My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore - it’s so big that you pretty much take golf carts everywhere (the carts come frequently and out driven by wonderful and warm drivers). The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. Even the gym was big, spacious, and cool with most everything you need. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants) - it felt like we never had a moment hungry! There is even 24/7 free room service. The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy - both of which were incredible. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! With it being our honeymoon, we felt so special and celebrated the employees! And that brings me to the biggest strength of TRS - the employees. The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Gabriel in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. They were so warm and lovely, I will miss seeing them every day. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special and well cared for every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail - even if we weren’t out for very long, we never returned to a messy room! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at la boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too - wish I caught more of their names. I wish were could individually thank all the staff for making our stay so outstanding (and drop their names here so they could get the deserved recognition) but since I can’t - thank you SO much TRS and each and every employee both behind the scenes and out front. We had such an incredible stay full of fun, relaxation, laughter, and joy. TRS was a 20/10 for us! We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stat stay at TRS Yucatan with our adult children. Our villa butlers were friendly and helpful, especially Carlos who was so hardworking and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Saying goodbye felt like parting with a new friend. The Helios restaurant staff also added to making our trip special by surplus with a lovely desert tray to celebrate. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the adults only infinity pool was beautifully relaxing. Our only suggestion would be to add more photo friendly spots around the property, such as unique lighting features along the walkways or designated spots with architectural elements. Overall a fantastic stay!

We stayed for 10 days and it was an amazing resort! The value for what you pay is fantastic, its beautiful, clean, the food was overall amazing, and the staff are what makes it so good! We will 100% be coming back! The beach was great, the transport by carts around the HUGE resort. The service was top notch! Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The resort grounds are stunning and the groundskeepers do an amazing job. You feel like your in a tropical paradise not some clear cut monstrosity. The wildlife was everywhere and so great to watch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Our second stay and even better than the first! We spent five days at TRS Yucatán and were blown away again by the service, food, and hospitality. Martha & Jeouany made every breakfast feel special, and the pool/beach concierge team kept us spoiled with the best cabanas, cool towels, sunscreen, and endless laughs. Alberto and the pool bar staff were phenomenal. Huge thanks to our butlers — Maykent, Mafer, and Maggie — for arranging all our meals, activities, and day plans with ease. Jonn had two amazing massages by Valena at the spa. Chic Cabaret was outstanding, and Bingo Night was unexpectedly iconic. A special shout-out to the front desk team — including Uzeil and Kelly — who helped us with an upgrade without ever feeling pushy. And Fernanda from Expedia surprised us with thoughtful gifts throughout our stay. A few notes: more poolside entertainment would be great, bathroom acoustics could be more private, and a mattress topper helps the older beds. We’ll absolutely be back for round three — one of our favourite resorts.

What an amazing week we had! The staff was warm, attentive, and extremely helpful. Our butlers Susana and Israel really made a difference in the quality of our stay. A special thank you to Arturo, who made us discover a truely amazing Mexican wine and was outstandingly professional, and to Carlos, Cindy and Leonardo, for an exceptional dinner experience at El Gaucho restaurant. We leave the resort with wonderful memories and the hope to come back as soon as possible! - Michel and Camille
