I loved this hotel but most importantly the experience with one of the staff, John, who is a manager in the restaurant. After sharing with him a concern other staff weren’t able to resolve, he went above and beyond to ensure he finds a solution, not for that moment only but also made sure staff on duty understood my needs and provided a variety of choices to choose from throughout my entire stay. He made the stay very enjoyable as he listened to me and found a solution outside the normal package. I felt valued as a client and was able to spend a great time with my friends.

We had stayed here for 4 days. The resort is amazing.....BIG CHEERS to the STAFF who were always smiling, helpful, friendly and very hardworking. They will keep approaching you to ensure that you are comfortable and all your needs are satisfied. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was amazing with loads of options. Overall a memorable stay.

We had the best reception during dinner (traditional African food and live music) where Ester was so kind and helpful, she took care of every detail and was absolutely helpful!!!
