Probably the best holiday of my life with family! If you enjoy sports, a variety of activities, easy beach access, or simply relaxing under the sun by the pool, this place is perfect. As someone who’s into sports, I was impressed. The hotel has two great beach volleyball courts, two tennis courts (with a professional coach), an archery area, a heated swimming pool for winter, and several other pools for warmer months. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only downside is the AC system — it doesn’t heat, and rooms not facing the sea can get chilly at night in December (around 16–17°C). Hopefully, this is something they will improve. The staff are fantastic — always polite, smiling, and eager to help. Food is varied slightly daily and hygiene standards are high. The nursery and entertainment staff are dedicated and kind. Our son loved his time there. They offer two childcare sessions per day (9:45–12:15 and 15:00–17:45), which gives parents a chance to unwind or try other activities. All in all, this is a solid 4-star resort, and I highly recommend it!

Nice place. Nice food. To nearest sand beach 10 minutes walking. Rooms and service is ok. There are cycling tours free if charge (including MTB, gravel and road bikes), so I recommend to bring bike clothes. As well, there are tennis courts, sport swimming pool, gym, and different kind of fitness programs.

I don’t understand these negative reviews. The hotel is clean (the garden is actually very well maintained), and while the rooms are indeed a bit outdated, the housekeeping service is excellent and truly makes every effort to ensure that nothing is missing and that the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is very good, the food is good, varied and themed – there was something for everyone to choose from. The reception staff are helpful, and the heated pool is 28°C – perfect for simply relaxing. On the negative side: 1. The booking system in the app is a nightmare. I wasn’t able to book a tennis court even once, not to mention the restaurants. 2. Reserving sunbeds by leaving a towel, flip-flops or a cap on them is embarrassing, and the hotel should respond to this more efficiently. 3. When there are no activities taking place at the pool, the music could be turned down. Lying on a sunbed for several hours listening to Spanish disco hits can be quite painful.

Loved our stay in November. Perfect temperature and excellent location right next to the sea. Half an hour walk along the beach tomorrow Moro Jable. Ample parking on the street for free outside the hotel, we never had issues finding a place. Hotel staff were very friendly and smiley. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was pretty good. Lunch and dinner varied slightly day by day with the menu which made a nice change. Some dishes were a little bit cold. A lot of the lunch and dinner hot dishes were very salty, some of them almost inedible they were so salty. Pools are very clean and all other facilities were nicely maintained. We would book here again for the right price.

We arrived for our mini-moon to an already impressive room. Overnight there were extremely strong winds, which we believe caused some damage to the roof. When it rained, this resulted in a leak in our room. We reported the issue to the customer service team, who responded immediately and came to inspect the problem. We asked whether it might be possible to move rooms to avoid any further disruption during the night, and they assured us they would look into it. Within just 30–40 minutes, the team had arranged a new room for us, and not just any room, but an upgrade to a Junior Suite as a gesture of goodwill. We genuinely did not expect such a generous and thoughtful response. The team were incredibly efficient, professional, and accommodating throughout. This is our third visit, and experiences like this are exactly why we will definitely be returning again in the future. Fantastic service, thank you to the whole team!
