I've been to 7 resorts in the Caribbean and this one was the best one! The food was really good. The buffet had a lot of variety and the alacarte restaurants were amazing. Our butler that was stationed on the first floor was incredible. Yolenny made sure that we had anything we needed whenever we talked to her. Her recommendations to the restaurants were all good. She is excellent at her job! The pools were incredibly clean and the beach was fantastic with lots of shade options. Me and my wife would come here all the time.

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this beautiful resort! The staff were absolutely amazing, big shout out to our amazing butler Jose, he went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The room was perfect, other than the bed being a bit firm for my liking I have no complaints, there was plenty of space and storage available. The food was also a highlight of this trip. The buffet was very large and had enough options to satisfy anyone. The a la carte options were mostly great as well, I would skip the sushi restaurant, definitely our least favorite meal of the trip. The beach area is absolutely stunning, white sand and turquoise waters, how can you go wrong! The main pool area was also fantastic with the swim up bar being our most frequented spot. The bartenders at both pool bars were alot of fun and made our stay that much more enjoyable, big shout out to Jose and Erick!! The drinks were fantastic and they had plenty of top shelf options available. My only complaint is with the activities and the entertainment. Most of the activities were fitness focused, it would have been fun to have some silly games as well. Also there was no music playing in the pool area most of the time and when it was played it seemed to cater more to the staff then the guests. All in all I would definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a laid back, chill environment. I will definitely be returning!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was the most courteous and caring we have experienced in punta cana. We chose a swim out room and and it was better than we expected. The swim out rooms can be used by other guest as well but that was no issue. The food options were the best. From breakfast lunch and dinner we had no complaints. I could go on and on about how beautiful this resort is. Even after we had checked out and was waiting on our amstar rep they were still asking if we needed a drink or anything else.

We had the best time ever at the TRS Turquesa! We were immediately upgraded to a romance suite that added a whole new level of luxury to our experience. Our butler Rodny was extremely helpful and attentive. He made sure our experience was smooth and that we didn’t have to lift a finger while we were there, right down to booking our ride to and from the airport. All bar staff in every location were amazing, but Steven and Roberto at the TRS pool bar stood out specifically. The food trucks were an amazing snack option with great service as well. Nearly every restaurant had live music entertainment that blew us away, from saxophone players to 3 piece bands with guitars and drums. Chic Cabaret was a can’t miss show in our opinion, worth the small price per ticket. We will be recommending this paradise to all of our friends.

Had a lovely stay, we got the romance swim up suite. The room was beautiful, our only issue was the tub, it's large but very uncomfortable and fitting 2 was very disappointing. Honestly, the junior suites have nicer tubs, and having 2 of those side by side would be a much nicer experience. The pool was wonderful and being able to relax on the balcony and dip into the pool whenever was definitely the right choice. The hotel is great, we enjoyed the food and the facilities. It was our first vacation here in Dominican and we found it beautiful. Ray, our personal butler was great and got us our reservations for dinners and let us know every morning what was happening that day. Manuel E. was helpful at time to leave along with all the other concierge we had over our stay. Very friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back.
