepsi zero, but it was not Pepsi. It was full sugar making me ill causing me to have high sugar levels this whole holiday. A lot of our spending money we was going to do trips with we had to not do the trips we had planned as we had to pay for food every day we ate a lot at the local barbecue place where the food was amazing which is directly opposite this hotel Maybe they should get the chef from the barbecue place to cook for them or teach their chef how to cook Everybody, we spoke to said the same about the food and a drink choice I did read up some of the reviews about this hotel And some of them said the food was good, but we did not experience this We was joking when we was waiting to be picked up to come home as we seen the plaque had five stars on it We believe they stole three of them from somewhere else But this was our opinion of our experience At this hotel The only one thing that was good about staying in this hotel if the really friendly woman who works in reception for the Turkish bath she was amazing and very helpful

Very nice. At breakfast, beware: if you get up for coffee they clear away your plate as if you've left for good even with food still on it. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool closes at 1800 in February 2024.

we just came back from our holiday from Tuscan. what a beautiful stay. we went for all inclusive holiday with our 3 year old daughter. The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot, they have private beach the water crystal clear. The food was amazing and the staffs were fantastic and very helpful. Turkey never disappoints us. The entertainment teams where amazing. then only part that needs improvement is the kids play area, the room itself needs a good love.i felt it was dirty and there was not enough toys to engage the kids. That needs to be looked in to it but everything else was fantastic.

We were in tusan resort in August 2023. We had incredible vacation in that hotel :) The staff was communicative and helpful, the location was amazing ! Close to port and center of kusadasi. Wonderful massages ! A lot of variety of food but here is also one minus -. Everything tastes similar - not enough spices. NIce animation program - especially evenings for kids and adults ! To sum up: a great place and we would like to come back here again
