Absolutely stunning hotel. My wife and I loved it for our honeymoon. Everyone is so helpful and wants to do their best to make the holiday amazing for you. The staff are truly a fantastic asset to this hotel. Two areas for improvement would be around the food: there is not a ton of vegetarian options. Helios breakfast had some lovely smelling Mexican food but it is always pork, beef and chicken. It would be great to get some vegetarian options. A lot of the signs telling you what the food is are unclear. Whether it just says 'Mexican tacos' or sometimes the writing on the display cards has faded off. It would be great to have a bit more clarity around food.

My family and I recently stayed at TRS and wanted to share our experience. Overall the resort is very beautiful and has a very traditional atmosphere for an all inclusive resort in Mexico. There are plenty of pools and bars on the property. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and very easy to communicate with in Spanish or English. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was! However the food was not very good whatsoever, we tried about half the restaurant and all the buffets and nothing really stood out or felt like it was a “5 star meal”. Most things were unseasoned or bland. The food options were also very underwhelming, surprisingly not very much Mexican food for being in Mexico. The night life is also pretty lame, they do their best to put on activities but nothing really gets the party going. And most nights the resort feels empty. The Chic Cabernet was fantastic however and would definitely recommend checking that out. In conclusion the resort is well taken care of very relaxed and laidback. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food and nightlife fall pretty short for our standards however.

This is what 5 star service is all about! I can not thank the staff at TRS enough for an amazing 10 day vacation! From the staff at Helios: Hostesses Miriam, Ashley Sherlin, Waiters Omar Gavin, Lourdes and Bartender Santos, you made our experience a true pleasure. Every trip to your restaurant made us feel like we were at home. Alexis Colin at Chic Cabaret was first real as a server at a show that was better than show I have seen in Vegas. The CHI Cabaret performers are to be commended for a performance that entertained to a solid 3 hours! To our butlers Isreal and Carlos: Thank you for your personal attention, care and hospitality. You are amazing. To Alejandro our friend and favorite employee of all: it was amazing to see you again and your friendship, happy smiles and professional service made our last trip and this trip one that we will surely book again soon. There are so many others who deserve mention in this review, but I could go on forever. If you’ve read this far and are considering TRS for your next vacation, do not hesitate. It is worth every dime and you will truly have the time of your life!

We had the best tour guide for the mayan tour! Andres was an amazing tour guide who was very informative and very generous. We really appreciated his time and he made us feel very special :) Our butlers in the 66 building - israel, carlos, eric have been very helpful with our requests qnd very easy going. At the food area near infinit pool carlos had the pleasure of making us our food for the week and he was so nice, welcoming as well, and an amazing chef! Love this place and the staff is even better! Xchel was our hostess for the 2 restaurants- “el dorado” and “the nest” and she remembered us and made sure i was celebrated for my bday. The service so far at all the restaurants have been phenomenal and has exceeded my expectations Manu Gurerro, alejandro, eduardo, the bell boys and drivers always made sure we were ok and we had the best conversations with them. I was surprised the most after only 1 day they all remembered Emy and I names. So welcoming and beautiful people.

My husband, Lucas, and I stayed at the TRS Yucatan Hotel for our honeymoon. We absolutely LOVED it. The resort is beautiful and the room was a dream. There are several restaurants on the TRS premises, but I believe there are over 30 in the entire Grand Palladium resort just a short golf cart ride away! In addition, the resort employees go out of their way to accommodate, give recommendations, and make you feel welcome. Specifically: Henry-- the absolute best car driver who was always willing to drop anything and drive us to wherever we needed to go. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The hotel has designated people that will be there for booking reservations, activities, you name it! Naomi was absolutely incredible and went out of her way to make sure that we felt comfortable and provided for-- she was a gem and so hospitable! Jessica & Eric, our other two "e-butlers," were also FANTASTIC! They both booked almost all of our activities. Even though I constantly asked Eric to take pictures of my husband and I when we went out to dinner, he was always so excited to help and took AMAZING photos! If you are looking for the perfect honeymoon spot or simply for a relaxing vacation, LOOK NO FURTHER! TRS Yucatan is the best!
