Just got back home from a lovely week at this hotel, the staff are really polite and friendly, we had so much fun joining in with the entertainment, there's an entertainer called Khalid, hes amazing and made our week so much fun, guy behind the pool bar Hassan is amazing serves up some amazing tasting cocktails and never fails to make your glass empty, Bob who is part of recreation team is also really nice always had a laugh with him every morning, defiantly rate this hotel a 5 star

Amazing hotel very attentive staff from reception to bar to Resturant and house keeping. Our every need was catered for although we didn’t hire a car everything is accessible by foot . Beach is an about 5 mins walk but if you have mobility issues there are golf cart available for you to use . At the beach there are complementary snacks and drinks on tap. Night light is amazing with bazaar sheesha lounges and popular fast food chains if that is what you fancy. Local currency changes are available but do require your physical passport bigger shops do have Visa/Mastercard payment ready available we did not have any issues using Apple Pay. Please have smaller denominations of local currency if you wish to tip as staff do not have change. ATMs are available but they do charge to withdraw cash. *Special shoutout* to Chef Ahmed & Mohammad Sabry in the hotel restaurant who made sure our plates were always full and glasses never empty. Thank you we have really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending and revisiting.

Hotel could be a lot better. Location is good but 12 minutes from the beach with golf cart, more if cart is not available. Beach is shared with another hotel and is often very crowded. Food is below average and drinks are mediocre. You have to arrive to the food hall early if you don't want to miss out on the good stuff. Stewards are not professional and very loud. Reviews are misleading, I expected a lot more based on online reviews. I had to cut my stay short and move to another hotel after a few days.

Enjoyed every bit of my stay. 3 types of pools. So quite enjoyable for those with kids who love water. Food was good and plenty. Drinks and coffee all day. Only thing was wave pool was not continuously operated. After every hour only for 15 minutes. Room was very good, spacious and relaxing

STOP! AVOID! Go anywhere else! We got back from dinner to shower, and the floor plumbing immediately backed up and flooded the bathroom and hallway. I visited the front desk the times and with a video and was dismissed the first two times. The third time I was told a the engineer is on the way. You can see the pile of filth they engineer drug out of the pipes in his hands, then flushed down the toilet. The room now smells bad, is covered in water and the front desk is no help. An hour later the cleaner mopped the floor and left clean towels. The only bright spot in a bad experience.
