Amazing place, where everyone can find something interesting! Multiple swimming pools suitable for adults and children. Plenty of space, clear and clean water, variable depths and bar with drinks and snacks right in the middle! Food Hall with a HUGE ‼️ selection of tasty and fresh food. Every day they serve different food for lunch and dinner but also offer some regular dishes such as pizza and pasta. Hotel seems huge from the outside but with multiple buildings it doesn't feel that way at all! And finally, cherry on the cake, the beach! It's literally next to the hotel and it's one of the best beaches I've ever seen! Crystal clear water, waves offering hours of fun, golden sand and black rocks 🏖️ Rooms are probably the weakest point of the hotel as they should've been refurbished a while ago but we didn't go there to sit in the room 😉

It was a great holiday with my family. The hotel is very good and the food was fantastic – always fresh and with a lot of variety, including options for children. A beautiful beach is located very close to the hotel, perfect for morning walks and swimming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were also fun activities for both kids and adults. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This is generally a nice hotel for the value, but the details bring it down the longer you stay. To start on a positive, the hotel is extremely clean. The dining staff are pleasant, but the bar staff can be impatient and a little miserable after the initial greeting. The food had so much salt that it was a relief to be home and eating regular food again, but it was lucky it contained salt as there was very little flavour otherwise. We only booked one of the optional restaurants, they weren't that easy to book due to the need to be up at 6 in the morning when times for 6pm were released two days ahead. The food in the Italian was very tasty but unfortunately also a buffet setup. The snack bar has very limited options. The entertainment was average at best although the entertainment staff were very friendly. Me and my partner had a couples massage. My masseuse was very good but my partner said hers seemed a bit unsure of what she was doing and left her feeling lopsided from making inconsistent movements on each side of her body. Plenty of activities are available to book for the more active holiday maker. The rooms were clean but very basic and the air con is centrally controlled so you can't actually cool the room a great deal. We only found this out by digging through the website. All in all I dont think the hotel is particularly over priced but dont expect to be blown away either.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the 4+ Rating* Let’s start with the negatives: Transfer Issues: Transfer from the airport took over 1 hour 15 minutes. After landing, we were stuck waiting on the coach for around 40 minutes as they waited for passengers from other flights. Hotel Check-In: On arrival, we faced a huge queue at reception waited around 40–60 minutes just to check in. Room Location & Support: Our room was about a 10-minute walk from reception, with stairs along the way and no assistance offered for luggage. Room Problems: When we got to the room, both the air conditioning and TV weren’t working. We reported this at 9pm, and after waiting until midnight with no update, we walked back to reception only to be told nothing could be done until the morning. Lack of Response: We contacted the TUI rep via message no reply until late the next afternoon. Even then, we were told they’d speak to reception and get back to us, but communication completely dropped off. After multiple calls and in-person visits, someone finally came on Day 3 with a remote, only to inform us that the air conditioning was a communal unit, only active from 10am to 10pm — not ideal in a hot climate. Food Quality: The food was extremely poor. No themed nights or variety, which you’d expect from a hotel of this size and star rating. Mostly cooked from frozen , limited meat options (no beef or lamb), and chicken that was tough and low quality. Many items weren’t labelled — a serious issue for anyone with allergies or intolerances. When we asked staff about ingredients, we were given incorrect information multiple times. Now, the positives: Friendly and helpful service staff. Stunning views and beautiful surroundings. Great pools and a decent gym. Final Thoughts: While the setting was lovely, the hotel management seems focused more on cutting costs than guest experience. Service and food fell well below expectations for a 4-star-plus rating. One major highlight was the beach, although be prepared — it’s a steep walk down around 50–70 steps.

Thank you for an amazing trip to your hotel! First off I would like to stay how much fun me and partner had. It was my first all inclusive and it was great! We are from England and the weather was windy but still warm! I got a nice tan and did burn but it’s all tanned now. The food was very good, some of the food was even cooked in front of you. There was so much to have. You can do a restaurant very 2 days we can book, we missed one due to not being at the hotel till 11 which is fine. On Wednesday, we went to the Spanish restaurant and were delighted how nice the food was. Would not recommend for veggies or people with allergies as it’s not for everyone as it’s a set Menu. Entertainers were great friendly and entertaining. There is a few I would like to shout out: Tim- was a great instructor and was great at giving tips and saw us at star night and made sure we got on the dance floor. Vendy- what an amazing dance and has so much passion in her dance. She also taught aqua one day we were there and I loved it! She would always be the first to smilie at you! Emilia- fun and so friendly and we loved her dance aqua sessions and her good body condition class. Loved when she would say ok and put her thumbs up. All were excellent but some that stood out to us. I also have the say how brilliant they are to speak there own languages, English and German and Spanish I think that is amazing!! So many things to do we did archery 3 times, tennis, lots of fitness classes, shows, beach and the hill climbing across the road. Lots of bingo and parties we even took part in a foam pool party. It’s so good for adults there was lot of us to do, there did beginner and advance classes so you try and there is something for everyone. The beach is so beautiful, just so you know there is 2 different entrances one by the pool that looks and feels step to go down but one by the adults only part has more slopes and less stairs and we felt that was easier to go down. We didn’t do the walk up the hill as it’s so rocky and I am not good with walking so we left it but wear good shoes as people can slipping etc. It is far away from places but we didn’t need to go anyway else because there was so much there. We loved just getting a drink when another we want! I would say to get a table when you go to the plaza bar from entertainment evening, you need to get there early, we would get there an hour early play cards or just chat and get cocktails so we could get a seat, one night we didn’t and we got a bad view of the dancing and we couldn’t see them. Cocktails are pre-made but there was a lot to choose from and there were nice. Room was big and loved staying here we didn’t choose are room but we got put in front of the kids splash zone which we were a little disappointed at first as we don’t have kids-but none used it was good and it was perfect location to get anywhere. this is block 21. There are lots of swimming pools we loved the big one and the smaller one by the tennis courts not as busy. We never struggled to get a sun-bed but I think you do in the summer. Lots of people who were German but they were so friendly. Thank you so much, we will be back in the future and we will deffo go to another magic life in another country!!
