Vinny at the main restaurant is the sweetest person! She made our whole stay. Always happy, kind and had a big smile on her face every time we came for breakfast and lunch. She always knew what we wanted for drinks, and made sure to check if we wanted refill before we even got time to ask. Shes the sweetest. Rooms were very nice and clean. The night shows were incredible and theres plently of things to do at the resort. Whole staff is amazing :-)

We chose the hotel for a quiet vacation and it was the perfect place for that. The houses are enbedded in the local nature and the variety of plants was stunning. The food was good but what made the stay especially great was the friendly staff. Special thanks to Jennifer who made the sports sessions easy with her great and motivating personality. And also to Rami who made the best cocktails. There were great daily and free activities for sports but also others like wine tasting, cooking or cocktail lessons, art classes or reef tours. The hotel beach was beautiful and seperated from the public beach and water with a wall which was protected by security guards at all times. Sadly, the public beach and sea was full with seeweed and shallow so swimming was not possible. Also the masai (local people) who were waiting for hotel guests to enter the public beach to non-stop pester us with different offers kept us from going to the beach. Nontheless, the hotel felt safe at all times. The room was very modern and quite new, however we experienced some hickups. Either with a failing AC, stopped running water or regular power cuts switching on the TV and motion controlled light at night. So we decided to keep the power off at night (take key card out) and all other issues were resolved by maintenance promptly. And the several power outages each day were quickly compensated by the hotel generator. For every issue adressed, the staff was super friendly and helped to solve it quickly. Overall we had a great experience!

The hotel is wonderful and very clean. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The drinks at the bar are delicious, and the food is fresh and always incredibly tasty. It has been an amazing vacation and a perfect honeymoon for us in this paradise and this beautiful hotel. Deborah is very kind and helpful. She is the best waitress in the hotel and truly wonderful. She always has a warm smile, makes guests feel welcome, and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great experience. Her positive attitude and professionalism make every visit even more enjoyable.♥️♥️I would also like to send my greetings to Adam, who is very friendly and always smiling, and who also speaks Polish extremely well. We will definitely come back again.

Very well located hotel on the beach with pools and a few restaurants with very tasty local and international food options. Dinners on the beach or at the pool specially for hotel guests organised once a week. Nice bar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. We had great family vacation there over Christmas !

Big thank you to Adam for entertainment you gave us speaking your Polish and letting US teach you some new words at evening dinners. You were always very professional and quick with our orders. Thank you to Elizabeth and Deborah, waitresses who where always attentive to our needs. I think its the stuff that makes this hotel so good and if my wife and I every get to go back to Zanzibar it would be to Tui Blue Bahari Hotel. The stuff we met during our holiday was the best we ever met.
