Large hotel, good friendly staff, has everything needed. Kids pool , handy kids Aquapark, kids room needs more attention Aircon and care. Management always helpful and ready to solve any problems. Foods are tasty and lots of variety. If you miss lunch you have pizza pasta chicken chips at hand. They have 5 o'clock tea and more food if you miss dinner or arrive late. The pizza was very delicious. Must try. Ice cream should be available for longer. Evening entertainment was very good. Cleaning was impeccable. Air con works very well. More cleaning around the pool is needed. Some parts of the beach have large rocks you can step on but then sand and sea up to your knee for 50m. Wish it had a wider sandy beach and slightly larger pool, the sea is very clean and clear. Has adults only pool and indoo pool. Should have a cheaper spa pricing. 60min massage in London is £40-60. They need to charge £30 and will get a waiting list ever day. It's very good by value for money and is an excellent 4 star hotel. It's a dated hotel but well kept. Lots of spaces and lounges. Location is superb. 80p dolmuş ride to town is ideal outside the hotel. It's a good hotel, good value with great location from airport and town centre. Hospital 10 mins away and costs £10 to be treated in triage with iv fluid , blood test, jab and £4 for antibiotics all under 90 mins. Overall 6.5/10 Would recommend for good value for money holiday.

After reading some Google reviews, I almost changed my booking—but I’m so glad I didn’t! From a smooth and quick check-in at 2 AM to incredibly friendly staff, my experience at Tusan Beach Resort was fantastic. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of five with three kids. The restaurant team was outstanding—special thanks to Hashim and Nahim for their warm, caring service that truly made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at many resorts around the world, and this one really stood out. Choosing somewhere else would have been a mistake. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you, Team Tusan!

Spent two nights at Tusan in March and it was really good. The hotel was clean and it had a nice view of the ocean. There was also many fun hiking paths nearby to explore. Prices for drinks and lunch was also good. Staff was kind and understanding. Only downside was how most facilities, such as bars were closed because of the season. Even in March the hotel had a ton of visitors that would have liked to use the facilities.

Nothing of a technical nature works in this hotel: not the electric kettle in the room; not the air-conditioning control system in the room; nor the flush system of the toilet in the room, the push button control fell off its fitting to the wall. At breakfast the coffee machine only delivered lukewarm water by pressing the hot water button - not enough to infuse any teabags you may have brought with you. They do not supply teabags to make your own black tea, the national beverage of Turkey. We had to visit Customer Relations twice to get the Internet Connection to our phone fixed.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Tusan Beach Resort in Kuşadası. From the very first moment we entered the room, the bed sheets were dirty. The hotel claims to have a gym, but there is none. The tap water is salty, and in the shower the temperature constantly shifts from freezing cold to burning hot — it’s impossible to regulate. The hygiene in the restaurant is awful. Everything feels dirty, the smell of food is unpleasant, and it even spreads up to the rooms on the fourth floor. The food itself is tasteless and far from what you would expect at a so-called “5-star” resort. The drinks at the bar are just as bad — not a single recognizable international brand (no proper whiskey, gin, etc.), only cheap, unknown labels that taste terrible. The Wi-Fi barely works, painfully slow and almost impossible to use. The beach is filthy, very small, and absolutely not maintained. Although the hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, I was asked to pay €5 just to use the sauna or hammam for half an hour. The so-called “game room” is a complete disaster — a broken ping pong table with damaged paddles, a billiard table in the same miserable condition, garbage everywhere, and zero maintenance. This hotel does not meet a single standard of a 5-star resort — absolutely none. Everything from cleanliness to facilities to food and drinks is far below acceptable. It is a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. Avoid at all costs.
