5 star all around! We stayed at TRS for our honeymoon and had the most romantic, fun and relaxing trip! Seamless checkin, with Kelly and Natalia (PTC). We stayed in the romantic bungalows, the initial one we were placed in was facing the other villas and we wanted something facing the trees, we asked and there was no issues with the switch! Our butlers Eric and Patricia were amazing, any questions or things we needed they always had it covered! Everything was clean and comfortable! The food around the entire resort was incredible! We did not have any bad food the entire week were there. Need to make reservations for dinner but our butlers handled that! We gave them a list of places we wanted to try and they plotted it all into our week for us. We even received special tables with rose petals and notes and gifts because it was our honeymoon! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special and enjoyable. The Mayan tour by Alejandra was great! The authentic tacos at the end was a highlight. Bar Gaia, absolutely incredible! Especially Luis Blume and Enrique Uc and Francesco Che. So fun and always ready to make whatever drink you want or surprise you with some tasty new ones your haven’t tried yet! Luis doing some magic tricks on the side for some fun entertainment too! We had a blast! Bingo and Chic are an absolute must! The entertainment and dancers are phenomenal! The infinity pool was probably our favourite pool, relaxing, fun and easy access to drinks and food. The beach isn’t very large but the sand is so soft and lots of place to swim, just look out for the rocks. Overall, this resort was everything and more! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. We would 100% go back!

We had an absolutely amazing 10-night stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday! From start to finish, everything was perfect. A huge thank you to our wonderful butlers, Mafer and Maykent in Villa 63 — they went above and beyond for us every day! They were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. On my partner’s birthday, they decorated our room beautifully with a banner, balloons, and even a birthday cake – such a lovely and thoughtful touch! We also booked archery and shooting with Andres, which was so much fun. Elio helped us with our Chic Cabaret booking — he was so genuine and helpful! Dynoe assisted us with booking massages and spa passes and got us a great deal! He’s hilarious and had us laughing the whole time. Our couples massage and my facial with Caritina and Rocio were incredibly relaxing — we both left feeling amazing. Willian at Helios made us fantastic breakfast cocktails, and David at La Bohème and Capricho (on Mexican night) was an excellent waiter — always offering tequila shots and margaritas while making us feel so welcome! Every member of the staff we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their warmth truly made our experience unforgettable. We’re so sad to be back home, but we’ll definitely be returning soon! 💕

4th stay to the Grand Palladium, 1st stay at TRS. Cannot wait to come back to TRS. The service and amenities are fabulous. A cart was always there for us if we need one. The TRS pools are fantastic, with great bars for food and drinks, and wonderful bartenders and servers. Plus, we got to watch 3 weddings from the Travel Club pool area. I do not remember the bartender at Los Rocas, but he made my walk back to the villa a whole lot better with tequila shots and margaritas!! All of the restaurants have wonderful menus with a good selection of food for everyone to enjoy. Oscar at El Gaucho was top notch and just fun to have as a server. Though not TRS, I want to mention that the redo of the White Sands pool is perfect. My wife is 5'1" and she loved being able to walk the entire pool without a float. We lucked out with no seaweed at the beach the whole week we were there and the water was really clear for snorkeling. Go play Bingo at Chic. It was a lot of fun, with cool prizes. Dare to be wrong on Bingo...you might like the penalties. Not that this should be the last thing I mention, but the Villas butlers are the most valuable resource that TRS offers. The information and assistance they offer cannot be measured. Our trip was so much better due to Maggie and Alexis at Villa 60.

We could not be happier with our experience. From the moment that we stepped out of the airport, we were looked after with the utmost of care. The resort is stunning, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was perfectly curated in a way that allows guests’ stresses and worries to melt away. All of the food we had during our stay was delicious, but ones of particular note were Capricho for breakfast, La Adelita for dinner, the beach for water-side food, and Helios for both breakfast and dinner. The ceviche at the beach was so refreshing, and the sea bass I ate throughout was perfect every time. We went back to Helios for breakfast on multiple occasions because of the quality, variety, and healthy food options. The drinks were well made throughout our stay. As a pescatarian, I always had food options, including at the Mediterranean restaurant where they perfectly cooked me my own off-menu salmon. I wish we had more time to take part in all the activities and entertainment that was offered. We thoroughly enjoyed the gym, hydrotherapy, macrame class, archery class (with Andres), pre-show entertainment (especially the one for Mexican night) as well as the Bingo night and Chic Cabaret. The stage performers are truly phenomenal at what they do. During the Chic Cabaret, we were in awe at their singing and dancing abilities, but also their endurance! They performed one high-energy song after another and we lost track of the amount of costume changes (which are impressive by themselves)!! Also worthy of praise was the silk performers. Silk dancing requires so much strength, but they managed to make it look so effortless. My highest praise for this resort is the staff that played a role in making our stay memorable. The driver who took us to and from the airport, the TRS representatives that checked us in and organized our reservations, the guest services staff who helped us find our lost phone, the restaurant servers, pool-side servers, bartenders, spa staff, activity leaders, resort drivers, room cleaning staff, and butlers. Every single person who played a part in making our visit memorable did so with the highest level of quality, professionalism and kindness. They made us feel so welcome and on many occasions went above and beyond with little gestures that were so sweet, thoughtful, and impactful. I also appreciate how accommodating they were. I wish I had the names of everyone I was lucky enough to interact with, but here are some that are deserving of particular recognition: Alejandro and Miguel- servers at Chic Cabaret- sweet, funny, attentive. Took great care of our pregnant friend with mocktails, and even mocktail shots so that she did not feel left out during rounds. Andres- archery instructor- incredibly kind, funny, and a fantastic teacher. I still can’t believe that I nearly got a bullseye, let alone hit the board! Leonel- driver-he was an absolute sweetheart and always had the biggest smile. We appreciated him talking to us about the wildlife and telling us the best place to watch the sunrise. Rocio- maid- It was always so nice to come back to clean room after a long day. Rocio not only kept the room spotless, but went the extra mile with little touches like neatening up our charging cables, hanging up our robes by the shower, and setting up water for us next to the bed. Ricardo and Lisandra- Butlers- Ricardo and Lisandra played one of the biggest roles in making our stay memorable. They were extremely attentive throughout our stay, answering all of our questions, helping us make reservations, reminding us of upcoming reservations, and going the extra mile in other ways. When I was locked out of my room and in a hurry to find towels before my snorkeling trip, Ricardo helped me back in and had pool towels ready for me by the time I came back downstairs. On one of our last nights, Lisandra and Ricardo arranged a beautiful birthday set up in our room, with rose petals, cake, and a birthday banner. We truly are thankful for everything they did to make us feel looked after.

This resort is very nice with beautiful white sand beaches. Service is spectacular whether while dining, at the pools, or on the beach. It is surrounded by beautiful vegetation with palm trees and lush jungle areas. Even on overcast days it is still paradise! And the entertainment is beautiful and fun. I didn’t take an abundance of pictures because I was just living in the moment. I stayed a full week and would definitely go back!
