During our recent stay at the resort, two individuals stood out and truly elevated our experience: Edward, our butler, and Delores, one of the servers at the main pool area. From the moment we arrived, Edward made us feel like VIPs. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was setting up a perfect beach cabana, arranging last-minute reservations, or surprising us with thoughtful touches in our room, Edward’s service was flawless. He was professional, kind, and always had a warm smile, making our stay feel effortless and luxurious. Delores brought so much energy and positivity to every encounter. She remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and was always quick with a recommendation or a friendly chat. Her service was prompt and cheerful. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality didn’t go unnoticed. While the resort itself was beautiful, it was the personalized service from staff like Edward and Delores that made our trip truly unforgettable. They both went above and beyond, and we hope the resort recognizes how lucky they are to have such dedicated team members. We’ll definitely be returning – and we’ll be asking for Edward and Delores by name!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was the most courteous and caring we have experienced in punta cana. We chose a swim out room and and it was better than we expected. The swim out rooms can be used by other guest as well but that was no issue. The food options were the best. From breakfast lunch and dinner we had no complaints. I could go on and on about how beautiful this resort is. Even after we had checked out and was waiting on our amstar rep they were still asking if we needed a drink or anything else.

We recently stayed at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana and were incredibly impressed by the extraordinary service and outstanding staff. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurants were truly excellent—each meal was a delight—and the pool and beach access were both top-notch and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, the room (5040) conditions were a major disappointment—especially for what is marketed as a five-star resort. As TRS Partners, we expected a high-quality experience. Instead, we were given a room that felt more like a low-end motel. The bed’s headboard was stained with old sweat, termites and their trails were visible on the walls, and the furniture was heavily scratched, worn, and stained. Fixtures were broken—including the toilet seat—and overall the room was far below acceptable standards. Even more frustrating, the toilet wouldn’t flush between 9:30 AM and noon daily. During that same time window, only boiling hot water came out of the shower, making it unusable. Guests should plan to shower before 9:30 AM to avoid discomfort and inconvenience. It’s truly unfortunate that the room conditions did not reflect the excellence found elsewhere in the resort. If it weren’t for the exceptional staff, outstanding dining, and beautiful beach and pool areas, we would have considered cutting our stay short. We hope management takes these issues seriously and invests in upgrading the rooms to meet the high standards expected from a luxury resort.

This was our fourth visit to TRS Turquesa. We've fallen in love with this resort. The peace and quiet of the Jr suite swim up room within such a large property to wander and explore is delightful. We enjoy our morning jaunts to breakfast with a fresh omelette and croissant. Greeted and remembered by the lovely Maybelin. Our butler Marcos was so attentive to our needs and requests. From quickly setting up our dinner reservations, to a request for a clean of the pool after a storm the night before. We truly appreciate what he did for us. As it's been 11 years since our first visit, it was nice to see larger improvements happening throughout the larger resort and smaller ones near our room. All very quiet but noticed and appreciated for the investment back into the property that we plan to come back to.

Had a lovely stay, we got the romance swim up suite. The room was beautiful, our only issue was the tub, it's large but very uncomfortable and fitting 2 was very disappointing. Honestly, the junior suites have nicer tubs, and having 2 of those side by side would be a much nicer experience. The pool was wonderful and being able to relax on the balcony and dip into the pool whenever was definitely the right choice. The hotel is great, we enjoyed the food and the facilities. It was our first vacation here in Dominican and we found it beautiful. Ray, our personal butler was great and got us our reservations for dinners and let us know every morning what was happening that day. Manuel E. was helpful at time to leave along with all the other concierge we had over our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back.
