We had a great anniversary stay at TRS to celebrate 4 years. Check in was breezy and we were provided 2 hats as welcome gifts which were very useful with the sunny weather. The butlers, servers, bartenders, and busboys were all extremely pleasant and nice. Our villa butlers, Jose and Jessica, were prompt in assisting us with booking reservations and answering questions we have. Our room provided us with 2 complimentary bottles which we were able to enjoy over the course of the stay. The housekeepers kept our room tidy daily. We mostly stayed on the TRS side and enjoyed the infinity pool, Helios, the gym/spa, and the pickleball courts. We were pleasantly surprised that the sports complex offered pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball, soccer, mini golf, and more! Our one complaint with the sports center is that each hole of the mini golf was on a tiny hill which made it very difficult (recommend skipping this activity). Our masseuses, Nancy and Angelica were wonderful and Lazaro assisted with booking it (we recommend booking thru Spa Staff that walk around in blue as they offer daily promotions that are cheaper than booking thru butler or lobby workers) Overall the food & drinks were delicious. We recommend Helios breakfasts and the Argentinian steakhouse and Italian restaurant for dinners. The beach access was incredibly far, but accessible with the shuttle. We would most definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

Worth every penny! The employees of TRS are what really makes it so special. Our Butlers, Jessica and Jose were so helpful and genuinely friendly. All of the employees in every TRS restaurant were great. A special shout out to Lourdes, Edith, and Jeovany at Helios who made our final breakfast (and every meal there) so special. The Helios breakfast/lunch hostess (Meriem?) was also the best. The pool staff were all fantastic as well. Sorry, I didn’t catch his name, but the attendant at the salt water pool was especially attentive and helpful. We really appreciated that pool and beach loungers cannot be reserved (except cabanas). Items at unattended loungers are removed after a time. Therefore, there were always loungers available for everyone. The Chic cabaret is extra charge, but if you can swing it, the show and the food are both so awesome. It was the highlight of our stay. Resort drinks include premium selections and the cocktails are better than average resort quality. The room was well equipped and kept very clean. In fact, the whole facility was clean and well maintained.

My husband & I just got back into the states so I wanted to come on here & leave a review. We went on our honeymoon & stayed here in villa 62. And from the get go this was the most amazing trip & experience. To start off Mafer was our butler & she was so incredibly attentive, kind, & helpful. Whenever we needed a cart to get around she would call one for us, we forgot a charger cord so she let us borrow one, and we had plenty of long conversations waiting for the carts. She was amazing & the perfect person for that job! Thank you Mafer! The food here was so fresh & top notch. We spent a lot of time at Helios (our favorite) for breakfast & lunch, sometimes dinner. The buffet had so many great options, had fresh raw seafood, and so bright & vibrant when it came to fruits! They also turned into a Mediterranean restaurant one night & that food was to DIE FOR. The staff was so kind & friendly. We actually didn’t meet anyone who was rude or anyone who rushed us. We were also able to go to the chic Cabaret show our second night. The food was fantastic & the entertainment kept you interested the entire 3 hours. And who doesn’t love dressing up every now & then on your honeymoon for a nice dinner and show?? We spent a lot of time at the salt water pool & the beach area 2 beaches down (which was still TRS). The bartenders were heavy handed & the drinks just kept coming. And the wildlife was so beautiful to see. Lots of iguanas, coati, birds, and hermit crabs. The room was cleaned & refreshed daily (sometimes twice a day), they had l’occitane branded lotions and soaps (so that felt super nice because that brand is HYDRATING), and we got the outdoor private pool area room, which we didn’t use but twice just because of how much there was to see. There’s karaoke night & live bands. Oh! And our room had 24/7 room service which I think we used every single day! All in all the entire staff was kind, attentive, and the resort was everything I could’ve hoped for. I’m not one to like to travel or leave my house, but we will definitely be back! Thank you TRS Yucatan! You couldn’t have hosted us better with such a lovely resort. After a year of wedding planning & stressing out, I left our honeymoon feeling refreshed, calm, and stress free!

First off, I'm from Florida so I am used to humidity and heat. We arrived and immediately proceeded to our TRS room. It was warm but I figured that was due to the AC not being turned down. We could immediately smell mold and mildew. We brought it to the attention of concierge and they said it was just due to their humidity. We turned the AC down and left the room, came back hours later and our room was still very warm. We notified concierge again and they told us to not worry and it would get better. The next day nothing was better. Our friends said their rooms were cold. They even came to our room and said our was far moldier than any of theirs. I became sick almost immediately. I couldn't breathe after being in the room and coughed nonstop. The second day we requested a new room and were told they were full and had none available. Staying in this room made me even more sick and I could never recover. Finally, on the third day we were moved to a room with a SLIGHTLY better working AC and still smelled like mold. For seven days I got sicker and sicker and magically every time I stayed out of the room all day I would improve slightly. I have never had a resort make me sick before. The food was decent at best but I ended up losing weight from this trip. Staff is nice and helpful and our room was cleaned to the best of housekeeping's ability. Overall, I would never go back here because I can spend my money better somewhere else. Somewhere that doesn't make me ill. BEWARE if you have any asthma, allergies, lung problems, or respiratory issues.

My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore - it’s so big that you pretty much take golf carts everywhere (the carts come frequently and out driven by wonderful and warm drivers). The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. Even the gym was big, spacious, and cool with most everything you need. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants) - it felt like we never had a moment hungry! There is even 24/7 free room service. The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy - both of which were incredible. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! With it being our honeymoon, we felt so special and celebrated the employees! And that brings me to the biggest strength of TRS - the employees. The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Gabriel in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. They were so warm and lovely, I will miss seeing them every day. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special and well cared for every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail - even if we weren’t out for very long, we never returned to a messy room! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at la boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too - wish I caught more of their names. I wish were could individually thank all the staff for making our stay so outstanding (and drop their names here so they could get the deserved recognition) but since I can’t - thank you SO much TRS and each and every employee both behind the scenes and out front. We had such an incredible stay full of fun, relaxation, laughter, and joy. TRS was a 20/10 for us! We hope to be back soon!
