13 nights spent at TUI Blue The Passage Samui for Christmas and New Year. A big thank you for the welcome and the daily life organized by the hotel. The place is idyllic. A very pretty resort on the beach, which has very fine sand and an imperial sunset. Ploy is an excellent dancer but above all provides exceptional service with a smile and great helpfulness. M, whose only smile invites you to come back to this hotel, is exemplary in kindness and will take you on a journey with his bartending skills. Bella is not to be outdone either, with her bursts of laughter and her sympathy, the assurance of having an excellent stay without any problems. The hotel would be nothing without its butler, concerned about your daily well-being, and remaining smiling despite the imponderables of the weather. A professional and quality service overall. Regarding the bungalows, they offer sufficient comfort and correspond in every way to the photos on the internet. The garden view villas may lack lounge chairs but have a small table with two chairs that do their job well. This villa enjoys privacy compared to the pool villas and pool villas. The bungalows are cleaned every day and everything necessary is made available to visitors so that nothing is missing, such as bath towels in particular. We were present on the island of Koh Samui 20 years ago. We observed its denaturization during this trip, where resorts and SPAs clearly took the lead over the pretty wooden bungalows of the time and where wild nature was introduced into the complexes. Disappointed with the urbanization of the island, but happy to have been able to stay in this hotel, which will still require a means of transport to get around the island (renting a two-wheeler remains ideal given the traffic). We spent a week at this wonderful resort, and I have rarely stayed in such a beautiful place! The blooming plants were lovingly arranged, and there were so many gorgeous palm trees throughout the property. The rooms are individual villas or bungalows, and we each had a villa with direct pool access – highly recommended! The sea was absolutely stunning as well: turquoise, crystal clear, and perfect on calm days. Even when it was a bit windy and the water was slightly stirred up, it still kept its turquoise color, and the beach remained beautiful. Since the hotel is a little secluded, it was wonderfully quiet – exactly what we were looking for. The staff was consistently positive and extremely friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, with the restaurant located right by the sea, offering a wide selection, a fresh egg station, and even several plant-based milk alternatives. I have seldom been so impressed by a hotel, and I am truly considering coming back. Everything was perfect from start to finish – we can warmly recommend this resort!

We spent just over a week at Tu Blue Passage Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff here are truly amazing - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special mention to Yaya and Toey, who were incredibly kind and would take care of our baby while we enjoyed breakfast. Their thoughtfulness made our mornings so much more relaxed and enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We used the gym almost daily and found it to be clean and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable - just one step away from the ocean with access to a very neat and clean beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend Tu Blue Passage Hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with the hotel’s service. Even though we had to cancel our trip due to an unexpected medical situation, the staff showed incredible understanding and kindness. They handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care, and even approved a full cancellation without any fees. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. We will absolutely choose this hotel when we return to Thailand. Highly recommended!

We have stayed for 10 days here. The staff are amazing. Especially Ployi, Newyear and M. They served some of the best food and cocktails we have ever had. Would reccomend staying here for any couple who like a more relaxed time. Everything is easy to get to but it is via taxi. Not much in walking distance. Rooms are amazing. All individual villas. Overall a brilliant hotel in a stunning location.
