One of those most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. On one side of the resort you have a tropical forest and cliffs and the other a white sandy beach straight out of a postcard. Staff were all extremely professional and welcoming. Non, especially, was great during the check in process. He helped arrange transfers to other restaurants also. This is something to bear in mind - the hotel is in a quieter area of Krabi and to get around you need either taxis or a moped. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was situated right on the beach so you would have the most gorgeous view to start your day.

Had an amazing experience at The Tubkaak, my only regret is not staying longer. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating from the second we walked in, till the second we left. Did everything they can to make the stay memorable. Room we stayed in was a little outdated and could do with some modernization, appreciate it's a quite an old hotel so there's elements which are quite outdated. But the service and location seem to make up for it. Thai restaurant was fantastic, wide selection of options at reasonable prices. Food was absolutely delicious. Service from the staff was 5*. Sitting on the bean bags on the beach outside the restaurant is just wonderful. The manager of the hotel made the effort to greet all guests at breakfast and enquire how their stay was and ask for feedback, which I thought was an absolutely fantastic touch and something all hotel managers should do. He was very friendly, respectful, listened to our feedback and we instantly saw it implemented. Would highly recommend!!!

Ac in room nevwr got below 24c. I complained when it would not get below 25, so i got an extra degree. Breakfast was wonderful. the place was quiet,clean, and away from the crowds. Loved that. Thankfully, we had a car to get around. Dinner was awful, and i mean awful. Worst meal i had all trip. I would go back but not when it was warm at night and only if i had a car to go visit and eat elsewhere.

After the cancellation of my reservation, and several emails, I would like to say that the way this hotel proceed is awful and not respectful. The hotel said my credit card was not valid, but it's working very well; I have another reservation in Bangkok with the same credit card and there is no problem. Moreover they lied in our correspondance by saying I didn't give them my address and time of arrival. This way of dealing with the customers is very regrettable, and I suspect the hotel of having canceled my reservation to resell at a better price.

Gladly recommend this boutique style hotel. The hotel has lived up to the our expectations in all dimensions: charming rooms and facilities, quiet virgin-like beach, nice service and high quality food. Seeing and comparing with the other hotel facilities nearby we were confirmed our decision. Besides all the positive, I’d like to comment that one slightly notices that the hotel is not super new but is about ~20 years old
