Hakuna Matata means “no worries,” and this place really lives by that. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel relaxed and completely at home. A big Asante Sana (thank you) to every single member of staff—starting from reception all the way to the amazing gardeners who keep the grounds looking absolutely stunning. Just walking through and taking in all the beautiful plants and greenery was a treat in itself. The cleaning team deserve a special mention too—working so hard behind the scenes, making sure all the washrooms were spotless all day long. The bar staff kept us going with drinks, always cheerful and attentive, and the beach servers were fantastic, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. The restaurant staff were brilliant—nothing was ever too much trouble. They always made sure we were happy with the food and looked after us like family. But what really stood out was how friendly everyone was. Always smiling, always asking how we were and if we needed anything—it made such a difference. Even the security team deserve a shoutout—they kept things peaceful on the beach while still letting us enjoy some friendly chats with the beach sellers. And housekeeping? Incredible. Every day, our room felt fresh and perfect, like it was day one all over again. The management were always visible too, making sure everything ran smoothly. All these little things added up and made this holiday one of the most memorable we’ve ever had. Thank you, TUI Blue Bahari.

This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been. The stuff is flexible, polite rooms are clean. They look for every request we had and they were fulfilling it. The food is the most excellent I’ve ever had in my life is a mixture of Arabic, Indian and African Swahili. The chefs are incredible. The taste are incredible. I only can say about the food over here on the top shelf. We surely will come back to this hotel!

Absolutely amazing place. We got the all inclusive package and the options are endless. You can choose from 3 restaurants that are all included, 1 you can pay extra for and 1 was closed when we were there. So technically there are 5 restaurants. Bars are open from 10am and one closes at 11pm. They have activities like coconut leaf weaving, volley ball, football, cooking class, cocktail making class, exercise classes and themed African evening on Saturday all included in the price. Food is delicious with a variety to please everyone. Arabic, Swahili and European. Bar (inclusive package) spirits, wine, sparkling wine, beer and mocktails. All inclusive means breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful. They speak perfect English, German and a few other languages. Overall a lovely resort and we would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Not one complaint to make. All the staff couldn't do enough for you. Bar staff , waiters, reception, even the gardeners were all 12 out of 10. Massive food choices all of excellent standards. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Once again the staff were brilliant.

We had an amazing stay at TUI Blue Bahari in Zanzibar! Our family had a wonderful time, and everything about the resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms were brand new, beautifully designed, and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options that were always fresh and tasty. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff – everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The drinks were top-notch, and the facilities were luxurious, from the pools to the beach areas. A special mention goes to how they made New Year’s Eve extra spectacular – the celebrations were beyond our expectations, creating unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
