This was my 2nd stay at the TRS Yucatan and I have to say the stay was amazing a 2nd time. This resort gets it when it comes to ensuring the customer is happy, they consistently check on you to ensure you are happy. I have to give the entire staff their kudos, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I would be remised if I did not mention the wonderful employees who made my stay worthwhile. I stayed in Villa 63 and my butler were Jessica and Jose. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent advice on the restaurants to dine at for dinner. They also ensured my hotel room was up to my satisfaction, also I was consistently informed of the daily current events which was very pleasing. Also thank you to the wonderful guest room attendants who cleaned our room daily. I wished I had their names but they did a excellent job maintaining Room 6304. Now on to the staff Jose the bartender and Diana the waitress in the main lobby morning shift provided excellent customer service and they always checked on me and my entire party. After a day or 2 i enjoyed coming to the main lobby and being waited on them. Top notch service!! I had breakfast each morning at the Capricho restaurant and every morning the service was spectacular. Lauren was the hostess who always seated us she was always pleasant and had a smile on her face I appreciated her offering hand sanitizer before each meal. My waiters Romauldo, Paulina, Flauvio, and Daniel were excellent waiters who were very knowledgeable of the menu and provided excellent meal recommendations. I also have to thank Daniel Juarez the manager daily he would come by my table to ensure that i was happy and comfortable. I appreciate him one morning my glass and he recommended I have a drink and that brief encounter left a memorable thought of him. Their was only one issue that made me uncomfortable. I stayed their for the Super Bowl and could not understand how I was being asked to pay up to $200 to watch the SB that part made me very unhappy. People spend a lot of money to come to fine establishment and to be asked to pay that was disrespectful. I just needed to voice my opinion on that matter. If I ever come back during Super Bowl time again I hope that situation does not occur again. Maria and Marcos at the Infinity Pool provided great service at the bar during lunch. They were wonderful employees. For dinner the only name I can recall is Jose from El Gauchos for dinner he was a fabulous waiter who also provided great service. I have to give major kudos to all of your cart drivers whenever requested they were their and the thing that I loved the most is they knew exactly the villa i was staying in without even telling them that left a wonderful impression. However my favorite cart driver was Uriel. Each time i informed him of my plans he was their at the time requested and ensured we arrived on time. Thank you URIEL!!!!! In closing thank you to the wonderful staff including those employees who go unnoticed like the front desk, and the employees who consistently ensured the lobby restrooms were cleaned and met expectations. That was impressive. My 5 favorite employees on this trip were Uriel the cart driver, Jose my butler, Jose and Diana in the main lobby at the bar and Daniel Juarez like all I hope these fine employees get recognized. Thank you again TRS Yucatan for everything. I assure you with employees like these and service like this I WILL BE BACK SOON!!! I truly appreciate everyone KUDOS THANK YOU!!!!!

We had a great anniversary stay at TRS to celebrate 4 years. Check in was breezy and we were provided 2 hats as welcome gifts which were very useful with the sunny weather. The butlers, servers, bartenders, and busboys were all extremely pleasant and nice. Our villa butlers, Jose and Jessica, were prompt in assisting us with booking reservations and answering questions we have. Our room provided us with 2 complimentary bottles which we were able to enjoy over the course of the stay. The housekeepers kept our room tidy daily. We mostly stayed on the TRS side and enjoyed the infinity pool, Helios, the gym/spa, and the pickleball courts. We were pleasantly surprised that the sports complex offered pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball, soccer, mini golf, and more! Our one complaint with the sports center is that each hole of the mini golf was on a tiny hill which made it very difficult (recommend skipping this activity). Our masseuses, Nancy and Angelica were wonderful and Lazaro assisted with booking it (we recommend booking thru Spa Staff that walk around in blue as they offer daily promotions that are cheaper than booking thru butler or lobby workers) Overall the food & drinks were delicious. We recommend Helios breakfasts and the Argentinian steakhouse and Italian restaurant for dinners. The beach access was incredibly far, but accessible with the shuttle. We would most definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

What can I say, this resort was 10/10!! My only complaint was that the AC could be better. Some days it felt like the room was kinda muggy but nonetheless it was still decent. The food was amazing, the resort staff were great!! I stayed in Villa 71 and I had the best concierge staff!! Shoutout to Patricia, Christian and Julio for making our stay memorable. I love how you’re able to pick the type of pillows you want to sleep on. The bed was comfortable!! Shower was great. Cleaning staff phenomenal. This resort it's beautiful with tons of bars and restaurants. The staff is amazing and very welcoming abd friendly. I gave this resort 1 star because th me food its beyond disgusting 🫣 For the price we paid, we were expecting good quality food but it was the opposite. We went to El Gaucho (Argentinian cuisine) the empanadas we ordered were raw and the steaks we ordered you can tell they were flashed cooked. We also tried the French restaurant, the lobster bisque was beyond fishy, the scallops were like rubber and the tuna steak you can tell it was once upon a time frozen, defrosted, adn flash cooked as well. We also visited the sports bar they had a self serve food area. The fried were cold, the chicken wings looked like it could potentially cause food poisoning. The hotdogs looked like they had been sitting there for hours (they were changing color). We understand that this is an all inclusive, but that is not an excuse for the food to be so mediocre. We will continue to try and find a resort where food is as important as everything else.

We just wrapped up a week at TRS Yucatan Hotel and had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to highlight some of the incredible people who made our stay so special. The service throughout the resort was truly exceptional. At Helios, Martha became a fast friend, warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely to interact with. Manuel, Alberto, Miriam, Cesar, and Eduardo were all outstanding servers who consistently provided impeccable service and made our time there feel personal and welcoming. At the Bohem French restaurant, David was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable, and added a special touch to our dining experience. We were also so grateful for our butlers, Maykent, Antonio, and Ricardo, who were responsive, thoughtful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. Beyond the people, the resort itself is beautiful, with excellent cocktails, stunning scenery, and a saltwater pool that quickly became a favorite place to relax and recharge. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay memorable. We left feeling cared for, relaxed, and very appreciative of the hospitality we experienced.
