I was taken by surprise on how disappointing this hotel stay was. I used my credit card's travel program to set up the accommodations.   I specifically paid for a room with two beds because I was traveling with my 13-yr-old old.   There was a less expensive king bed option, but I paid extra to have 2 beds.  When I arrived at the hotel, they had put me in a King bed room.  The gentleman at the counter very rudely stated that I paid for a king bed.  I tried to show him my emailed receipt showing otherwise and he wouldn't even look.  He then stated "well, we didn't approve it because we sold out of all of those rooms.  You will have to take it up with your credit card company".  I had no idea I had to be approved for something I specifically paid for, but his attitude was the worst part. The room included a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa, so I called and asked if they could send additional bedding to make it more comfortable.   I wanted to go get dinner, but I waited for housekeeping first.  I waited about 45 minutes and had to call again because they never showed up.  The gentleman was very nice during both phone calls, but why did I have to call twice?  They came the 2nd time. We soon discovered that the jets in our tub didn't work.   We tried numerous times with different instructions from the staff and the tub was never functional,  so we asked for someone to come to take a look at it.  They said they would send "engineering".  We waited about 1.5 hours and then we had to leave.  Engineering never showed up and we never heard from them. I can't remember having such repeated poor service or being treated so rudely in any establishment.  I always greet people with a smile and I do expect the same, especially on vacation.  I had such high hopes for this hotel.

The hotel rooms with spacious. They were a bit dirty they the hot tub didn't work and it was a bit far from the strip. None of the options in the details below none of the details below where relative to my stay I can't exactly say I traveled with friends family couple or solo I sure as hell can't say that it's luxury great views romantic quiet kid friendly or great value.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Room was gorgeous. Bathroom was huge. Fridge was big and super cold. So nice to have a stove top and cooking utensils. Stayed at 3 hotels on the strip and this is the only hotel where you get free bottled water, coffee, and creamers. Felt extremely safe. Staff were super friendly. Shout out to Joel! If your going to Vegas to hang at pool and go to shows and not to gamble this is the hotel you need to stay at!!

Very specious rooms perfect for big family. BUT very dirty:( jacuzzi didn’t work so as coffee machine and air conditioner . I felt like I had to constantly apologize to the employees who work there . First it was security that told me that I closed the door incorrectly with the face like I will get arrested next it was room services when I asked to exchange my dirty plates Mrs Barbara a supervisor told me that she will send me a soap to wash them . When I told her that I already got rid of them she made a big deal about it and told me that it’s a last time she is sending me clean plates that I have to start washing them from now one lol . The location on another hand is great . Walking distance to the south strip and cross a street from very nice mall . Definitely will be back again because the prices are right to compare with other fancy hotel . Kids friendly because smoking is prohibited and no casino on the first floor . Perfect place to spend with family.

The rooms and quality of service were excellent. The valet parking attendants were very attentive and helped us unload our luggage and quickly check in at the front desk inside the hotel. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I would stay here again whenever I visit Vegas next. It is a top recommendation from me for a must stay when you visit the Vegas Strip.
